Abstract The basic constituent elements of ancient acupuncture prescriptions and moxibustion prescriptions for migraine and headache are extracted and summarized. The frequency and proportion of each element are counted and its characteristics are analyzed. The basic constituent elements of ancient acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions includes five aspects: disease symptoms (main symptoms, concurrent symptoms, etiology and pathogenesis), disease type, acupuncture and moxibustion site (acupoint name, site name, meridian name), manipulation method (acupuncture method, reinforcing and reducing method, blood pricking method, moxibustion method) and curative effect. Acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions are essential for recording the disease symptoms, while the acupuncture and moxibustion site and manipulation methods are the two core elements of ancient acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions, which are also the premise to ensure that acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions have good reference value.

Abstract The paper reviews systematically the main ancient medical books with the origin literature included on acupuncture prescription. It is found that the origin literature with acupuncture prescription in successive dynasties mainly focuses on Qin-Han and Jin-Yuan Dynasties. In Jin, Tang and Song Dynasties, as well as Ming and Qing Dynasties, the literature mainly records the experience of medical masters in the previous dynasties. By taking "headache" and "retention of urine" as examples, the origins on the literature of clinical acupuncture prescription are explored, the distribution rules and characteristics are summarized. Moreover, the evidences and evaluation method of quality grading were explored on the ancient books with the origin literature of acupuncture prescription involved.

Abstract Background: Patients with rheumatologic preexisting autoimmune disease (PAD) have not been enrolled in clinical trials of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). Therefore, the risks and benefits of ICI therapy in such patients are unclear. Herein, we investigated the safety and efficacy of ICIs in rheumatologic PAD patients through a meta-analysis.
Methods: The PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase and Web of Science databases were searched for additional studies. We analyzed the following data through Stata software: incidence of total irAEs (TirAEs), rate of flares, incidence of new on-set irAEs, rate of discontinuation, objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR).
Results: We identified 23 articles including 643 patients with rheumatologic PAD. The pooled incidences of TirAEs, flares and new-onset irAEs were 64% (95% CI 55%-72%), 41% (95% CI 31%-50%), and 33% (95% CI 28%-38%), respectively. In terms of severity, the incidences were 7% (95% CI 2%-14%) for Grade 3-4 flares and 12% (95% CI 9%-15%) for Grade 3-4 new-onset irAEs. Patients with RA had a greater risk of flares than patients with other rheumatologic PADs did (RR = 1.35, 95% CI 1.03-1.77). The ORR and DCR were 30% and 44%, respectively. Baseline anti-rheumatic treatment was not significantly associated with the frequency of flares (RR = 1.05, 95% CI 0.63-1.77) or the ORR (RR = 0.45, 95% CI 0.12-1.69).
Conclusions: Patients with rheumatologic PAD, particularly those with RA, are susceptible to relapse of their rheumatologic disease following ICI therapy. ICIs are also effective for treating rheumatologic PAD patients. PROSPECTIVE REGISTER OF SYSTEMATIC REVIEWS (PROSPERO): number CRD 42,023,439,702.

Abstract In order to foster a modern economic system and facilitate high-quality economic development, it is crucial to establish a conducive business environment. Undoubtedly, the evaluation of the business environment for enterprises constitutes a prominent area of research. Nevertheless, ensuring the authenticity and security of the raw data sources provided by participating enterprises poses a challenge, thereby compromising the accuracy of the evaluation. To tackle this issue, an enterprise composite blockchain construction method for business environment is proposed in this paper, which stores the raw data of enterprises by the means of hybrid on-chain and off-chain. Initially, the enhanced hash function SHA256 is introduced to encrypt the raw data of enterprises. The encrypted data is subsequently stored in an off-chain Level DB database, which is based on non-volatile memory. This approach effectively alleviates the burden on communication and storage. Secondly, a composite storage strategy on-chain is adopted: the key values from the Level DB are stored in the DAG-based Conflux public blockchain, while the enterprise state data is stored in the consortium blockchain, so as to provide trusted evidence of business environment evaluation data. Finally, it is demonstrated through a large number of experimental comparisons that the enterprise composite blockchain construction method proposed in this paper exhibits better read and write performance, lower storage efficiency and storage overhead, and outperforms both the before-improved Level DB database and existing blockchain storage models.

Abstract Objective: To investigate whether The small nuclear RNA activating complex polypeptide 3 (SNAPC3) gene rs12093 polymorphism is associated with ischemic stroke (IS) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes of IS. Methods: This study enrolled 774 patients with ischemic stroke (IS) and 793 normal controls. Massarray technology was used for genotyping. And genetic association analysis was estimated by PLINK program. Results: ①SNAPC3 gene rs12093 polymorphism was significantly associated with the risk of ischemic stroke wind syndrome of IS [OR=0.76, 95%CI(0.58-0.99), P=0.047 in dominant model)]. ②After adjusting age and gender, SNAPC3 gene rs12093 polymorphism and the score of ischemic stroke wind syndrome(Padj=0.037 in additive model;Padj=0.009 in recessive model), the correlation is statistically significant. ③After adjusting age and gender, platelet (PLT) (Padj=0.024 in addiction model; Padj=0.039 in dominant model)and thrombin time(TT)(Padj=0.042 in dominant model) were significantly associated with rs12093 polymorphism in patients with ischemic stroke wind syndrome. Conclusion: SNAPC3 gene rs12093 polymorphism may affect the occurrence of ischemic stroke wind syndrome.

Abstract Self-regulated language learning (SRLL) plays a crucial role in the language development of Chinese college English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners. This study presents a systematic literature review aimed at identifying the key variables associated with SRLL among Chinese college EFL learners. By conducting an extensive search of the Web of Science and Scopus databases, 88 relevant research articles were analyzed to gain insights into the effectiveness of SRLL in this context. Through a meticulous analysis of the target articles, this review uncovers the essential variables that shape the landscape of SRLL in the context of China’s tertiary education. To examine the interrelationship among these variables, this study utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for a comprehensive quantitative analysis. PLS-SEM enables a robust examination of multiple variables simultaneously, making it an ideal statistical technique for analyzing the complex dynamics of SRLL. By identifying the crucial factors that drive the SRLL process, researchers and educators can develop targeted interventions to enhance language learning outcomes among Chinese college EFL learners. Moreover, this research will shed light on the existing gaps in the literature and pave the way for future investigations in areas such as technology-assisted learning, individual differences, and the relationship between self-regulation and language proficiency. By unraveling the complexities of SRLL among Chinese college EFL learners, this study strives to empower educators and researchers with valuable insights to foster successful language acquisition and proficiency.

Abstract Abstract Cuproptosis is a recently discovered novel programmed cell death pathway that differs from traditional programmed cell death and has an important role in cancer and immune regulation. Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is considered new potential prognostic biomarkers in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD). However, the prognostic role and immune landscape of cuproptosis-related lncRNA in PAAD remain unclear. The transcriptome and clinical data of PAAD were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Cuproptosis-related lncRNA was identified using Pearson correlation analysis. The optimal lncRNA was screened by Cox and the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) regression mode, and for the construction of risk scoring system. PAAD patients were divided into high- and low-risk groups according to the risk score. Clinicopathological parameter correlation analysis, univariate and multivariate Cox regression, time-dependent receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, and nomogram were performed to evaluate the model. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses were used to explore differences in biological function between different risk groups. Single-sample gene set enrichment analysis (ssGSEA) and Estimation of STromal and Immune cells in MAlignant Tumor tissues using Expression data (ESTIMATE) algorithm were used to analyze the differences in tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) in different risk groups of PAAD. Additionally, the Tumor Immune Dysfunction and Exclusion (TIDE) algorithm was used to predict immunotherapy response and identify potential immune beneficiaries. Immune checkpoints and tumor mutation burden (TMB) were also systematically analyzed. Finally, drug sensitivity analysis was used to explore the reactivity of different drugs in high- and low-risk groups to provide a reference for the selection of precise therapeutic drugs. Six cuproptosis-related lncRNAs (AL117335.1, AC044849.1, AL358944.1, ZNF236-DT, Z97832.2, and CASC8) were ...
