Abstract Objective: The purpose is to understand the depression status of the elderly in the community, explore its influencing factors, formulate a comprehensive psychological intervention plan according to the influencing factors, implement demonstration psychological intervention, and evaluate and feedback the effect, so as to provide a reference for improving the mental health of the elderly.
Method: In order to make the output of different emotional data in LSTM more discriminative, a method to dynamically filter the output of LSTM is proposed. Combining the methods of Attention-LSTM, time-dimensional AI attention, and feature-dimensional AI attention, the best model in this paper is obtained. The multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the elderly aged 60 and above in a certain area, including the general demographic characteristics questionnaire of the elderly, the self-rating scale of mental health symptoms, and the health self-management ability of adults. All data were entered into a database using Excel software, and SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.

Abstract ABSTRACT Introduction Hypertension is a common clinical disease, which is not uncommon in the aviation industry. Pilots suffering from high blood pressure need to control high blood pressure to ensure flight safety. Exercise therapy is an effective way to control high blood pressure. Objective To design the clinical effects of exercise intervention in the treatment of hypertension in pilots. Method The article randomly assigned 41 pilot volunteers with hypertension to two groups: the treatment and control groups. Except for the different exercise intervention therapy, the other treatment methods are the same. After the expiration of the experiment, the volunteers were tested for their physiological and biochemical indicators. Results After one year of strict diet and exercise intervention, the two groups of physiological and biochemical indicators were significantly different. Conclusion Intervention of moderate-intensity exercise can reduce the body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio and blood pressure level of hypertensive patients, correct the disorder of blood lipid metabolism, and can help reduce the recurrence rate of hypertension. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment results.

Abstract Urban rail transit has the characteristics of large traffic volume, fast and convenient, so it has become the urban passenger transport mode which is given priority in the planning and design of each city. The prediction and analysis of rail transit passenger flow is a very important part in the planning and design stage. And it also provides important basic data for urban rail planning, construction and operation. When the rail transit network needs to be adjusted, the passenger flow forecast is also an essential step. In this paper, Taking Dongguan urban rail transit line 2 as an example, based on the full consideration of the uniqueness of Dongguan urban rail transit and the prediction of various social and economic indicators of Dongguan City, the “four step method” is adopted to forecast passenger flow. Through the investigation of resident’s travel survey, we can master the current travel distribution of all modes. Based on the analysis of land use change, traffic development policy and related influencing factors of Dongguan City, the trip distribution of each characteristic year is predicted. Then, the OD matrix of public transport (including subway and conventional public transport) is obtained through the study of traffic mode division model, and the predicted rail passenger flow is obtained through the allocation model of cooperation and competition. In the stage of passenger flow assignment, the influence of various factors on travel route selection is comprehensively considered in the public transport allocation model. Finally, the prediction index and sensitivity of rail passenger flow are analyzed.

Abstract The rapid increase in globalization has fostered the emerging ecological challenges to halt human civilization, substantially highlighting the need for environmental management. The study's primary objective is to analyze the impact of environmental perception of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and attitude toward environmental CSR on sustainable tourism development while considering the mediating role of national park identification goals and employee pro-environmental behavior. The data was collected from the 338 employees working in the Chinese tourist firms'. The study variable's reliability and validity was checked by using Composite Reliability (CR) and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Study results show that environmental CSR perception and attitude toward environmental CSR positively impact sustainable tourism development, national park Goal identification, and employee pro-environmental behavior. National Park goal identification and employee pro-environmental behavior mediate between sustainable tourism development and environmental perception of corporate social responsibility and attitude toward environmental CSR.

Abstract This article reviewed two-stage orthodontic treatment of a patient with skeletal ClassⅡmalocclusion with mandibular retrusion and maxillary dental arch stenosis. The patient was also accompanied by premature loss of bilateral mandibular deciduous canines and mesialization of mandibular posterior teeth. The first-stage treatment mainly corrected the maxillary dental arch stenosis, maxillary anterior teeth protrusion, mandibular retrusion and skeletal ClassⅡmalocclusion, while the second-stage treatment mainly corrected the mesialization of mandibular posterior teeth and alignment of maxillary and mandibular dentition. The two-stage orthodontic treatment finally enabled the patient to achieve good dental arch shape, tooth alignment, skeletal face pattern and soft tissue profile.
