Abstract In the cloud, uploading encrypted data is the most effective way to ensure that the data are not leaked. However, data access control is still an open problem in cloud storage systems. To provide an authorization mechanism to limit the comparison of a user's ciphertexts with those of another, public key encryption supporting the equality test with four flexible authorizations (PKEET-FA) is presented. Subsequently, more functional identity-based encryption supporting the equality test (IBEET-FA) further combines identity-based encryption with flexible authorization. The bilinear pairing has always been intended to be replaced due to the high computational cost. Hence, in this paper, we use general trapdoor discrete log groups to construct a new and secure IBEET-FA scheme, which is more efficient. The computational cost for the encryption algorithm in our scheme was reduced to 43% of that of the scheme of Li et al. In Type 2 and 3 authorization algorithms, the computational cost of both was reduced to 40% of that of the scheme of Li et al. Furthermore, we give proof that our scheme is secure against one-wayness under the chosen identity and chosen ciphertext attacks (OW-ID-CCA), and indistinguishable against chosen identity and chosen ciphertext attacks (IND-ID-CCA).

Abstract At present, the fracturing technology has been very mature and is widely used in oil and gas field production operation. However, the fracturing operation will cause periodic changes in wellbore internal pressure and generate alternating stress. Due to the material factors of casing and cement sheath, the deformation of the two is inconsistent after stress, and then the damage of cement sheath and the failure of wellbore annulus seal occur. After water injection development, it is easy to produce channeling risk, so the performance of cement sheath is crucial. In view of this problem, through the theoretical analysis, experimental analysis and organic combination analysis of wellbore annulus cement ring sealing, the critical failure threshold of wellbore annulus cement ring under fracturing operation is given, which provides certain guidance for improving wellbore annulus sealing and reducing the risk of channeling after fracturing operation in the future.

Abstract In order to improve the quality and efficiency of music teaching, we try to automate the teaching of music notation. With the addition of computer vision technology and note recognition algorithms, we improve the generative adversarial network to enhance the recognition accuracy and efficiency of music short scores. We adopt an embedded matching structure based on adversarial neural networks, starting from generators and discriminators, respectively, to unify generators and discriminators from the note input side. Each network layer is then laid out according to a cascade structure to preserve the different layers of note features in each convolutional layer. Residual blocks are then inserted in some network layers to break the symmetry of the network structure and enhance the ability of the adversarial network to acquire note features. To verify the efficiency of our method, we select monophonic spectrum, polyphonic spectrum, and miscellaneous spectrum datasets for validation. The experimental results demonstrate that our method has the best recognition accuracy in the monophonic spectrum and the miscellaneous spectrum, which is better than the machine learning method. In the recognition efficiency of note detail information, our method is more efficient in recognition and outperforms other deep learning methods.

Abstract In the last two years, due to the pandemic and restrictive measures, the dependence of music creators and artists on the Internet, where they could promote their work, organize live streaming concerts, and talk to the public, has increased and expanded even more and seeks higher revenue from digital music platforms. An important issue that arises from the above statement is protecting the authors' copyright regarding the uses and sharing in the digital services of their works with protected content. Although circulated in digital information, the protected content is not information but a product of ethical and commercial value. While it has an intangible owner and it owes its existence to the creative idea of its creator, it is not an idea. The imposition of legal and commercial conditions on its movement cannot be associated with any restrictions on the free movement of information, as it is not related to them. In general, the unauthorized exchange of digital music files via peer-to-peer violates copyright law. The exchange of files is unauthorized, as it does not have the relevant permission from the creators and beneficiaries and is therefore illegal. With this in mind, this paper proposes a highly effective way of protecting the copyright of music technology, which is based on the widespread use of artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cryptography technologies. Specifically, an advanced blockchain model based on Hyperledger Fabric is introduced, which, however, uses Quantum Homomorphic Encryption and Quantum Zero-Knowledge Arguments. Music files are implemented as Nonfungible Tokens (NFTs), which activate smart contracts. Finally, an advanced collaborative filtering algorithm provides recommendations for effectiveness in securing the copyrights of music industry creators. A specialized scenario was built to model the proposed system to verify the degree of protection on music intellectual property in developing a security simulation with an innovative consensus-based zero knowledge and the quantum fully homomorphic encryption technique. Experiment results show that this technique can aid in implementing a technologically aware system capable of providing a powerful answer to a current real-world problem.

Abstract At present, the prominent problems of ecological environment and the negative environmental effects of modern science and technology promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in the direction of ecology. The ecological concept of scientific and technological innovation can help the battle of pollution control and promote the reconciliation between man and nature. The ecological orientation of scientific and technological innovation in environmental sustainable development has some problems, such as unclear development orientation, insufficient innovation ability, lack of ecological concept, and insufficient public participation. Therefore, we should clarify the ecological orientation of scientific and technological innovation, improve innovation ability, promote the reform of environmental management system, and strengthen ecological moral education.

Abstract PIWI-interacting RNAs (piRNAs) are important for ensuring the integrity of the germline. 3'-terminal 2'-O-methylation is essential for piRNA maturation and to protect them from degradation. HENMT1 (HEN Methyltransferase 1) carries out the 2'-O-methylation, which is of key importance for piRNA stability and functionality. However, neither the structure nor the catalytic mechanism of mammalian HENMT1 have been studied. We have constructed a catalytic-competent HENMT1 complex using computational approaches, in which Mg2+ is primarily coordinated by four evolutionary conserved residues, and is further auxiliary coordinated by the 3'-O and 2'-O on the 3'-terminal nucleotide of the piRNA. Our study suggests that metal has limited effects on substrate and cofactor binding but is essential for catalysis. The reaction consists of deprotonation of the 2'-OH to 2'-O and a methyl transfer from SAM to the 2'-O. The methyl transfer is spontaneous and fast. Our in-depth analysis suggests that the 2'-OH may be deprotonated before entering the active site or it may be partially deprotonated at the active site by His800 and Asp859, which are in a special alignment that facilitates the proton transfer out of the active site. Furthermore, we have developed a detailed potential reaction scenario indicating that HENMT1 is Mg2+ utilizing but is not a Mg2+ dependent enzyme.

Abstract The electrocardiograph is used to record the bioelectric signals generated by the activation of myocardium when the heart is active. It is a commonly used medical electronic instrument for clinical diagnosis and first-aid. However, electrocardiograph adopts a lead wire connection method in existing technology, which is prone to interweaving of wires during movement. It will not only break and wear the lead wire, but also delay the treatment time due to the cleaning of the lead wire. In addition, because the battery capacity is small, it needs to be charged frequently after use, which affects the speed of the instrument use and first-aid. Moreover, the original adsorbed chest lead electrode has a small contact surface with the skin, leading to less comfort and easy to fall off. In order to solve the above problems, an electrocardiograph without lead wire for first-aid was designed by medical staff of Tianjin First Central Hospital, and the National Utility Model Patent of China was obtained (Patent No.: ZL 2019 2 2267837.3). The electrocardiograph adopts the method of wirelessly connecting electrodes, avoids entanglement of lead wire, and increases the portable power source, which prolongs the battery endurance time, improves the contact electrode performance of chest lead and increases the contact surface, the above improvements optimize the medical process operated by medical staff, which is more conducive to clinical first-aid and routine examination, and has the advantages of easy to use, easy to carry and strong safety.
