Abstract Esports is a rapidly growing industry and related information garners the attention of audiences both inside and outside the arena. The electronic competition system has become more structured over time and there are now standard off-seasons, which coincide tightly with an intensive period of player transfers. However, at the same time, the off-season has few events to cover and transfer information is highly confidential, so any insights regarding possible transfers are of deep interest to audiences. As a result, unofficial esports insiders often leak transfer information. To explore this phenomenon in greater depth, the methodology used in this study was based on the content analysis of information relating to 10-years in the life of the esport Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO). Data was collected from the Perfect World Esports APP and the HLTV websites to analyze the informants and the development of transfer information and its influence. It was found that, during the off-season, insider transfer revelations became the primary focus of content in the esports media sector. As the number of viewers participating in discussions about potential transfers has grown, esports tipsters have discovered a new career path within the industry. A comprehensive assessment of the audience and professional practitioners reveals the essential qualities that esports insiders should possess to excel in this field and for their careers to develop.

Abstract The grass-roots social governance type national governance modernization work is an important part. The traditional governance concept and governance means have been unable to meet the needs of the current grass-roots development and construction. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the realization path of promoting the modernization of grassroots governance.

Abstract The Ronchi test is widely used for wavefront measurements in advanced lithography tools, and a physical optics explanation of the Ronchi test based on scalar diffraction theory can be found in numerous publications. However, for high-numerical aperture (high-NA) lithography projection lenses, the vector nature of light should be considered when performing wavefront measurements, especially the effect of polarization aberrations on the wavefront test results. In this paper, a vector model for describing shearing interferometry for high-NA lithography projection lenses is established. In addition to considering the vector nature of light, the vector model also calculates the Ronchigram on the screen of a detector at any distance from a diffraction grating, as opposed to the distance restriction for the Fraunhofer diffraction approximation used by the existing methods. Using the developed mathematical model of the Ronchi test, the Ronchigrams of high-NA lithography projection lenses under non-polarized illumination are simulated, and the effect of the distance between the diffraction grating and the detection screen on the wavefront measurement accuracy are discussed.

Title translation Research advances in pharmacotherapy for rare diseases in children.
Abstract There are more than 7 000 rare diseases and approximately 475 million individuals with rare diseases globally, with children accounting for two-thirds of this population. Due to a relatively small patient population and limited financial resources allocated for drug research and development in pharmaceutical enterprises, there are still no drugs approved for the treatment of several thousands of these rare diseases. At present, there are no drugs for 95% of the patients with rare diseases, and consequently, the therapeutic drugs for rare diseases have been designated as orphan drugs. In order to guide pharmaceutical enterprises to strengthen the research and development of orphan drugs, various nations have enacted the acts for rare disease drugs, promoted and simplified the patent application process for orphan drugs, and provided scientific recommendations and guidance for the research and development of orphan drugs. Since there is a relatively high incidence rate of rare diseases in children, this article reviews the latest research on pharmacotherapy for children with rare diseases.

Abstract Purpose of review: The assumption has been made that urbanization adversely affects mental health, primarily attributed to the lack of access to nature. Our objective is to examine whether nature-based interventions can reduce psychopathology within an urban setting.
Recent findings: Nature-based interventions are generally categorized as either physical or virtual. Physical interventions engage participants in various activities like passive exposure, outdoor swimming, or physical activities in natural environments. On the other hand, virtual interventions expose participants to visual, auditory, or even olfactory stimuli to simulate natural environments. While most interventions achieved some degree of success in enhancing overall well being, not all demonstrated a significant reduction in depression and anxiety.
Summary: The review identified a shortage of well designed and well implemented outdoor or virtual nature-based interventions. Longitudinal designs in physical nature-based interventions provided the strongest evidence for reducing anxiety and depression. Multisensory virtual nature-based interventions also show significant potential for alleviating anxiety and depression in urban dwellers. Conversely, brief nature-based interventions yielded inconsistent results in improving mental health. Urgent investment in high-quality interventions and research in this domain is imperative to inform policy and enhance overall mental health in urban settings.

Abstract Link prediction, which has important applications in many fields, predicts the possibility of the link between two nodes in a graph. Link prediction based on Graph Neural Network (GNN) obtains node representation and graph structure through GNN, which has attracted a growing amount of attention recently. However, the existing GNN-based link prediction approaches possess some shortcomings. On the one hand, because a graph contains different types of nodes, it leads to a great challenge for aggregating information and learning node representation from its neighbor nodes. On the other hand, the attention mechanism has been an effect instrument for enhancing the link prediction performance. However, the traditional attention mechanism is always monotonic for query nodes, which limits its influence on link prediction. To address these two problems, a Dual-Path Graph Neural Network (DPGNN) for link prediction is proposed in this study. First, we propose a novel Local Random Features Augmentation for Graph Convolution Network as a baseline of one path. Meanwhile, Graph Attention Network version 2 based on dynamic attention mechanism is adopted as a baseline of the other path. And then, we capture more meaningful node representation and more accurate link features by concatenating the information of these two paths. In addition, we propose an adaptive auxiliary module for better balancing the weight of auxiliary tasks, which brings more benefit to link prediction. Finally, extensive experiments verify the effectiveness and superiority of our proposed DPGNN for link prediction.
