Abstract Adding a certain proportion of Pleurotus eryngii can improve the nutritional value of wheat‐flour foods and enhance the utilization of this mushroom. In this research, partial wheat flour was substituted with P. eryngii powder (PEP) or soluble polysaccharide (SPPE) at different addition levels, and the effects of PEP and SPPE on the rheological and microstructural properties of dough were investigated. Farinographic assay results suggested that PEP significantly (p < 0.05) increased the water absorption of wheat flour but decreased the development time and stability of dough significantly (p < 0.05). Furthermore, it was capable of providing weaker extensographic characteristics and harder dough with the increasing of PEP addition levels. The dynamic oscillatory tests indicated that the PEP addition approximately increased the storage (G′) and loss (G″) moduli in the entire frequency range, while the tan δ roughly decreased with the increasing of PEP addition levels, which could be attributed to the low solubility and strong water‐trapping capacity of the dietary fiber in PEP. Due to the good water solubility and easy formation of hydrogen bonds, the addition of SPPE had inconsistent results with the PEP addition. The inner microstructure of dough showed that the continuity of gluten networks had been disrupted by PEP and SPPE addition and then resulted in a weaker extension and harder dough. This research could provide a foundation for the application of PEP in wheat‐flour foods, and PEP addition levels of 2.5%–5.0% are recommended.

Abstract The adoption of environmentally-friendly habits has become more crucial in the present period as a means to mitigate the rate of environmental degradation and its detrimental consequences. The augmentation of sports, exercise and physical activities has been associated with favourable health outcomes, in addition to the ability to mitigate carbon emissions resulting from vehicular transportation. Consequently, the objective of this study is to examine the influence of sports, exercise, and physical activities, along with public health expenditure, on the environmental performance of China's coastal regions throughout the period spanning from 2010 to 2019. The proposed study employs the Feasible Generalized Least Squares (F.G.L.S) and the Generalized Method of Moments (G.M.M) methodologies. Results show that participation in sports and other forms of physical activity significantly improves environmental performance in China's coastal areas. Likewise, a robust negative correlation exists between air pollution and healthcare expenses, hence favouring enhanced environmental outcomes. Nevertheless, it is important to acknowledge that economic expansion has a direct correlation with increased emissions, hence harming environmental performance. There exists compelling evidence indicating a significant impact on environmental quality resulting from the combined influence of heightened health expenditures and increased engagement in sports. This is demonstrated by the presence of an interaction term between health expenses and sports activities. The findings of this study suggest that there is a requirement to re-evaluate healthcare spending initiatives and sporting activities in order to effectively pursue carbon neutrality goals and improve environmental sustainability.

Abstract Primary and secondary schools have the enormous responsibility of developing talent over a hundred years, and they should not only be concerned with the moral, ideological, and cultural development of teenagers but also with their mental well-being. We need to start by making the external environment better, provide in-depth psychological counseling, and support students as they work to continually increase their psychological adaptability in order to promote the healthy development of their personalities. As the epidemic situation in China has now stabilized into a normal state of prevention and control, it is imperative to provide primary and secondary school students with mental health education. In light of this context, this paper develops a browser-server network architecture-based consultation system for the mental health of students in primary and secondary schools. It eliminates the conventional booking mode and substitutes credibility as the characteristic programming parameter. The performance of the original system is improved by the reliability model the most when the parameter is set to 0.2, and the recovery rate rises by 1.32 percent. Compared to the original reliability model, which improved the system's

Abstract The factors that influence how people play mobile games have been studied from a variety of perspectives in the wireless broadband environment. The original data in the background of the game, such as user operation records, consumption records, and social behavior records, are converted into user attributes, user tags are generated, and data sets are constructed in this study, which primarily uses data mining technology to study user behavior and form user portraits. By incorporating the similarity of players' subspace interests into the CFR (collaborative filtering recommendation) algorithm, a personalized game recommendation model, as well as the relationship management level of mobile game players, is created. The final fusion model's ROC-AUC value is 0.921, which has a percentile enhancement effect, according to the results. The findings show that using a personalized game recommendation model can help to improve the scalability of the CFR algorithm and the impact of data scarcity on the quality of mobile games recommended by players.

Abstract We propose a mutant detection approach based on endonuclease IV and DNA ligase in combination with qPCR. The enzymes functioned cooperatively to facilitate PCR for low abundance DNA detection. We demonstrate that our approach can distinguish mutations as low as 0.01%, indicating the potential application of this strategy in early cancer diagnosis.
