Abstract Objectives: Physical literacy (PL) is emerging as a promising strategy to address the crisis of physical inactivity, promote active lifestyles, improve physical fitness and reduce the risk of chronic diseases throughout life. Therefore, the aim of this study was to develop a PL assessment model for adults in China.
Study design: This is a Delphi study.
Methods: The following three-step design process was conducted: (1) drafting a preliminary framework for PL assessment through a literature review and telephone interview with experts; (2) a two-round Delphi survey with the experts was used to select items for inclusion in the PL assessment model; (3) the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to quantify the weight of each item included in the final PL assessment model.
Results: A total of 13 experts completed a two-round Delphi survey. After round 1, three domains, 11 sub-domains and 21 elements were identified. Two elements were added after the first-round Delphi survey. In round 2, strong consensus was obtained and a final PL assessment model, including three domains, 11 sub-domains and 23 elements, was established. Specific weights of physical activity (PA) cognition, PA-related behaviour and physical competence were 0.330, 0.347 and 0.323, respectively. In addition, the weights of sub-domains and elements were also calculated.
Conclusions: This study established a PL assessment model and identified specific weights for the individual domains. This study represents the first step in developing a PL assessment tool for adults in China. Further research should focus on developing the PL assessment tool and verifying its validity and reliability.

Abstract Laryngotracheal stenosis is caused by various reasons of laryngotracheal cartilage stent malformation, collapse or defect, laryngotracheal mucosa scar formation or submucosal tissue hyperplasia, eventually resulting in dyspnea. Subglottic stenosis refers to the airway stenosis from subglottic to the lower margin of the cricoid cartilage, which is a special type of laryngotracheal stenosis. The most common cause is iatrogenic injury, such as prolonged tracheal intubation and tracheotomy. Currently, the main treatments include surgical treatment, tracheostomy, endoscope-guided stent implantation and drug therapy. As for the patients who have dyspnea not suitable for surgery or in urgent need of preoperative transitional treatment, stent implantation guided by respiratory endoscopy has become an important treatment. In this paper, we reviewed 51 literatures on stent implantation of subglottic stenosis since 1994 retrieved from PubMed, CBM, CNIT, Wan-fang and VIP databases, focusing on the comparison of the efficacy, complications and prognosis of metal stent, hourglass-shaped DUMON stent, straight-type DUMON stent and Montgomery T tube and investigated the clinical application of endoscope-guided stent implantation in subglottic airway stenosis. Literature studies have shown that compared with DUMON silicone stents and metal stents, T tube has more significant advantages, higher treatment success rate and lower complication rate. Therefore, Montgomery T tube is more suitable for long-term treatment of patients with subglottic stenosis. With the improvement and update of new technology and materials, the vigorous development of new airway stents also provides a new stent treatment mode with better histocompatibility, fewer complications and customized options for the patients with subglottic stenosis.

Abstract Objective: The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of applying multidisciplinary collaborative nursing process (MCNP) in the emergency care of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
Patients and methods: A total of 124 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 was divided into control group (treated with regular emergency care, n=64) and study group (treated with MNCP, n=58). The effect of emergency treatment was compared between the two groups.
Results: Compared to the control group, initial treatment time, time of opening peripheral veins, first blood drawing time, time of imaging examination, emergency room treatment time, and hospital stay time were lower in MCNP group, the difference was significant (p<0.05). There were significant differences in Functional Independence Assessment (FIM) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scale scores between the control group and the MCNP group in treatment for 1 week in hospital (p<0.05). The level of total bile acid (TBA) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) in the MCNP group were significantly lower than in the control group (p<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in MCNP was also improved compared to that in the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusions: MCNP enhances the rational improvement of patients' awareness, improves the comprehensive quality of emergency treatments and optimizes prognosis; therefore, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
