    Abstract As the world strides into the digital world, cybersecurity has become an indispensable part of connected devices. Although we have developed cybersecurity measures that can effectively defend against malicious software, we don’t have an accurate solution against attacks like social engineering attack, scam calls or phishing. In this work, a novel detection system called m-isds(mobilized intrusion and spam detection system) architecture is proposed, borrowing ideas from the widely utilized advanced hybrid intrusion detection system(ids), combining with some novel concepts including machine learning, advanced hashing technologies and pattern-matching technologies that are secure and cryptographically safe to provide a solution to the proposed system with low false-positive rate and privacy infringement while remaining responsive and flexible against all types of attacks. The system aims to scan the content of the whole terminal on the fly, not only containing and defending against the threat of malicious softwares but also alerting the user of possible scams and spams, bringing the security goal of mobile devices to a whole new level.

    Abstract Long-term environmental monitoring surveys are designed to achieve a desired precision (measured by variance) of resource conditions based on natural variability information. Over time, increases in resource variability and in data use to address issues focused on small areas with limited sample sizes require bolstering of attainable precision. It is often prohibitive to do this by increasing sampling effort. In cases with spatially overlapping monitoring surveys, composite estimation offers a statistical way to obtain a precision-weighted combination of survey estimates to provide improved population estimates (more accurate) with improved precisions (lower variances). We present a composite estimator for overlapping surveys, a summary of compositing procedures, and a case study to illustrate the procedures and benefits of composite estimation. The study uses the two terrestrial monitoring surveys administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) that entirely overlap. Using 2015-18 data and 13 land-health indicators, we obtained and compared survey and composite indicator estimates of percent area meeting land-health standards for sagebrush communities in Wyoming's Greater Sage-Grouse (Centrocercus urophasianus) Core and NonCore conservation areas on BLM-managed lands. We statistically assessed differences in indicator estimates between the conservation areas using composite estimates and estimates of the two surveys individually. We found composite variance to be about six to 24 units lower than 37% of the survey variances and composite estimates to differ by about six to 10 percentage points from six survey estimates. The composite improvements resulted in finding 11 indicators to statistically differ (p <0.05) between the conservation areas compared to only six and seven indicators for the individual surveys. Overall, we found composite estimation to be an efficient and useful option for improving environmental monitoring information where two surveys entirely overlap and suggest how this estimation method could be beneficial where environmental surveys partially overlap and in small area applications.

    Abstract Few people use remote sensing data to simultaneously retrieve the seasonal changes in aerosol optical depth (AOD) on land and ocean, as well as its relationship with surface temperature. Aerosols, as one of the indicators of air pollution, directly or indirectly affect people's numerous activities. This article uses Terra satellite MODIS data as the data source and conducts AOD inversion work on the land and ocean areas around Shanghai, China based on IDL, 6S model, and dark pixel method. The results show that for land areas, the higher the surface temperature, the lower the AOD value, with summer being the most significant; On the ocean, the higher the ocean surface temperature, the greater the AOD value. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for the relationship between AOD and temperature, and confirms the possibility of retrieving ocean AOD from MODIS data.

    Abstract In this paper, we use the InVEST model and five periods of land use data from 1980 to 2020 to assess the habitat quality of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in Western China, which has characteristics of a typical fragile ecosystem. We further analyse the spatial and temporal characteristics of habitat quality evolution and its relationship with land use and landscape pattern indices to explore the close relationship between regional habitat quality changes and human natural resource conservation and utilization. The research results show that the overall habitat quality of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was stable and at a moderate level (0.57-0.60) during the 40 years from 1980 to 2020; Habitat patches (2020) with low (24.89%), high (22.45%) and very high (29.81%) quality occupy a larger proportion of the area, followed by very low (13.31%) and moderate levels (9.54%). Over the past 40 years, there have been 275 sample sites in Ningxia where habitat quality has deteriorated, 1593 sample sites where the habitat quality has remained stable, and 184 sample sites where the habitat quality has increased.     Abstract Background: The clinical efficiency of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in combination with chemotherapy has proven to be a promising strategy for tumor treatment, yet is restricted by the high glutathione (GSH) concentration at the tumor site and nonspecific drug targeting.
    Objective: The goal of the current research was to create a biocompatible GSH-depleting and tumor- targeting nanoparticle (denoted as DOX/CA@PCN-224@HA) for the combined photodynamic and chemo photo-chemo) therapy.
    Methods: The nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). A UV-vis spectrophotometer was used to measure the drug loading efficiency (DE) and encapsulation efficiency (EE). The GSH-depleting ability was measured using Ellman's test. Confocal laser scan microscopy (CLSM) was used to assess the cellular uptake. MTT was adopted to evaluate the cytotoxicity of DOX/CA@PCN-224@HA against 4T1 cells.
    Results: The altered PCN-224 showed excellent monodispersing with a dimension of approximately 193 nm ± 2 nm in length and 79 nm ± 3 nm in width. The larger and spindle grid-like structure of PCN-224 obtains better dual-drug loading ability (DOX: 20.58% ± 2.60%, CA: 21.81% ± 1.98%) compared with other spherical PCN-224 nanoparticles. The ultimate cumulative drug release rates with hyaluronidase (HAase) were 74% ± 1% (DOX) and 45% ± 2% (CA) after 72 h. DOX/CA@PCN-224@HA showed GSH-consuming capability, which could improve the PDT effect. The drug-loaded nanoparticles could accurately target 4T1 cells through biological evaluations. Moreover, the released DOX and CA display cooperative effects on 4T1 cells in vitro. DOX/CA@PCN-224@HA nanoparticles showed inhibition against 4T1 cells with an IC50 value of 2.71 μg mL-1.
    Conclusion: This nanosystem displays great potential for tumor-targeted enhanced (photo-chemo) therapy.

    Abstract Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of microsoft-based medication guidance on the level of symptoms and serological indicators in children receiving budesonide nebulisation combined with terbutaline for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniae (MPP).
    Methods: A total of 109 children with MPP treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University of China between October 2022 and April 2023 were divided into the conventional group (n=54, with medication guidance by telephone follow-up) and the WeChat group (n=55, with medication guidance based on the WeChat platform) using a randomized number table. The time to resolution of symptoms, serological index levels, incidence of adverse drug events, medication adherence scores and satisfaction rate of family guidance were compared between the two groups.
    Results: The disappearance time of symptoms such as wheezing and cough in the WeChat group was shorter than that in the conventional group (P < .05). After treatment, the C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and calcitoninogen (PCT) levels and the incidence of adverse drug events were lower in the WeChat group than in the conventional group (P < .05). After treatment, the levels of forceful spirometry (FVC), 1st-second expiratory volume (FEV1), peak expiratory flow rate (PEF), medication compliance score and family guidance satisfaction rate were higher in the WeChat group than in the conventional group (P < .05).
    Conclusion: WeChat-based medication guidance can optimize the therapeutic effect of MPP, improve children's medication compliance and satisfaction rate of family guidance, and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug events.

    Abstract Acoustohydrodynamic micromixers offer excellent mixing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and flexible controllability compared with conventional micromixers. There are two mechanisms in acoustic micromixers: indirect influence by induced streamlines, exemplified by sharp-edge micromixers, and direct influence by acoustic waves, represented by surface acoustic wave micromixers. The former utilizes sharp-edge structures, while the latter employs acoustic wave action to affect both the fluid and its particles. However, traditional micromixers with acoustic bubbles achieve significant mixing performance and numerous programmable mixing platforms provide excellent solutions with wide applicability. This review offers a comprehensive overview of various micromixers, elucidates their underlying principles, and explores their biomedical applications. In addition, advanced programmable micromixing with impressive versatility, convenience, and ability of cross-scale operations is introduced in detail. We believe this review will benefit the researchers in the biomedical field to know the micromixers and find a suitable micromixing method for their various applications.

    Abstract Objectives: To review evaluations of the diagnostic accuracy of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) rapid antigen tests (RATs) approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for self-testing by ambulatory people in Australia; to compare these estimates with values reported by test manufacturers.
    Study design: Systematic review of publications in any language that reported cross-sectional, case-control, or cohort studies in which the participants were ambulatory people in the community or health care workers in hospitals in whom severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection was suspected, and the results of testing self-collected biological samples with a TGA-approved COVID-19 RAT were compared with those of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) testing for SARS-CoV-2. Estimates of diagnostic accuracy (sensitivity, specificity) were checked and compared with manufacturer estimates published on the TGA website.
    Data sources: Publications (to 1 September 2022) identified in the Cochrane COVID-19 Study Register and the World Health Organization COVID-19 research database. Information on manufacturer diagnostic accuracy evaluations was obtained from the TGA website.
    Data synthesis: Twelve publications that reported a total of eighteen evaluations of eight RATs approved by the TGA for self-testing (manufacturers: All Test, Roche, Flowflex, MP Biomedicals, Clungene, Panbio, V-Chek, Whistling) were identified. Five studies were undertaken in the Netherlands, two each in Germany and the United States, and one each in Denmark, Belgium, and Canada; test sample collection was unsupervised in twelve studies, and supervised by health care workers or researchers in six. Estimated sensitivity with unsupervised sample collection ranged from 20.9% (MP Biomedicals) to 74.3% (Roche), and with supervised collection from 7.7% (V-Chek) to 84.4% (Panbio); the estimates were between 8.2 and 88 percentage points lower than the values reported by the manufacturers. Test specificity was high for all RATs (97.9-100%).
    Conclusions: The risk of false negative results when using COVID-19 RATs for self-testing may be considerably higher than apparent in manufacturer reports on the TGA website, with implications for the reliability of these tests for ruling out infection.
