Abstract Objective: The aim of this study was to systematically assess the effects of different targeted therapies associated with adjuvant chemotherapy on clinical remission, survival and safety of patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
Materials and methods: This study searched for case-control trials of TNBC patients from January 2010 to May 2022. Two researchers independently extracted data. RevMan 5.3 statistical software was used for analysis.
    Results: This study included a total of 7 clinical controlled studies, containing 620 samples. The results showed that compared with the control group, the study group showed significant differences in objective response rate [OR = 2.44, 95% CI (1.69, 3.5), p < 0.00001], 1-year survival rate [OR = 3.59, 95% CI (2.01, 6.39), p < 0.0001], progression-free survival (PFS) [MD = 2.04, 95% CI (1.68, 2.41), p < 0.00001], with statistical significance (p < 0.05), while there are no significant differences in overall survival [MD = 6.33, 95% CI (-1.65, 14.30), p = 0.12] and incidence of adverse events [OR = 0.73, 95% CI (0.52, 1.02), p = 0.006] (p > 0.05).
Conclusions: Targeted therapy associated with adjuvant chemotherapy can remarkably enhance the outcome of patients with advanced TNBC, prolonging their progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) without increasing adverse effects. The validity of this research, however, will require higher quality studies and longer follow-ups.

Abstract The prevalence and distribution of infectious diseases and occupational diseases in specific time and space is the result of the interaction between natural environment, social economy and other factors, its distribution pattern has spatial properties. Based on the assumption of independence, the traditional statistical methods ignore the spatial attributes of diseases and cannot analyze the spatial characteristics of diseases. On the basis of geographic information system, the spatial autocorrelation analysis can simultaneously analyze the spatial relationship and attribute value of diseases, explore the spatial dependence of disease data in different spatial units, and provide decision-making basis for the prediction and early warning of diseases such as occupational and infectious diseases, and the formulation and evaluation of prevention and control measures.

Abstract Objective: The aim of the study is to detect the effect of miR-126 in autophagy after acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
Materials and methods: First, the changes of miR-126 and autophagy in myocardial infarction tissue and normal heart tissue were compared by establishing the myocardial infarction rat model, so as to clarify the relationship between miR-126 and changes of myocardial infarction and autophagy. Second, the regulation of miR-126 on autophagy related protein Beclin-1 and the role in myocardial infarction were studied to clarify whether miR-126 regulates autophagy through Beclin-1 and participates in the occurrence and development of myocardial infarction. Finally, the relationship between plasma miR-126 was observed.
Results: MiR-126 expression can regulate Beclin-1 expression and influence the cardiac function after AMI. The results are of great significance to reveal the new mechanism of myocardial infarction.
Conclusions: The down-regulation of miR-126 will lead to the over-activation of myocardial autophagy induced by Beclin-1, which is an autophagy related protein. The plasm expression of miR-126 may be a clinical marker of autophagy after AMI.

Abstract Tensile behavior at different deformation temperature of a transient liquid-phase (TLP) bonded joint of γ′-strengthened Co-based superalloy was investigated. A temperature dependence phenomenon of the joint’s fracture position was found, which transferred from the base metal to the bonding area with increase in the temperature, and this is related to the deformation mechanism. At room temperature, dislocation shearing the γ′ phases in different areas of the joint domains the deformation and makes it heterogeneous, and more deformation has occurred at the BM because of lower content of γ′ phase, which makes the failure occurred at the BM. The deformation mechanism gradually transferred from dislocation shearing to bypassing the γ′ with increasing the temperature, making the deformation become diffused, and this can lead to the fracture of the joint’s brittle borides, and the coalescence of the boride-induced cracks makes the fracture occur at the diffusion affect zone at 600 °C~ 900 °C. As the secondary-γ′ in the joint’s isothermal solidification zone dissolves at 1000 °C, more deformation occurs there and the accumulation of micro-voids induced by the dislocation climbing leads to the fracture.
