Abstract The results of research work for the period from 2018 to 2023 on the use of early non-invasive functional ultrasound screening for the purpose of targeted formation of highly productive mature-brood stocks of Siberian sturgeon of the Ob, Yenisei, Baikal, Lena populations, European sterlet of the Kama population, Siberian sterlet of the Ob, Yenisei, Irtysh populations on main full-cycle industrial fish-breeding farms of Eastern and Western Siberia using water recirculation systems are presented in the article. Biotechnological methods for the formation of highly productive mature stocks using ultrasound monitoring are described. The number of individuals with pathologies and anomalies in the development of the reproductive system, liver, gallbladder and other internal organs were estimated; treatment methods were proposed. For the first time studies on the use of ultrasound for visualizing the gonads, determining the stages of maturity, detecting diseases of the heart, liver, gallbladder in salmon fish (trout, Atlantic salmon) grown in aquaculture have been carried out. For the first time ultrasound and histological studies were carried out to study the nature of “ink spots” on the skin of Siberian sturgeon Lena population from natural habitat. It was found that in the skin of sturgeon during pathology there was a growth of epidermal cells. Melanin melanocytes increased in both epidermis and dermis. At the same time there were no elastic fibers of the epidermis after painted according to Van-Gison. All these changes may indicate melanoma.

Abstract We solve a weakly supervised regression problem. Under "weakly" we understand that for some training points the labels are known, for some unknown, and for others uncertain due to the presence of random noise or other reasons such as lack of resources. The solution process requires to optimize a certain objective function (the loss function), which combines manifold regularization and low-rank matrix decomposition techniques. These low-rank approximations allow us to speed up all matrix calculations and reduce storage requirements. This is especially crucial for large datasets. Ensemble clustering is used for obtaining the co-association matrix, which we consider as the similarity matrix. The utilization of these techniques allows us to increase the quality and stability of the solution. In the numerical section, we applied the suggested method to artificial and real datasets using Monte-Carlo modeling.

Abstract In this paper, we solve a semi-supervised regression problem. Due to the lack of knowledge about the data structure and the presence of random noise, the considered data model is uncertain. We propose a method which combines graph Laplacian regularization and cluster ensemble methodologies. The co-association matrix of the ensemble is calculated on both labeled and unlabeled data; this matrix is used as a similarity matrix in the regularization framework to derive the predicted outputs. We use the low-rank decomposition of the co-association matrix to significantly speedup calculations and reduce memory. Numerical experiments using the Monte Carlo approach demonstrate robustness, efficiency, and scalability of the proposed method.

Abstract The problem of economic security continues to remain relevant today, since the unstable, rapidly changing social and economic situation does not allow hoping for a quick solution to the institutional and infrastructural aspects of the development of economic systems. An important place in this issue is occupied by theoretical and methodological principles of ensuring economic security, the degree of development of which is still far from satisfactory. A review of regulatory documents and scientific papers on the principles of ensuring economic security indicates the dominance of the legislative and doctrinal approach. At the same time, systemic, process, situational approaches to the problem of economic security and the principles of its provision remain poorly studied and insufficiently developed. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the development feasibility of additional methodological tools, the core of which can be system, process, situational approaches, and the underlying principles along with the widespread legislative and doctrinal approach in the field of ensuring economic security. The proposed methodology based on systemic, process and situational approaches is based on principles that have proven themselves well in various branches of science. These principles are especially widespread in the theory and practice of both public administration and corporate management. The article proposes the principles of ensuring economic security, including the principle of increasing and orchestrated efforts, the principle of balance, and the principle of cyclical development, which can be useful in developing methodological measures defined in the Economic Security Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period till 2030.

Abstract The unknown parameters (variance, smoothness, and covariance length) of a spatial covariance function can be estimated by maximizing the joint Gaussian log-likelihood function. To overcome cubic complexity in the linear algebra, the discretized covariance function is approximated in the hierarchical (H-) matrix format. The H-matrix format has a log-linear computational cost and O(knlogn) storage, where the rank k is a small integer, and n is the number of locations. The H-matrix technique can approximate general covariance matrices (also inhomogeneous) discretized on a fairly general mesh that is not necessarily axes-parallel, and neither the covariance matrix itself nor its inverse has to be sparse. It is investigated how the H-matrix approximation error influences the estimated parameters. Numerical examples with Monte Carlo simulations, where the true values of the unknown parameters are given, and an application to soil moisture data with unknown parameters are presented. The C, C++ codes and data are freely available.
