Abstract Anthocyanidin Synthase (ANS) is a key rate-limiting enzyme involves in the biosynthesis of anthocyanin. Notably, anthocyanin contents of Rosaceae have a significant impact on its economic value as major economic crops. Thus, the role of ANS in the regulation of anthocyanin contents in the Rosaceae family is worthy of investigation. Since the characterizations and expression pattern of ANS in the Rosaceae family are largely unknown so far, a systematic analysis is required to extend current understanding. Using the bioinformatics methods, we performed comprehensive bioinformatic analysis for the ANS amino acid sequences of 11 major Rosaceae species, which shared a high degree of similarity and identity, and also clustered closely in the phylogenetic analysis. Through homology modeling, 11 Rosaceae species ANS were divided into two groups: one group with similar structures to AtANS and the other with similar structures to AtACO2. Further protein-ligand docking showed that most ANS might be involved in the anthocyanin synthesis. This study found that ANS from 11 Rosaceae species shared highly similar characteristics, protein structures, and binding characteristics, helping increase the understanding of ANS evolution in Rosaceae fruits and providing supports for studies in the regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis of Rosaceae plants.

Abstract Global warming has had an important impact on China’s agricultural production, especially the intensified uneven distribution of water and heat resources and the increased frequency of extreme weather, resulting in a significant increase in the risk of agricultural production. Alleviating a series of negative effects of climate warming on agricultural production has always been the focus of governments and scholars, and it is also the basis of realizing agricultural sustainable development. This paper summarizes the impact of climate warming on China’s agricultural production from five aspects: agricultural planting system and structural layout, agricultural diseases and pests, agricultural management, agricultural ecosystem and agricultural production potential. Based on the above specific impacts, the urgent problems faced by China's agricultural production are pointed out, and the countermeasures to reduce the impact of climate warming are put forward from the aspects of policy, technology, research and cooperation, in order to provide references for other governments to deal with the negative impact of global warming, and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.

Abstract The film industry has also caught the fast train of Internet development. Various movie resources have come into view. Users need to spend a lot of time searching for movies they are interested in. This method wastes time and is very bad. The article proposes an NMF personalized movie recommendation algorithm, which can recommend movies to users based on their historical behavior and preference. The research results of the article show the following: (1) the experiment counts movie reviews of different users in the same time span. The results show that 48.42% of users have only commented on a movie once, 79.76% of users have posted less than or equal to 5 comments, and 89.92% of user reviews have posted less than or equal to 10 times. (2) In the comparative experiments of the NMF algorithm in different dimensions, the effect of the NMF-E algorithm is much better than that of the NMF-A algorithm. The accuracy, recall, and

Abstract Introduction: Acoustic ejection mass spectrometry (AEMS) is an electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) based analytical platform that provides high analytical throughput and data quality. It has been applied in numerous drug discovery workflows, such as high-throughput screening (HTS), absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) profiling, pharmacokinetics (PK) analysis, compound quality control (QC), and the high throughput readout of medical chemistry samples.
Areas covered: This paper introduces the working principle of AEMS technology. The analytical performance, system tuning and method development workflows, and representative applications on high-throughput drug discovery assays are introduced.
Expert opinion: The fast sample readout speed, high reproducibility, wide compound coverage, minimum carryover, and the tolerance to complex sample matrices of AEMS have demonstrated its advantages over other technologies in this field, with broad applicability to a diverse range of drug discovery workflows. However, the current platform still has challenges for some assays due to having less sensitivity compared with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and the lack of chromatographic separation for isomeric interferences. Despite the remaining hurdles, AEMS is becoming an attractive high-throughput analytical platform in drug discovery. Additional system developments would enable its further adoption in the future.

Abstract During the period of the COVID-19 epidemic situation, many industries and enterprises fell into crisis due to the negative impact they have suffered. However, some industries have enjoyed a wave of dividends of epidemic situation and developed during the fight against the epidemic situation. Fresh e-commerce industry is one of them. Taking Ding Dong as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzes the reasons for its success from PEST, SWOT, market behavior, organization strategy and other aspects, and gives suggestions on highlighting platform advantages, improving service quality and improving cold chain logistics system, so as to enhance the sustainable development ability of fresh food e-commerce enterprises under the epidemic situation.
