Abstract Aiming at the lack of simulation test means for unmanned equipment at the firing range, this paper designs a simulation test training system for unmanned vehicle motion control based on CoppeliaSim simulation software and on the basis of the construction of unmanned vehicle dynamics model and motion model, and constructs three controllers, PID, synovium and fuzzy PID. The Navmesh routing algorithm is selected to realize the path planning of the unmanned boat simulation platform. The system fills the gap in the simulation test of unmanned equipment at the firing range, solves the problem of the lack of simulation training means of unmanned boat, and can provide basic support for the digital test evaluation of unmanned equipment.

Abstract The objective of this paper is to learn dense 3D shape correspondence for topology-varying generic objects in an unsupervised manner. Conventional implicit functions estimate the occupancy of a 3D point given a shape latent code. Instead, our novel implicit function produces a probabilistic embedding to represent each 3D point in a part embedding space. Assuming the corresponding points are similar in the embedding space, we implement dense correspondence through an inverse function mapping from the part embedding vector to a corresponded 3D point. Both functions are jointly learned with several effective and uncertainty-aware loss functions to realize our assumption, together with the encoder generating the shape latent code. During inference, if a user selects an arbitrary point on the source shape, our algorithm can automatically generate a confidence score indicating whether there is a correspondence on the target shape, as well as the corresponding semantic point if there is one. Such a mechanism inherently benefits man-made objects with different part constitutions. The effectiveness of our approach is demonstrated through unsupervised 3D semantic correspondence and shape segmentation.

Abstract In this study, a multi-agent system (MAS) is incorporated in a decentralized strategy to restore distribution systems while taking into account coupling neighboring microgrids (CNMGs). This provides modeling for renewable energy sources (RESs), electric vehicles (EVs), battery storage systems (BSS) and load. The desired and most favorable restoration path is found by the MAS, in which zone agents are dispersed across the distribution system. The MAS can also manage microgrids (MGs) overloaded as the unbalance operation of RESs, BSS, EVs, and load. This is realized by making a bridge between MGs and neighboring non-overloaded MGs. The suggested method adheres to voltage and power flow restrictions while operating according to expert system standards. The recommended approach is put to the test using a 33-bus radial distribution system. MATLAB calculations on agents and power flow are carried out in order to verify the validity of the choices made by agents. The proposed restoration plan is able to obtain the best power supply path with a low number of switching in the event of a fault so that the voltage magnitude is higher than 0.9 p.u. and free capacity is available for the distribution lines. The smart charging strategy of EVs reduces 93% of their turn off compared to the non-smart charging strategy. However, if the CNMG plan is established, all vehicles can be powered.

Abstract Objective To research the effectiveness of deep learning techniques in intelligently diagnosing dental caries and periapical periodontitis and to explore the preliminary application value of deep learning in the diagnosis of oral diseases. Methods A dataset containing 2 298 periapical films, including healthy teeth, dental caries, and periapical periodontitis, was used for the study. The dataset was randomly divided into 1 573 training images, 233 validation images, and 492 test images. By comparing various neural network models, the MobileNetV3 network model with better performance was selected for dental disease diagnosis, and the model was optimized by tuning the network hyperparameters. The accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score were used to evaluate the model's ability to recognize dental caries and periapical periodontitis. Class activation map was used to visualization analyze the performance of the network model. Results The algorithm achieved a relatively ideal intelligent diagnostic effect with precision, recall, and accuracy of 99.42%, 99.73%, and 99.60%, respectively, and the F1 score was 99.57% for classifying healthy teeth, dental caries, and periapical periodontitis. The visualization of the class activation maps also showed that the network model can accurately extract features of dental diseases. Conclusion The tooth lesion detection algorithm based on the MobileNetV3 network model can eliminate interference from image quality and human factors and has high diagnostic accuracy, which can meet the needs of dental medicine teaching and clinical applications.
