Abstract In this paper, we use a particle swarm optimization neural network algorithm to analyze the teaching data of physical education faculties and evaluate the quality of teaching in physical education faculties. By studying and analyzing the optimization problem of the weight parameters of convolutional neural network training, this paper designs a hybrid algorithm combining the improved PSO algorithm and the traditional gradient descent in the framework of the BP algorithm by using the gradient information of the loss function and the principle of group cooperative search through PSO algorithm. The hybrid algorithm takes the loss function as the objective function, based on the principle of the PSO algorithm, and optimizes the objective function by combining the gradient information of the loss function of the convolutional neural network. The convergence speed and global search ability of the algorithm are effectively improved while ensuring an acceptable increase in computation. The weight values of the three-level indicators of teacher teaching behavior, student learning behavior, and teaching environment relative to the teaching quality of physical education classroom are 0.106, 0.634, and 0.260, respectively, which shows that the dimension of student learning behavior has the highest weight value in the evaluation of physical education classroom teaching quality, followed by teaching environment and finally teacher teaching behavior. Teachers' teaching ability will affect the effect of teaching methods, and the stronger the teaching ability is, the better the selection and utilization of teaching methods can be optimized.

Abstract With the comprehensive development of national fitness, men, women, young, and old in China have joined the ranks of fitness. In order to increase the understanding of human movement, many researches have designed a lot of software or hardware to realize the analysis of human movement state. However, the recognition efficiency of various systems or platforms is not high, and the reduction ability is poor, so the recognition information processing system based on LSTM recurrent neural network under deep learning is proposed to collect and recognize human motion data. The system realizes the collection, processing, recognition, storage, and display of human motion data by constructing a three-layer human motion recognition information processing system and introduces LSTM recurrent neural network to optimize the recognition efficiency of the system, simplify the recognition process, and reduce the data missing rate caused by dimension reduction. Finally, we use the known dataset to train the model and analyze the performance and application effect of the system through the actual motion state. The final results show that the performance of LSTM recurrent neural network is better than the traditional algorithm, the accuracy can reach 0.980, and the confusion matrix results show that the recognition of human motion by the system can reach 85 points to the greatest extent. The test shows that the system can recognize and process the human movement data well, which has great application significance for future physical education and daily physical exercise.

Abstract Objectives: This review aimed to assess the predictive value of background parenchymal enhancement (BPE) on breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as an imaging biomarker for pathologic complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT).
Methods: Two reviewers independently performed a systemic literature search using the PubMed, MEDLINE, and Embase databases for studies published up to 11 June 2022. Data from relevant articles were extracted to assess the relationship between BPE and pCR.
Results: This systematic review included 13 studies with extensive heterogeneity in population characteristics, MRI follow-up points, MRI protocol, NACT protocol, pCR definition, and BPE assessment. Baseline BPE levels were not associated with pCR, except in 1 study that reported higher baseline BPE of the younger participants (< 55 years) in the pCR group than the non-pCR group. A total of 5 studies qualitatively assessed BPE levels and indicated a correlation between reduced BPE after NACT and pCR; however, among the studies that quantitatively measured BPE, the same association was observed only in the subgroup analysis of 2 articles that assessed the status of hormone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2. In addition, the predictive ability of early BPE changes for pCR was reported in several articles and remains controversial.
Conclusions: Changes in BPE may be a promising imaging biomarker for predicting pCR in breast cancer. Because current studies remain insufficient, particularly those that quantitatively measure BPE, prospective and multicenter large-sample studies are needed to confirm this relationship.

Abstract Berberine (BBR) is an isoquinoline alkaloid extracted from Chinese medicinal plants showing a tight correlation with gut microbiota. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent reproductive and endocrine disorder syndrome among women of childbearing age. Dysbiosis, the imbalance of intestinal microorganisms, is a potential factor that takes part in the pathogenesis of PCOS. Recent evidence indicates that berberine offers promise for treating PCOS. Here, we review the recent research on the interaction between berberine and intestinal microorganisms, including the changes in the structure of gut bacteria, the intestinal metabolites after BBR treatment, and the effect of gut microbiota on the bioavailability of BBR. We also discuss the therapeutic effect of BBR on PCOS in terms of gut microbiota and its potential mechanisms.
