Abstract Hip replacement (HA) is mainly indicated for the elderly, who generally suffer from various underlying diseases such as hypertension. This article provides a review of the key points of perioperative nursing care for patients with hypertension undergoing HA. It analyzes the key points of care during the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) and proposes directions for the development of perioperative nursing care for HA. The prognosis for patients can be improved through the modification of traditional medical approaches and the application of new technologies and concepts.

Abstract Quasi-two-dimensional (quasi-2D) perovskites have attracted much attention due to their outstanding properties, such as inherent quantum-well structure, strong dielectric and quantum confinement, large exciton binding energy, and high photoluminescence quantum yield. By virtue of these superior merits, quasi-2D perovskites have shown great potential for next-generation light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Herein, this review presents an overview of the basic properties of quasi-2D perovskites and their photoluminescence modulations by large organic cation engineering, monovalent cation engineering, halogen engineering, defect passivation engineering, and dimensionality engineering. Furthermore, the strategies of charge-transport layer optimization, interfacial engineering, light-outcoupling efficiency improvement, and operating stability improvement are summarized for fabricating high-performance quasi-2D perovskite LEDs (PeLEDs). Finally, the challenges and outlook for the future development of quasi-2D PeLEDs are unambiguously proposed.

Abstract Purpose: Currently, the rigid instruments used for laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer not only have the risk of damage to tissues, blood vessels, and nerves, but their limited freedom will also cause surgical blind areas. Soft robots are expected to solve these issues due to inherent flexibility, compliance, and safe interaction with tissues and organs. In addition, to achieve high surgical accuracy and provide precise guidance for surgeons, the navigation method should be studied for the soft robot.
Methods: A soft robot system for single-port transvesical radical prostatectomy (STRP) is developed, and a navigation method combining fiber Bragg gratings and electromagnetic tracking is proposed for the soft robot. To validate the soft robot design and the effectiveness of the navigation method, different groups of experiments are conducted.
Results: The proposed navigation method can achieve accurate location and shape sensing of the soft manipulator. The experiments show that the maximum tip sensing error is 2.691 mm, which is 5.38
Conclusions: The designed soft robot system, due to its soft structure, good flexibility, and accurate navigation, is expected to improve surgical safety and precision, thereby exhibiting significant potential for STRP.

Abstract Background: Peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) is an established treatment option for esophageal achalasia. However, technical challenges and failures exist. Submucosal fibrosis is a rare cause of aborted POEM procedures.
Case summary: We performed POEM with an elastic ring for achalasia with obvious submucosal fibrosis. The short-term outcome was excellent, surgery time was significantly shorter, and success rate was higher with POEM for achalasia with obvious submucosal fibrosis.
Conclusion: POEM performed with an elastic ring is a feasible and effective endoscopic treatment modality for achalasia with obvious submucosal fibrosis.

Abstract In recent years, the performance of sports dance in China has become better and better. Naturally, the technical requirements for this dance are getting higher and higher, and the number and intensity of training have also increased, which has led to increasing injuries in sports dance. This article is based on visual sensor images to analyze and study the common injuries and prevention of sports dance practitioners. It is aimed at providing a certain reference basis for athletes' injuries, so that dance practitioners and coaches can better master sports dance training and teaching. Injury-related rules and prevention reduce the injury rate. This article puts forward the related technology of a visual sensor image and applies its technology to the prevention and research of common injuries in sports dance. At the same time, it analyzes the causes of sports dance practitioners' injuries and seeks economical and affordable massage techniques for prevention, and the method of treatment provides protection for dance practitioners. The experimental results in this article show that the Tuina group cured 15 subjects, 41 subjects were markedly effective, 13 subjects were improved, and 6 subjects were unhealed. The total effective rate was 92%.

Abstract To investigate the impact of pyrite mining on the heavy metal pollution in the surrounding soil in Tongling City, 50 surface soil and sediment samples were collected from mining fields, farmland, forests, villages, and the river. The contents of Zn, Cr, Cu, Pb, Ni, Cd, and As in soils and sediments were analyzed. Then, the spatial distribution characteristics of heavy metals in soil were analyzed, and the degree of heavy metal pollution and potential ecological risk level were assessed. Finally, the sources of soil heavy metal pollution were identified. In general, the soil in the study area was weakly acidic (average pH=6.32), and the contents of other heavy metals except Ni exceeded the background values of the soil in Tongling City. Moreover, Ni and Cd were enriched in the river sediments. According to the Nemerow pollution index, Pb and As reached heavy pollution levels, Cu and Cd reached moderate pollution levels, and other elements belonged to light or non-pollution levels. The comprehensive pollution index of different land types was ranked in the order of mining field > river > forest > farmland > village. Mining fields and the river were heavily polluted, forest land was moderately polluted, and farmland and villages were mainly mildly polluted. Pb, As, and Cd belonged to the medium ecological risk category. The contribution rates of the potential ecological risk index were 33.27%, 27.39%, and 20.22%, which were much higher than the other four elements. The ranking results of the potential ecological risk index of different land types was the same as that of the comprehensive pollution index. Mining fields and the river were at a high-risk level, forest land reached moderate risk, and the rest were at a slight risk level. The consistent results of correlation analysis, principal component analysis (PCA), and positive definite matrix factor analysis (PMF) indicated that Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd, and As were mainly derived from pyrite mining activities, Cr mainly came from the parent material and agricultural production, and Ni was mainly affected by soil-forming parent material and pyrite mining activities.

Abstract In Chinese cabbage breeding, hybrids have made a terrific contribution due to heterosis, the superior performance of offspring compared to their inbred parents. Since the development of new, top-performing hybrids requires a large scale of human and material resources, the prediction of hybrid performance is of utmost interest to plant breeders. In our research, leaf transcriptome data from eight parents were used to investigate if they might be employed as markers to predict hybrid performance and heterosis. In Chinese cabbage, heterosis of plant growth weight (PGW) and heterosis of head weight (HW) were more obvious than other traits. The number of differential expression genes (DEGs) between parents was related to the PGW, length of the biggest outer leaf (LOL), leaf head height (LHH), leaf head width (LHW), HW, leaf number of head (LNH) and plant height (PH) of hybrids, and up-regulated DEGs number was also associated with these traits. Euclidean and binary distances of parental gene expression levels were significantly correlated with the PGW, LOL, LHH, LHW, HW and PH of hybrids. Additionally, there was a significant correlation between the parental expression levels of multiple genes involved in the ribosomal metabolic pathway and hybrid observations and heterosis in PGW, with the
