    Abstract IntroductionBased on social identity theory, by introducing organizational identification as mediating variable and identification orientation as moderating variable, this paper studies the influence mechanism and impacting boundary of workplace isolation on employee fatigue and turnover intention.MethodsBased on logic relationship, seven basic hypotheses are put forward to construct the theoretical model of the problem. Based on the 300 effective questionnaires being obtained from employees in Mainland China, the empirical investigation adopts the three-phase lag time design. By regression analysis and bootstrap test.Results(1) Workplace isolation has a significant positive effect on employee's work fatigue; (2) Workplace isolation has a significant positive effect on employee's turnover intention; (3) Organizational identification plays a partial mediating role between workplace isolation and work fatigue; (4) Organizational identification plays a partial mediating role between workplace isolation and employee's turnover intention; (5) Employee identification orientation negatively moderates the relationship between workplace isolation and organizational identification, that is to say, the higher the degree of identification orientation, the more inhibited the negative impact of workplace isolation on organizational identification; (6) Employee identification orientation has a negative moderating effect, namely, compared with the low degree of employee identification orientation, the higher the employee identification orientation, the positive effect of workplace isolation on work fatigue and turnover intention through organizational identification become weaker.DiscussionUnderstanding these influencing mechanisms will have a great influence on guiding managers to mitigate the negative effects of “workplace isolation” in practice and improve the work efficiency of employees.

    Abstract Background: Posterior incision with 270° spinal canal decompression and reconstruction surgery is a treatment option for thoracolumbar burst fractures (TLBF), but the large diameter titanium mesh placement is difficult. This study evaluated the characteristics and clinical effects of limited posterior decompression and 13-mm titanium mesh implantation to treat TLBF.
    Hypothesis: 13-mm titanium meshes could be used to fix thoracolumbar burst fractures.
    Patients and methods: This case series included patients who underwent limited posterior decompression and 13-mm titanium mesh implantation at China Medical University Shaoxing Hospital (01/2015-12/2019). The Cobb angle, injury vertebral anterior edge height loss percentage, and spinal canal occupancy rate were analyzed. The degree of spinal cord injury was evaluated according to the ASIA grade.
    Results: Fifteen patients were included (eight males and seven females). The patients were 32.2 ± 4.6 years of age. The American Association of Spinal Injury improved after surgery (A/B/C/D/E: from 2/6/5/2/0 to 0/0/2/8/5,
    Discussion: Spinal canal limited posterior decompression, and 13-mm titanium mesh implantation in the treatment of TLBF can achieve one-stage spinal canal decompression and three-column reconstruction. The curative effect was satisfying.

    Abstract Nature has evolved numerous supramolecular machineries for modulating various cellular functions. Inspired by the assembly of these sophisticated structures in nature, the controlled assembly of synthetic peptides emerges as a promising approach to therapeutically relevant applications. The self-assembling biomimetic peptides could form well-ordered architectures through non-covalent interactions such as π-π stacking, van der Waals, electrostatic, and hydrogen bonding. In addition, the peptidic building blocks are highly biocompatible and allow facile chemical manipulation with diverse functionalities. For decades, a serious of engineered self-assembling peptides have been extensively studied as functional hydrogels for various applications. Meanwhile, the surface modification strategies based on self-assembling peptide matrices have also raised the attention of biomaterials researchers due to their programmability and 3D porous morphologies. This concise review will cover recent advances in self-assembling peptide matrices as functional coatings for implantable devices. The opportunities and challenges in this field will also be discussed.

    Abstract Deployable extendable booms are widely used in aerospace technology due to many advantages they have, such as high folded-ratio, lightweight and self-deployable properties. A bistable FRP composite boom can not only extend its tip outwards with a corresponding rotation speed on the hub, but can also drive the hub rolling outwards with a fixed boom tip, which is commonly called roll-out deployment. In a bistable boom’s roll-out deployment process, the second stability can keep the coiled section from chaos without introducing a controlling mechanism. Because of this, the boom’s roll-out deployment velocity is not under control, and a high moving speed at the end will give the structure a big impact. Therefore, predicting the velocity in this whole deployment process is necessary to be researched. This paper aims to analyze the roll-out deployment process of a bistable FRP composite tape-spring boom. First, based on the Classical Laminate Theory, a dynamic analytical model of a bistable boom is established through the energy method. Afterwards, an experiment is introduced to produce some practical verification for comparison with the analytical results. According to the comparison with the experiment, the analytical model is verified for predicting the deployment velocity when the boom is relatively short, which can cover most booms using CubeSats. Finally, a parametric study reveals the relationship between the boom properties and the deployment behaviors. The research of this paper will give some guidance to the design of a composite roll-out deployable boom.

    Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has drawn attention to the strategic responses of Chinese firms on digital transformation and led to a call for enhancing competitive advantage via accelerating digital transformation. Besides the physical health issue, the pandemic has triggered an extraordinary social and economic crisis in which service industries have been attacked hard. In this situation, firms are meeting increasing competitive pressure, which urges them to achieve better performance with the help of digital transformation. Based on the technology-organization-environment framework and dynamic capabilities theory, this research proposed two studies with two methods, including a structural equation model and a regression discontinuity design with a fixed-effect model. The findings suggest digital transformation mediates the relationship between competitive pressure and firm performance among Chinese small- and medium-sized enterprises and large firms after the outbreak of COVID-19, respectively. It confirms that digital transformation is a practical strategic decision for Chinese service firms to respond to increasing competitive pressure in the COVID-19 pandemic. Besides, the results also illustrate the moderating effects of absorptive, innovative, and adaptive capability on the relationship between digital transformation and firm performance among large firms.

    Abstract Innovation and entrepreneurship are being widely promoted and made popular as new job strategies for university graduates to relieve the pressure of employment. Colleges and universities in ethnically diverse places are significant components of higher education institutions in our nation and offer special advantages for instructing in innovation and entrepreneurship due to their national cultures. As a result, educating university students from many ethnic backgrounds about innovation and entrepreneurship has become crucial and integral to our nation's innovation and entrepreneurship strategy. This paper proposes strategies to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship capacity of university graduate students in ethnic minority areas combing with the research and analysis of the innovation and entrepreneurship capacity of university graduate students majoring in food science and engineering in the college of agriculture, Yanbian university. These strategies includ: Improving the comprehensive quality and awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship capacity of university graduate students in ethnically diverse areas, strengthening teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship in minority areas and also completing the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education as well as socially responsible support policies.

    Abstract The reconstruction of moving objects based on phase shifting profilometry has attracted intensive interests. Most of the methods introduce the phase shift by projecting multiple fringe patterns, which is undesirable in moving object reconstruction as the errors caused by the motion will be intensified when the number of the fringe pattern is increased. This paper proposes the reconstruction of the isolated moving object by projecting two fringe patterns with different frequencies. The phase shift required by the phase shifting profilometry is generated by the object motion, and the model describing the motion-induced phase shift is presented. Then, the phase information in different frequencies is retrieved by analyzing the influence introduced by movement. Finally, the mismatch on the phase information between the two frequencies is compensated and the isolated moving object is reconstructed. Experiments are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

    Abstract In order to clarify the influence of the paradoxical thinking of leaders on team voice behavior, a moderating mediation model was constructed to explore the mediating role of team cooperation and the moderating effect of team forgiveness climate based on the social exchange theory. Based on the "leader-employee" matching data of 477 employees from 101 teams, SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Science) and AMOS (a macro-micro model of Scotland) were used to analyze the three-stage data linear regression. The research conclusions indicate that: (1) The paradoxical thinking of leaders positively affects team voice behavior; (2) Team cooperation plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between the paradoxical thinking of leaders and team voice behavior; (3) The team forgiveness climate positively moderates the relationship between the paradoxical thinking of leaders and team cooperation, which means that their positive relationship is stronger in a higher forgiveness climate; (4) The team forgiveness climate moderates the mediating role of team cooperation between the paradoxical thinking of leaders and team voice behavior. Compared with a lower forgiveness climate, this moderating mediating effect is significant at a higher forgiveness level. This study clarifies the connection of the paradoxical thinking of leaders to the team voice behavior through team cooperation and has practical insights into how a team forgiveness climate promotes the team voice behavior.

    Abstract Objective. To explore the effect comparison of the assisted surgery simulated by preoperative 3D reconstruction and the minimally invasive surgery with the assist of knee arthroscopy in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture (TPF) under the background of intelligent medicine. Methods. 100 patients with TPF admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into the simulation group with 3D reconstruction (n = 50) and the auxiliary group with knee arthroscopy (n = 50), and the clinical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results. There was no significant difference in any other clinical treatment indexes between the two groups except the surgery time (P>0.05), and there was no significant difference in knee flexion ability, walking ability, and Rasmussen scores between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). However, compared with the auxiliary group with knee arthroscopy, the mean posterior slope angle and varus angle of the patients were significantly higher (P<0.001), and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion. Based on the analysis under the background of intelligent medicine, it is found that the assisted surgery simulated by preoperative 3D reconstruction has a better effect and a higher safety, but they have the similar effects on improving the knee joint function of patients.
