Abstract This paper presents a predictive analysis of the Chinese economy in the post-epidemic era. Five major public health emergencies historically similar to the COVID-19 epidemic are used as the control group, and a fuzzy mathematical model is applied to forecast and analyze China's economy after the COVID-19 epidemic. The forecast results show that China's overall economy will have recovered to the pre-epidemic level in about 1 year, with the fastest recovery in individual economic indicators, followed by government final consumption and imports, then CPI, fiscal revenue, exports and money supply, and the slowest recovery in employment. Finally, a combination of all the parties makes policies and recommendations for China's economic and social development in the post-epidemic era.

Abstract Ritual education has become an important social approach to disciplining individuals and constructing value identity because of its unique attributes and its capacity to reshape individual behaviors and values through ritual practice. Only by properly grasping the internal logic of the construction of value identity through ritual education can we accurately identify problems arising from ritual education and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions accordingly. Through the “eight etiquette rules and four ceremonies” campaign and the national memorial ceremony for the Nanjing Massacre victims, Jiangsu has accumulated rich experience in ritual education. Still, in theory, there remain misconceptions; in practice, old problems persist, such as the preference of form to content and lack of refinement and effective use of ritual symbols. The solution to these problems must be based on a thorough understanding of the internal logic of the construction of value identity through ritual education. It is also necessary to further improve ritual space, ritual practices, ritual symbols, and ritual themes to develop an exemplary Jiangsu approach to ritual education in China.

Abstract Comparing with the spin of electron, the electronic orbitals, which have been long ignored in non-equilibrium transport, are getting more and more attentions, due to the prediction and experimental verification of orbital Hall effect (OHE) recently. In this report, the recent advances, including intrinsic mechanisms, direct and indirect experimental observations of OHE, are reviewed comprehensively. The orbital current, generated by OHE, shows much more fundamental features than spin current in explaining Hall conductivity and manipulating magnetization electronically. Theoretically, in momentum space, the OHE is proposed to originate from electric-field driven non-equilibrium orbital texture, based on tight-binding model. However, current experimental works still stay on the level to reveal how the OHE behaves after orbital current is generated, and the unambiguous experimental evidence to verify the generation mechanism of OHE is still missing, limiting the interpretation of OHE. Angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy with polarized incident photon, on the other hand, could be used to identify the orbital textures on energy band and reveal the non-equilibrium nature of orbital-momentum locking behind OHE, which may help to provide the direct experimental evidence to examine the intrinsic mechanism of OHE, and reveal the nature of wave packet with non-vanishing orbital angular momentum.
