Abstract In order to solve the problems of English education in the form of a short video, a research method of English intelligent education based on a short video recommendation algorithm was proposed. The recommendation system is a branch of artificial intelligence data mining, which improves the efficiency of short videos for English learning. The density ratio of users and video scoring matrix was 1000000/(1030 × 9394) = 10.3%. The dataset was a relatively sparse matrix. The original dataset was randomly divided into the training set and the test set, accounting for 80% and 20%, respectively. Then, the results of the short video recommendation algorithm were elaborated based on time weighting. Finally, the intelligent initial question bank of English intelligent education based on a short video recommendation algorithm was elaborated, which provided a guarantee for the promotion of short videos in English education.

Abstract The development of algorithms and the spread of digital infrastructure have contributed significantly to the productivity of the digital economy. Data has come to be known as the "oil of the digital economy". At the same time, data has begun to participate more deeply in the production activities of the global sports industry chain, and the international discussion on how to protect the rights of sports event data has been increasing. Based on the configurational theory and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis, this study discusses the factors affecting the protection of sports event data rights. The study found three configuration paths for achieving high enterprise data protection effectiveness and two for achieving low enterprise data protection effectiveness. The results of this study provide theoretical support for governments to address the issue of sports event data rights. They will also facilitate the safe use of data in sports, promote the global sports industry and humanitarian action development, and contribute to international sustainable development.

Abstract Recently, Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) and its variants have become the dominant methods in the large-scale optimization of machine learning (ML) problems. A variety of strategies have been proposed for tuning the step sizes, ranging from adaptive step sizes to heuristic methods to change the step size in each iteration. Also, momentum has been widely employed in ML tasks to accelerate the training process. Yet, there is a gap in our theoretical understanding of them. In this work, we start to close this gap by providing formal guarantees to a few heuristic optimization methods and proposing improved algorithms. First, we analyze a generalized version of the AdaGrad (Delayed AdaGrad) step sizes in both convex and non-convex settings, showing that these step sizes allow the algorithms to automatically adapt to the level of noise of the stochastic gradients. We show for the first time sufficient conditions for Delayed AdaGrad to achieve almost sure convergence of the gradients to zero. Moreover, we present a high probability analysis for Delayed AdaGrad and its momentum variant in the non-convex setting. Second, we analyze SGD with exponential and cosine step sizes, which are empirically successful but lack theoretical support. We provide the very first convergence guarantees for them in the smooth and non-convex setting, with and without the Polyak-{\L}ojasiewicz (PL) condition. We also show their good property of adaptivity to noise under the PL condition. Third, we study the last iterate of momentum methods. We prove the first lower bound in the convex setting for the last iterate of SGD with constant momentum. Moreover, we investigate a class of Follow-The-Regularized-Leader-based momentum algorithms with increasing momentum and shrinking updates. We show that their last iterate has optimal convergence for unconstrained convex stochastic optimization problems.

Abstract Introduction: Postoperative nausea and vomiting is a common complication for patients after anesthesia and surgery, which may result in increased parasympathetic activity, such as diaphoresis, pallor, or bradycardia. However, few cases of fatal bradycardia induced by postoperative nausea and vomiting have been reported before. Clinicians generally attribute bradycardia to certain anesthetics, instead of postoperative nausea or vomiting.
Patient concerns: A fifty-year-old female with a history of well-controlled hypertension underwent elective radical mastectomy. When recovering from anesthesia in the post-anesthesia care unit, the patient experienced severe bradycardia accompanied by hypotension and unconsciousness, shortly after nausea and vomiting.
Interventions: The patient received cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately.
Outcomes: Five minutes later, She recovered sinus rhythm and her vital sings tended to be stable. Three hours later, blood tests showed the N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide 127 pg/mL and cardiac troponin I 0.44 ng/mL, which peaked to 2.65 ng/mL 10 hours after the emergency. Electrocardiography revealed sinus rhythm, ST-segment depression in the inferior and anterior lateral leads, QTc prolongation, and left ventricular high voltage. Her serum cTnI continued to decline to 0.27 ng/mL on the 3rd day after surgery. She was discharged from the hospital on the fifth day and had no sequelae.
Conclusion: Although postoperative nausea and vomiting occurs frequently, it should be kept in mind as a potential cause to blame for severe bradycardia or even life-threatening situations.

Abstract The new generation of employees has emerged as a major force in the labor market, and their employee experience has become a significant factor in transforming the employment relationship. The objective of this study is to see if perceived organizational support influences the employee experience of the new generation of employees. Also, considering that the underlying mechanisms between the two are unclear, this study explores the mediating role of proactive personality and the moderating role of emotional exhaustion. This study used the Perceived Organizational Support Scale, Employee Experience Scale, Proactive Personality Scale, and Emotional Exhaustion Scale to survey 550 new-generation employees in China. The results showed that: perceived organizational support facilitated the level of employee experience of new generation employees; proactive personality partially mediated the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee experience. In addition, emotional exhaustion moderated the relationship between perceived organizational support and proactive personality. This study reveals the mechanisms of organizational and individual factors on the employee experience of new generation employees, explores the growth path of employee experience of new generation employees, and provides insights into the management practice work of business leaders.

Abstract The amount of data in the globe is increasing at an exponential rate, and the role of digital technology and data elements in the modern growth of China's sports business is becoming more significant. Disputes over sports data rights have grown in the international arena, with a special focus on how to preserve the sports data rights of key stakeholders. This study begins from the standpoint of stakeholders, constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model of the government, sports enterprises, and the public around the issue of sports data rights protection, investigates the behavioral evolutionary characteristics of each stakeholder and its stabilization strategies, simulates and analyzes the evolutionary stabilization strategies of the stakeholders in various situations using MATLAB, and proposes a compatible institution. According to the findings of this study, the cost of sports data governance, the cost of sports data sharing, the degree of sports data compliance use, the government incentive system, and the government regulation mechanism are the important elements impacting each stakeholder's behavioral decision-making. Based on the foregoing, the study proposes corresponding institutional strategies for governments to respond to the issue of sports data rights, which will be more conducive to the safe use of data for development and humanitarian action, as well as contribute to global sustainable development.
