    Abstract In recent years, with the continuous improvement in the economic conditions of our people, people pay more and more attention to the spiritual aspect of consumption. Therefore, tourism has developed by leaps and bounds, and the tourism economy has become an important form of economic growth in China. However, as the global climate continues to deteriorate, people have begun to seek a sustainable development path, and the concept of low carbon tourism has been put forward, which requires hotels to make certain changes in their management mode in order to adapt to the concept of low carbon tourism in the new era. Since carbon trading is an important means for the promotion of carbon dioxide emission reduction, this paper explores the emission reduction effect and transmission mechanism of the carbon trading pilot through a spatial double difference model based on the study of spatial characteristics. The experiment shows that carbon trading not only effectively promotes local CO 2 emission reduction, but also has a certain spillover effect on the surrounding areas. In addition, carbon trading can promote the economic growth of the pilot areas and the neighboring regions, and drive CO 2 emission reduction at the same time. The paper concludes with an analysis of how to strengthen policy and behavioral guidance, improve government regulatory mechanisms, reduce environmental pollution in hotel tourism, and ensure that the model of hotel management meets the needs of the industry from the perspective of low carbon tourism under the situation of information symmetry and asymmetry.

    Abstract With the rapid development of Internet of Vehicles applications, more and more data are generated. How to effectively distribute content in the Internet of Vehicles to meet the service quality requirements of users has become one of the industry pain points in the field of smart cars and autonomous driving. In order to solve the shortage of local computing resources of vehicles, a vehicle edge network is proposed, which uses data-driven edge computing to offload vehicle tasks to a mobile edge computing server to reduce overall network energy consumption and meet task latency requirements. In addition, in order to reduce the end-to-end delay, caching technology is adopted at the network edge, which can reduce the content transmission delay. This paper focuses on the problem of computing offloading in the data-driven edge computing method in the context of the Internet of Vehicles. Simulation experiments have proved its superiority compared with the traditional offloading method, and the delay and energy consumption are better than the traditional method. First, the basic concepts of the Internet of Vehicles and MEC are introduced; second, the TOAI algorithm flow chart and the computing tasks of the offloading work of the Internet of Vehicles are introduced; then, based on MEC and partial offloading, the task offloading problem is modeled and solved; the problem of unloading collaborative content under networking is solved, and the simulation results are analyzed and verified. The simulation experiment not only shows that the proposed algorithm optimizes the efficiency of the task under the average unit but also shows the effectiveness of this method, which lays a foundation for the engineering implementation of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the average task completion rate is increased by 0.58%, and the average unit task energy consumption is increased by 0.32%, which improves the practicability of the system.

    Abstract The current sports feedback system has high application value and is widely used in physical education courses, but it has problems such as large feedback error, long response time, and incomplete data, leading to poor effect of sports feedback system. In order to improve the effectiveness of sports feedback system, a sports feedback system based on video digital processing is designed. By constructing the overall architecture of video digital sports feedback system, the positioning module, interface module, power supply circuit module, sampling module, input module, signal extraction module, and video digital processing module are designed. Using information communication mechanism, TCP/IP network protocol, serial communication, and shared memory to improve video digital processing, experimental results show that the designed system has good error convergence of 0.1, short response time of 32 s, and high data integrity of 94%, which has strong practicability.

    Abstract This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of the restoration of distorted electronic technology archives using Markov models and proposes a corresponding fusion algorithm. Using the image gradient parametrization as a regular term, the filtering restoration process is constrained and the fuzzy kernel is estimated to solve the degradation problem existing in the Tibetan antiquarian literature. In the algorithmic framework of nonlocal mean filtering, the calculation of the weight function is improved to reduce the computational effort. In the simulation results, it is shown that the improved nonlocal mean filtering restoration algorithm in this paper has good overall quality evaluation performance in the restoration of text-based images. The structural similarity between the generated image and the real image is guaranteed, and the internal mixed-mode learning of a single SAR image is performed by combining the pyramidal hierarchical network structure to improve the effectiveness of the generated image in general. The method further improves the similarity between the generated and real images, while improving the accuracy of the classification based on the data expanded by the generation method. The feasibility and accuracy of the online algorithm for the parameter estimation problem of the model are illustrated through numerical experiments with two specific examples of hidden Markov models, namely, a double Gaussian mixture model and a finite-state Markov chain model with Gaussian noise. At the same time, the advantages of the algorithm proposed in this paper are demonstrated by comparing the experimental results of the online EM algorithm with those of the offline EM algorithm on a unified model. Finally, the empirical analysis is used to illustrate the application of the algorithm in practical scenarios.

    Abstract Artificial photosynthesis (AP) has been extensively applied in energy conversion and environment pollutants treatment. Considering the urgent demand for clean energy for human society, many researchers have endeavored to develop materials for AP. Among the materials for AP, photosensitizers play a critical role in light absorption and charge separation. Due to the fact of their excellent tunability and performance, metal-based complexes stand out from many photocatalysis photosensitizers. In this review, the evaluation parameters for photosensitizers are first summarized and then the recent developments in molecular photosensitizers based on transition metal complexes are presented. The photosensitizers in this review are divided into two categories: noble-metal-based and noble-metal-free complexes. The subcategories for each type of photosensitizer in this review are organized by element, focusing first on ruthenium, iridium, and rhenium and then on manganese, iron, and copper. Various examples of recently developed photosensitizers are also presented.

    Abstract ABSTRACTChina is vigorously implementing rural revitalization strategy, emphasizing the significance of human resources in the sustainable development of rural areas and agriculture. As China’s economy is entering a new normal stage, the growth rate of rural labourers’ income in cities is slowing down, and the gap between urban and rural net incomes is gradually closing. The labourers who have migrated are gradually showing the willingness to return to their hometowns for development. This study constructs a theoretical framework for the studying of rural labourers’ willingness to return to their hometowns. It finds that the perceived value of rural labour positively influences their willingness to return. Further perceived extrinsic–intrinsic benefits, perceived extrinsic costs, and their perceived values are all significantly and positively correlated. Moreover, formal support has a positive moderating effect between the perceived value of rural labour and willingness to return. The perceived value of rural labour increases with higher perceived benefits and lower perceived costs; the stronger the perceived benefits and perceived value of labour, the greater the willingness to return.

    Abstract Background Copper (Cu) is a component that performs a crucial role in the normal function and development of the human body. Nonetheless, it is still largely unclear how Cu consumption in the diet relates to the risk for all-cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality. Methods Data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2001-2018 were used to conduct a prospective cohort study of individuals between the ages of 20 years and above. Regression coefficients and 95% confidence intervals for the link between dietary Cu consumption and all-cause and cardiovascular-related mortality were computed utilizing univariate and multivariate-adjusted Cox proportional hazards models. Results A total of 197.9 million non-institutionalized American citizens were represented by the NHANES's 39,784 participants. The link between Cu in the diet and all-cause mortality was discovered to be non-linear in our restricted cubic spline regression models. When comparing the highest with the lowest quartile of Cu consumption in the diet, the weighted multivariate hazard ratios for all-cause mortality were 0.91 (0.83-0.99) for Q2, 0.88 (0.80-0.97) for Q3, and 0.86 (0.76-0.98) for Q4 (P for trend = 0.017). An identical trend was observed for cardiovascular mortality, but the association is not significant. Conclusion The most important discovery was that higher dietary Cu consumption was associated with a lower risk of all-cause mortality. This trend was also consistent with that of cardiovascular-related mortality, but the association is not significant.
