Abstract The impact of digital financial inclusion (If) and agricultural technology innovation (Gi) on agricultural carbon emissions has attracted wide attention from the academic community, but the inconsistent conclusions of existing studies and the reality that few studies have gathered them into a framework require more evidence to fill this gap, which can contribute more insights to promoting economic development and controlling carbon emissions. Taking the provincial-level relevant data of China's agriculture from 2011 to 2020 as a sample, the GMM method is used to integrally test the relationship between the three factors. The results show that (1) from 2011 to 2020, China's overall agricultural carbon emissions experienced two stages of fluctuating rise (2011-2015) and continuous decline (2015-2020). In 2015, China's agricultural carbon emissions peaked at 1,040 million tons; Overall, Hunan, Hubei, and Henan were the provinces with the largest agricultural carbon emissions; Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai are provinces with relatively low agricultural carbon emissions. (2) Although the impact of digital financial inclusion on agricultural carbon emissions is negative, it is not significant. (3) Agricultural technology innovation promoted the reduction of agricultural carbon emissions. If the level of agricultural technology innovation increased by 1 percentage point, agricultural carbon emissions would decrease by 0.09 percentage points. (4) Mechanism analysis showed that agricultural technology innovation could reduce carbon emissions through the efficiency of agricultural resource allocation, and its effect reached 56%. The results can provide a scientific basis for the government to formulate targeted policies, and the methods can be extended to other places.

Abstract Chemokines play a critical role in cell migration and activation through binding to G-protein coupled cell- surface receptors with seven transmembrane domains. Chemokines are subdivided into four superfamilies including the CC, the CXC, the CX3C and the C families and the receptors of chemokines also segregate into four families including the CCR, CXCR, CX3CR and XCR families. Most chemokine receptors can bind to more than one chemokine and some chemokines also can bind to more than one receptor. There is ligand- receptor restriction during the binding of chemokines and special receptors. Interaction between chemokines and their receptors exerts a critical role in liver fibrogenesis through recruiting a variety of inflammatory cells into injured liver. The roles of chemokines including the CC, CXC and CX3C families on liver inflammation and fibrosis were described by the Wasmuth HE team ten years ago. Abundant evidence for pro-fibrotic or anti-fibrotic roles of chemokines and their receptors in liver fibrosis has been provided in the past decade. This paper is drawing on new evidence that has come up over the past 10 years, and uses that evidence to advance the understanding of chemokines' roles.

Abstract In order to obtain accurate resonance peaks from surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectral curves, a reasonable denoising method is of great significance for SPR sensing systems. Therefore, the generalized S-transform is combined with the Bald Eagle Search algorithm (BES) in this study, and a denoising method based on the generalized S-transform optimized by BES is proposed and applied to the denoising processing of the SPR spectrum. First, a fiber SPR sensing system is used to obtain the original noised spectrum; then, the generalized S-transform is performed to obtain the corresponding S-domain spectrum. Next, the denoising threshold

Abstract To effectively improve the security and accuracy of computer information storage, a computer security problem and legal system based on cloud computing are proposed. Firstly, this article details the evolution of cloud computing, its characteristics, architecture, and application status of cloud computing in detail. Second, we discussed security strategies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cloud computing information, focuses on the data encryption technology of cloud data security, and designs and implements the data backup and recovery system based on the cloud platform. The core layers of the system are the system layer and data operation layer. The system uses multithreading technology based on epoll and thread pool to improve the efficiency of data transmission. At the same time, the basic visual page is realized, and users can use the page to create a convenient operating system. Finally, the system is built in the laboratory environment and tested as a whole. The test results show that through the performance comparison with the current commonly used systems, it is found that the system in this paper has a certain improvement in data transmission rate, but the utilization rate of node CPU is as high as 40%, which leads to certain requirements for node CPU performance. Therefore, the system meets the functional requirements proposed in the design. Compared to the existing system, its performance has been found to meet the actual requirements of use, proving that the system is accessible and efficient.

Abstract A kinase anchoring protein (AKAP) 12 is a scaffolding protein that improves the specificity and efficiency of spatiotemporal signal through assembling intracellular signal proteins into a specific complex. AKAP12 is a negative mitogenic regulator that plays an important role in controlling cytoskeletal architecture, maintaining endothelial integrity, regulating glial function and forming blood-brain barrier (BBB) and blood retinal barrier (BRB). Moreover, elevated or reduced AKAP12 contributes to a variety of diseases. Complex connections between AKAP12 and various diseases including chronic liver diseases (CLDs), inflammatory diseases and a series of cancers will be tried to delineate in this paper. We first describe the expression, distribution and physiological function of AKAP12. Then we summarize the current knowledge of different connections between AKAP12 expression and various diseases. Some research groups have found paradoxical roles of AKAP12 in different diseases and further confirmation is needed. This paper aims to assess the role of AKAP12 in physiology and diseases to help lay the foundation for the design of small molecules for specific AKAP12 to correct the pathological signal defects.

Abstract In the context of internal circulation, domestic trade is widely encouraged in China. However, the growth of inter-provincial trade may aggravate inter-regional embodied carbon emissions transfer. The knowledge about the causes of changes in embodied carbon emissions from an industry transfer perspective is limited, which is significant for achieving the regional carbon emission reduction fairly and reasonably. Therefore, this paper utilizes the provincial energy consumption data and the multi-region input–output tables in 2002 and 2012 to calculate the embodied carbon transfer among different regions. Furthermore, the inter-regional embodied carbon emissions transfer trends are analyzed and discussed by the quantitative measurement of industries transfer. The results indicated that nearly 58% of carbon emissions were transferred out from the southeast coastal areas to the central and western areas by importing carbon-intensive productions, reaching 516 million tons. In addition, the carbon intensity in the eastern areas decreased by about 30%, while that increased by 11% in the central and western areas. Energy inequality among regions was getting worse. To promote inter-regional development equity, the emission reduction targets of different regions should be heterogeneous. Specifically, the southeast coastal areas are suggeted to compensate for the transfer-out emissions. The central and western areas are suggested to develop markets for renewable energy topromote the economy and adjust energy structure.

Abstract Objective To construct the chitosan/BMP-2 plasmid thermosensitive hydrogel complex CS/CSn(pDNA-BMP2)-GP,and evaluate the effect of this composite system on alveolar bone regeneration in beagle dogs. Methods Periodontitis models were established in the second and third premolars from 4 beagle dogs. All teeth were randomly divided into three groups: CS/CSn-GP group,CS/CSn(pDNA-BMP2)-GP group and blank control group. In the CS/CSn-GP group,CS/CSn-GP was injected. In the CS/CSn(pDNA-BMP2)-GP group,CS/CSn(pDNA-BMP2)-GP was injected. In the blank control group,no material was injected. All animals were sacrificed 8 weeks later. The alveolar bone regeneration in periodontitis was observed by Masson staining. The expression of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in bone defects was observed by calcium and cobalt staining. Results Masson staining showed that different degrees of alveolar bone regeneration was noted in the CS/CSN-GP and CS/CSn(pDNA-BMP2)-GP groups, and significant regeneration was noted in the CS/CSn(pDNA-BMP2)-GP group. Calcium and cobalt staining revealed strongly-positive ALP in the CS/CSn(pDNA-BMP2)-GP group,weakly-positive ALP in the CS/ CSN-GP group, and negative result in the blank control group. The average optical density value in the ALP-positive staining area in the CS/CSn(pDNA-BMP2)-GP group was higher than that in the CS/CSn-GP group, followed by that in the blank control group(all P < 0.05). Conclusions CS/CSn-GP composite repair system exerts positive effect on alveolar bone regeneration. Inclusion of pDNA-BMP2 can significantly promote the effect on alveolar bone regeneration.
