Abstract In order to improve the multisource data-driven fusion effect in the intelligent manufacturing process of complex products, based on the proposed adaptive fog computing architecture, this paper takes into account the efficient processing of complex product intelligent manufacturing services within the framework and the rational utilization of fog computing layer resources to establish a fog computing resource scheduling model. Moreover, this paper proposes a fog computing architecture for intelligent manufacturing services for complex products. The architecture adopts a three-layer fog computing framework, which can reasonably provide three types of services in the field of intelligent manufacturing. In addition, this study combines experimental research to verify the intelligent model of this article and counts the experimental results. From the analysis of experimental data, it can be seen that the complex product intelligent manufacturing system based on multisource data driven proposed in this paper meets the data fusion requirements of complex product intelligent manufacturing.

Abstract Summary: Substances are commonly administered orally in mouse experiments. Here, I describe how to voluntarily administer substances orally in a time- and dose-controlled manner to laboratory mice. This minimizes injury potential and stress often associated with the commonly used intragastric gavage technique. Here, the drug is incorporated into artificially sweetened and flavored jelly and given to mice previously trained to eat the jelly. This can be used for acute and chronic oral drug treatment or for oral glucose tolerance tests. For complete details on the use and execution of this protocol, please refer to Zhang et al. (2010) and Cox et al. (2010).

Abstract The conservation of fishery resources is a common interest of the international community. In the 1990s, the global fisheries management system was formed based on the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (LOSC). In order to achieve sustainable fisheries management, the international community also adopted a series of legally binding and non-binding policy instruments for the implementation of the global fisheries regime. The regional institutional framework was strengthened and expanded to offer broad coverage worldwide. Based on the analysis of the global fisheries management system, the article concludes that the current legal and policy instruments collectively provide a comprehensive framework for global fisheries management, but there still exist limits in addressing the challenges of fishery resources today. More effective implementation of the current legal system through better cooperation among States, as well as efficient coordination within and between national, regional and global institutions, is required.

Abstract Production prediction is the most important and comprehensive index to measure the effect of oilfield development, and it is also one of the most fundamental problems in oilfield dynamic analysis. However, the recovery prediction is often affected by many factors. Usually, the recovery is predicted by core experiments, numerical simulations, and mathematical models. The main problem is accurately predicting reservoir recovery based on existing data. This paper proposes a comprehensive prediction model for the problem of recovery. First, the correlation coefficients between 14 factors and recovery were calculated based on Pearson, Spearman, gray correlation, variance selection, univariate selection method, and tree model. Second, the weights of the factors were determined using entropy weighting, CRITIC, and hierarchical analysis to clarify the degree of contribution of different factors to the recovery. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model was established based on the results of the weighting analysis. The results indicate that the correlation coefficient and weight of porosity, permeability, oil saturation, well spacing, cluster spacing, total fluid volume, and horizontal section length are the most relevant to the recovery. The error between the comprehensive evaluation model and the actual results is less than 3%. Therefore, the method can predict the production capacity of the tight reservoirs. The research results of this paper are of guiding significance for improving the recovery of tight reservoirs.

Abstract The Yangtze River Basin occupies an important position in the overall layout of China’s economic development. However, due to the increasing water pollution, the environment of the Yangtze River Basin continues to deteriorate, which hinders the long-term development and sustainable development goals of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Therefore, this study started from the perspective of the reduction of coordinated pollution carbon. Then, through empirical analysis, the impact of environmental regulation measures in the Yangtze River Basin on industrial pollution control was studied. At the same time, the spatial eigenvector mapping (SEVM) method was used to explore the spatial impact of environmental regulation on carbon emissions. The results showed that the increase in the intensity of environmental regulation would lead to the expansion of the hidden economy, which would lead to the effect of environmental regulation weakening. There was an inverted “U” relationship between per capita real gross domestic product (GDP) and environmental pollution indicators. In addition, the expansion of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Economic Belt hada less inhibitory effect on ecological environmental protection than a promotional one. At the same time, command-type environmental regulation had a “green paradox” effect on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Basin. The carbon emission reduction effect of implicit environmental regulation was different under different levels of incentive-type environmental regulation. The research showed that the multi-agent governance model could be further constructed from the interaction between the environmental regulation system and the administrative management system. It had a good effect on the coordinated treatment of pollution reduction and carbon reduction under the “double carbon” goal.

Abstract As the aging of China’s population continues to intensify as well as deepen, and fiscal support continues to increase, improving the efficiency of fiscal expenditure on aging undertakings has become the key to actively responding to the national strategy of sustainable population aging. This paper uses a global super-efficiency slacks-based measure model to measure the efficiency of fiscal expenditure on aging undertakings in China from 2011 to 2020. The results show, firstly, that the efficiency values are generally increasing. The eastern region’s fiscal expenditure efficiency has output deficiencies overall; all western, central, except Anhui, and northeast, except Jilin, provinces have input redundancies and output shortages. Secondly, the relatively effective provinces in terms of aging undertakings are mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal region; the number of effective provinces in the northeast is gradually increasing. Thirdly, excluding the eastern region, the efficiency values for all regions show a convergence trend; when controlling for region-specific influencing factors, the efficiency values of each region will converge to their respective steady-state levels. It is concluded that the trend in the fiscal management of aging undertakings in China is positive, and the levels of fiscal management as well as technology are higher in the east, lower in the west, less stable in the central, and more progressive in the northeast.

Abstract This paper proposes a novel approach for achieving sustainable energy systems in unexpected sports event management by integrating machine learning and optimization algorithms. Specifically, we used reinforcement learning for peak load forecasting and bat evolutionary algorithm for optimization, since the energy management problem in sports events is typically non-linear. Machine learning algorithms, specifically reinforcement learning, are used to analyze historical data and provide accurate peak load forecasts. This information can then be used to optimize energy consumption during the event through the use of algorithms such as the bat evolutionary algorithm, which can effectively solve non-linear optimization problems. The integration of these algorithms in unexpected sports event management can lead to significant improvements in sustainability and cost-effectiveness. This paper presents a case study of the implementation of reinforcement learning and bat evolutionary algorithms in an unexpected sports event management scenario, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed approach in achieving sustainable energy systems and reducing overall energy consumption. Overall, this paper provides a roadmap for integrating machine learning and optimization algorithms, such as reinforcement learning and bat evolutionary algorithm, in unexpected sports event management to achieve sustainable energy systems, promoting a more sustainable future for the sports event industry and the planet as a whole.
