Abstract The intersection of psychology and English teaching is profound, as the application of psychological principles not only guides specific English instruction but also elevates the overall quality of teaching. This paper takes a multimodal approach, incorporating image, acoustics, and text information, to construct a joint analysis model for English teaching interaction and psychological characteristics. The novel addition of an attention mechanism in the multimodal fusion process enables the development of an English teaching psychological characteristics recognition model. The initial step involves balancing the proportions of each emotion, followed by achieving multimodal alignment. In the cross-modal stage, the interaction of image, acoustics, and text is facilitated through a cross-modal attention mechanism. The utilization of a multi-attention mechanism not only enhances the network's representation capabilities but also streamlines the complexity of the model. Empirical results demonstrate the model's proficiency in accurately identifying five psychological characteristics. The proposed method achieves a classification accuracy of 90.40% for psychological features, with a commendable accuracy of 78.47% in multimodal classification. Furthermore, the incorporation of the attention mechanism in feature fusion contributes to an improved fusion effect.

Abstract Dry eye disease (DED), primarily classified as multifactorial ocular surface disorder, afflicts tens of millions of individuals worldwide, adversely impacting their quality of life. Extensive research has been conducted on tear film analysis over the past decades, offering a range of tests to evaluate its volume, health, and integrity. Yet, early diagnosis and effective treatment for DED continue to pose significant challenges in clinical settings. Nevertheless, by recognizing key phenomena in DED such as ocular surface inflammation, hyperosmolarity, and tear film instability, this article provides a comprehensive overview of both traditional and recently developed methods for diagnosing and monitoring DED. The information serves as a valuable resource not only for clinical diagnosis but also for further research into DED.

Abstract Special computers are widely used in aerospace, ships, weapons and other fields. More and more attention is paid to the reliability of special computers. Although my country started late in this regard, it has achieved some results after continuous exploration by a large number of scientific research institutions, and has gradually kept up with the pace of research in developed countries. This article first summarizes the research status and importance of accelerated life test in reliability test research, and analyzes the key technology and development of reliability test of special computer. Reliability analysis can solve the failure problems that cannot be explained by traditional quality analysis methods, and will surely make remarkable achievements in the future industrial development. The summary of this article will provide theoretical reference for subsequent related research.

Abstract Natural features in living environments can help to reduce stress and improve mental health. Different land types have disproportionate impacts on mental health. However, the relationships between mental health and land cover are inconclusive. In this study, we aim to accurately fit the relationships, estimate the impacts of land cover change on mental health, and demonstrate the global spatial variability of impacts. In the analysis, we show the complex relationships between mental health and eight land types based on the random forest method and Shapley additive explanations. The accuracy of our model is 67.59%, while the accuracy of the models used in previous studies is usually no more than 20%. According to the analysis results, we estimate the average effects of eight land types. Due to their scarcity in living environments, shrubland, wetland, and bare land have larger impacts on mental health. Cropland, forest, and water could improve mental health in high-population-density areas. The impacts of urban land and grassland are mainly negative. The current land cover composition influences people's attitudes toward a specific land type. Our research is the first study that analyzes data with geographical information by random forest and explains the results geographically. This paper provides a novel machine learning explanation method and insights to formulate better land-use policies to improve mental health.
