Abstract In order to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and provide a scientific human resource management method for enterprises, an optimal allocation method of human resource structure based on the integration of capability maturity model is proposed. According to the capability maturity model and its maturity level, the capability maturity integration model is established, and the optimal allocation algorithm of human resources is designed according to the model principle. By constructing the personnel quality evaluation matrix and personnel allocation matrix, the human resource allocation model is established, and the cooperative game method is used to dynamically optimize the human resource allocation model. The experimental results show that this method effectively improves the economic benefits of enterprises, improves the efficiency of human resource allocation, and completes the preset goal.

Abstract In order to analyze the effect of EPOC on serum microRNA expression in patients with hypertension, we have carried out an experimental evaluation and presented a dedicated method to improve its effectiveness. For this purpose, 60 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the EPOC group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). Patients in both groups received conventional hypertension medication according to the treatment guidelines, and education and guidance were strengthened to ensure patients' drug compliance. The EPOC group received EPOC training in addition to conventional medication. After the intervention, 6MWD, LVEF, and LVEDD in the control group and the EPOC group were significantly improved compared with that before treatment (

Abstract Aiming at the problem that the inheritance effect of shuttlecock is not ideal and the inheritance strategy is lack of pertinence, this paper puts forward a decision-making model based on game theory. Firstly, based on the inheritance data of shuttlecock movement, the shuttlecock movement set is established, and the normality, integrity, and standardization of the data set are tested. Then, using weighted theory and game theory, the shuttlecock motion set is divided, and according to the situation of each subset, the game decision-making method is selected. Finally, under the guidance of game decision-making method, the inheritance strategy of shuttlecock is obtained. The results show that the concept of shuttlecock inheritance (OR = 1.232,

Abstract China’s journalism education has been changing all the time to meet new demands brought by the political and economic reforms over the last two decades in the 21st century. However, the covert wars between ideology and practice, between classrooms and newsrooms have caused the “split personality” and general confusion among China’s journalism educators and students. Several educational and practical problems thus arise as a result of the tug-of-war between economic and ideological demands. The problems of China’s journalism education are not only from its complex social and economic environments, but also from its weight of history and culture. Although both journalism educators and some media organizations in China are making great effort to heighten awareness of problems and actively attempting to take remedial measures, the transition from the classroom to the newsroom is made more difficult by the complicatedness of the business operation of schools and media organizations, and the systematicity of journalism education remains problematic.

Abstract Machine learning is an important aspect of modern computer technology, and the support vector machine method has been widely used in all walks of life because of its good performance in recent years. The performance of support vector machine can be measured by VC (Vapnik-Chervonenkis) dimension, which is an index to measure the complexity of the machine. In theory, low VC dimension can be well generalized. However, for some classifier methods based on traditional support vector machine, the upper bound of VC dimension of support vector machine may be infinite when dealing with a variety of data. Although good results have been obtained in practice and application, it can not guarantee good generalization, resulting in poor results for some special data. Therefore, this paper proposes an improved LSSVM (least squares support vector machines) algorithm. Based on LSSVM algorithm, this paper minimizes the upper bound of VC dimension and finds the desired best projection scheme. Finally, this paper brings it into LSSVM algorithm to classify the data. Experimental results show that the error rate of the classifier is lower than that of the traditional least squares support vector machine on the benchmark dataset, which means that the proposed algorithm makes the test accuracy better than the comparison algorithm with the approximate number of support vectors, and improves the generalization ability of the algorithm.
