Abstract Objective: We characterize computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of bronchogenic cysts (BCs) and analyze misdiagnosis.
Methods: The retrospective study consisted of 83 patients with BCs. CT and MRI images were assessed for mass location, maximum diameter, density, calcification, signal intensity, and enhancement pattern. Eighty-three patients underwent
Results: Eighty-three masses were all solitary, with 71 having a roundish morphology, and twelve having a lobulated or irregular morphology. Sixty-six masses are mediastinal type, four are intrapulmonary type, and 13 are ectopic type. Calcification occurred in 14 lesions. On plain CT, 13 lesions displayed water-like attenuation (-20-20 Hu), and 70 showed soft-tissue attenuation (≥21 Hu). On T1WI, eight masses were hyperintense, three were isointense, and three were hypointense. Fourteen masses were hyperintense on T2WI and (Apparent Diffusion Coefficient) ADC sequence. On (Diffusion Weighted Imaging) DWI, six masses were hypointense and eight were hyperintense. Enhanced T1WI showed seven cases were unenhanced, while six were marginally enhanced. Twenty cases were misdiagnosed as thymomas, eleven as neurogenic tumors, six as lymphangiomas, and two as lung cancer. Five cases were misdiagnosed as other diseases. Patients with BCs underwent MR (42.9%) had a lower rate of misdiagnosis than those who underwent CT alone (53.0%).
Conclusion: The imaging findings of BCs in the chest are generally consistent. Misdiagnosis occurs frequently when CT attenuation values exceed 20 Hu. Diagnostic accuracy of BCs tends to improve with preoperative MR examination.

Abstract In this paper, we propose a novel deep Efficient Relational Sentence Ordering Network (referred to as ERSON) by leveraging pre-trained language model in both encoder and decoder architectures to strengthen the coherence modeling of the entire model. Specifically, we first introduce a divide-and-fuse BERT (referred to as DF-BERT), a new refactor of BERT network, where lower layers in the improved model encode each sentence in the paragraph independently, which are shared by different sentence pairs, and the higher layers learn the cross-attention between sentence pairs jointly. It enables us to capture the semantic concepts and contextual information between the sentences of the paragraph, while significantly reducing the runtime and memory consumption without sacrificing the model performance. Besides, a Relational Pointer Decoder (referred to as RPD) is developed, which utilizes the pre-trained Next Sentence Prediction (NSP) task of BERT to capture the useful relative ordering information between sentences to enhance the order predictions. In addition, a variety of knowledge distillation based losses are added as auxiliary supervision to further improve the ordering performance. The extensive evaluations on Sentence Ordering, Order Discrimination, and Multi-Document Summarization tasks show the superiority of ERSON to the state-of-the-art ordering methods.

Abstract Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) is an easily flammable materials with serious droplets and smoke toxicity, which critically restrict its practical application. In order to improve the flame retardancy of TPU, the present work designed a halogen free flame retardant (AL-APP) containing phosphorus and nitrogen elements via the modification of ammonium polyphosphate (APP) with sodium alendronate (Al). It was found that the limiting oxygen index of TPU/AL-APP₅ composites increased from 20.7 % to 26.5 % and got past the V-0 rating without any droplets in the UL-94 vertical measurement. Meanwhile, the peak heat release rate (PHRR) and total heat release (THR) of TPU/AL-APP₅ system reduced from 1021 to 255 kW/m² and 87.5–61.2 MJ/m² in cone calorimeter (CC) measurement when comparing to that of purchased TPU. According the thermogravimetric-infrared and Raman spectroscopy results, the production of the inert gas and formation of continuous carbon layer of AL-APP mutually improved the fire safety of TPU composites. Furthermore, the elongation at break of TPU/AL-APP₅ was significantly increased by 19.9 % than that of neat TPU, showing a better softness and elasticity than neat TPU. According the above results, it was concluded that this work advancing in the high flame-retarding efficient and good mechanical property for TPU composites via a simple method.

Abstract Green technology innovation is an important driving force for high-quality development in China. Recently, much attention has focused on the connotation, influencing factors and mode selection of green technology innovation, yet few studies have systematically tested the transmission paths between green technology innovation and economic performance. Green technology innovation can be divided into green process innovation and green product innovation, both of which can improve the environmental and economic performance of enterprises. Drawing on previous research, this study constructs a model of economic performance transmission for green technology innovation and upgrading, and conducts an empirical analysis based on data from 642 industrial enterprises in China. The results show that green process innovation and green product innovation can effectively improve the economic performance of enterprises. The environmental performance and market competitiveness of enterprises are important mediating variables in the paths of economic performance improvement. An enterprise's green process innovation can positively promote green product innovation, and there is also room for technological innovation upgrading. There are two main differences in the transmission paths for different types of green technology innovation: (1) Green process innovation can improve economic performance directly, whereas green product innovation can only do this indirectly; (2) In most cases, the path from green product innovation to economic performance is more important than that from green process innovation to economic performance. This study deepens understanding of the green technology innovation process and has implications for optimizing policy design for green development.

Abstract Information about the occurrence and trophic transfer of polychlorinated naphthalenes (PCNs) in polar ecosystems is vital but scarce. In this study, PCNs were analyzed in benthic marine sediment and several biological species, collected around the Chinese polar scientific research stations in Svalbard in the Arctic and South Shetland Island in Antarctica. Total PCNs in biota ranged from 28 to 249 pg/g of lipid weight (lw) and from 11 to 284 pg/g lw in the Arctic and Antarctic regions, respectively. The concentrations and toxic equivalent (TEQ) of PCNs in polar marine matrices remained relatively low, and the compositions were dominated by lower chlorinated homologues (mono- to trichlorinated naphthalenes). Trophic magnification factors (TMFs) were calculated for congeners, homologues, and total PCNs in the polar benthic marine food webs. Opposite PCN transfer patterns were observed in the Arctic and Antarctic regions, i.e., trophic dilution and trophic magnification, respectively. This is the first comprehensive study of PCN trophic transfer behaviors in remote Arctic and Antarctic marine regions, providing support for further investigations of the biological trophodynamics and ecological risks of PCNs.
