Abstract Ionic liquid‐based ultrasonic‐assisted extraction (IL ‐UAE ) was developed to extract and separate the isochlorogenic acid C (ICGA ) from a cultivar of Chrysanthemum morifolium (Chrysanthemummorifolium Ra Tnat .). The influencing parameters, including IL concentration, liquid‐to‐solid ratio, and ultrasonic time, were optimized using response surface methodology. Of the IL s studied, 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bromide [(Bmim)Br] exhibited the best extraction ability. The optimized conditions included liquid‐to‐solid ratio of 23.44:1, ultrasonic time of 48.99 min, and IL concentration of 0.65 mol/L. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield of ICGA could reach to 4.20 mg/g. An aqueous two‐phase system was applied for purification and separation of ICGA . The maximum extraction efficiency of 98.18% was obtained under the conditions of (NH 4)2SO 4 of 4.5 g, pH of 3.0, and a temperature of 20°C at aqueous solution. Furthermore, the thermodynamic parameters showed that the purification of ICGA from salt‐rich phase to IL ‐rich phase was a spontaneous and exothermic process. The results indicated that the proposed system is simple, rapid, and effective to serve as a viable and sustainable platform for the extraction and purification of ICGA from Chrysanthemum morifolium flowers.

Abstract The present study delves into the intricate relationships between individual adaptability, various dimensions of Guanxi-Ganqing, Renqing, and Xinren-and work engagement among educators working in international educational institutions across major cities in China. Guanxi refers to complex system of social networks and influential relationships that facilitate business and other dealings. Ganqing, Renqing, and Xinren represents distinct but interconnected dimensions. Ganqing refers to the emotional bonding or personal affection that is developed within a Guanxi relationship. Renqing can be understood as the norm of reciprocity or the social obligation to respond to another's needs and to maintain the balance of give and take in relationships. Finally, Xinren: This dimension represents trust and credibility in Guanxi relationships. Employing online data collection via the Qualtrics platform, the study investigates the impact of individual adaptability on work engagement, particularly examining the mediating roles of different Guanxi dimensions. Utilizing Hayes' Process Model 80 for mediation analysis, our findings demonstrate a statistically significant direct effect of individual adaptability on work engagement, thus supporting Hypothesis 1 (H1). The analysis reveals that this relationship is partially mediated by other variables within our model. Significantly, the study highlights the nuanced roles of the Guanxi dimensions of Ganqing, Renqing, and Xinren in this context. Both Ganqing and Renqing were found to amplify the effect of individual adaptability on work engagement, confirming Hypotheses 2a and 2b. However, while Xinren increased the effect size, it did not significantly mediate the relationship between individual adaptability and work engagement, leading to the rejection of Hypothesis 2c. Furthermore, our research provides new insights into the interplay between these Guanxi dimensions. Specifically, Ganqing and Renqing significantly influenced Xinren, which in turn impacted work engagement, thereby supporting Hypotheses 3a and 3b. This mediated chain model suggests a more complex interaction between these factors than previously understood. Our analysis also reveals the differential impacts of these Guanxi dimensions. Notably, Ganqing exhibited a greater influence on work engagement compared to Renqing and Xinren. This finding underscores the critical role of affective bonds in social ties and their importance in enhancing work engagement. These results, robust across statistical metrics including R, R-squared, MSE, F, and

Abstract The current academic research on whether and how the different supervisor monitoring effect in remote workplace is relatively scarce. Based on the Job demand-resource (JD-R) Model, this study proposes that as a kind of work resource, interactional monitoring will enhance employees' self-efficacy, further enhance remote employees' work engagement and reduce their deviant behaviors. While as a kind of work requirement, electronic monitoring will decrease employees' self-efficacy, further reduce remote employee's work engagement and increase their deviant behaviors. This study gets the empirical date of 299 employees who experienced remote work. Amos 23.0, SPSS 23.0 software and process plug-in were used to do the hierarchical regression, bootstrap and simple slope analysis, so that to test the hypothesis. This study broadens the research situation and mechanism of different supervisor monitoring, so as to enrich the comprehensive understanding of the effect of them, and also to provide some inspiration and reference for relevant management practices.

Abstract 8-Hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) is the most widely used oxidative stress biomarker of the free radical-induced oxidative damage product of DNA, which may allow a premature assessment of various diseases. This paper designs a label-free, portable biosensor device to directly detect 8-OHdG by plasma-coupled electrochemistry on a transparent and conductive indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode. We reported a flexible printed ITO electrode made from particle-free silver and carbon inks. After inkjet printing, the working electrode was sequentially assembled by gold nanotriangles (AuNTAs) and platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs). This nanomaterial-modified portable biosensor showed excellent electrochemical performance for 8-OHdG detection from 10 μg/mL to 100 μg/mL by our self-developed constant voltage source integrated circuit system. This work demonstrated a portable biosensor for simultaneously integrating nanostructure, electroconductivity, and biocompatibility to construct advanced biosensors for oxidative damage biomarkers. The proposed nanomaterial-modified ITO-based electrochemical portable device was a potential biosensor to approach 8-OHdG point-of-care testing (POCT) in various biological fluid samples, such as saliva and urine samples.

Abstract In the current process of social and economic development, the cost of living and property management is continuously increasing. In order to maintain the normal operation of property management and provide high-quality services, it is necessary to adjust the property fees reasonably. If the property fees cannot be adjusted for a long time, it will have a detrimental impact on the development of the community. However, the traditional regulatory model has failed to accurately define the quality of property services, leading to information asymmetry and a lack of trust between the two parties, resulting in a deadlock in property fee adjustments. With the rise of intelligent management, a new direction for property fee adjustments has been provided. This article first analyzes the pricing dilemma under traditional regulation through game theory. Then, based on the theory of "Smart regulatory", it proposes the idea of constructing a "Smart regulatory" platform and explores the feasibility of this model using game theory and Matlab simulations. The study found that the "Smart regulatory" platform can resolve information asymmetry and encourage both parties to cooperate in the game. After the establishment of the platform, property fee adjustments are influenced by government supervision, government penalties, and the magnitude of property fee increase.

Abstract Gene duplications are common in biology and are likely to be an important source of functional diversification and specialization. The yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae underwent a whole-genome duplication event early in evolution, and a substantial number of duplicated genes have been retained. We identified more than 3500 instances where only one of two paralogous proteins undergoes posttranslational modification despite having retained the same amino acid residue in both. We also developed a web-based search algorithm (CoSMoS.c.) that scores conservation of amino acid sequences based on 1011 wild and domesticated yeast isolates and used it to compare differentially modified pairs of paralogous proteins. We found that the most common modifications-phosphorylation, ubiquitylation, and acylation but not N-glycosylation-occur in regions of high sequence conservation. Such conservation is evident even for ubiquitylation and succinylation, where there is no established 'consensus site' for modification. Differences in phosphorylation were not associated with predicted secondary structure or solvent accessibility but did mirror known differences in kinase-substrate interactions. Thus, differences in posttranslational modification likely result from differences in adjoining amino acids and their interactions with modifying enzymes. By integrating data from large-scale proteomics and genomics analysis, in a system with such substantial genetic diversity, we obtained a more comprehensive understanding of the functional basis for genetic redundancies that have persisted for 100 million years.
