Abstract With the intensification of global economic competition, innovation has become one of the core elements of vigorous development in various regions. Improving the innovation ability of cross-regional central cities is the main factor influencing whether a region can achieve economic and social development. In this paper, an innovation primacy index system is designed according to the links of the innovation value chain, and the innovation advantages and empirical effects are comprehensively analyzed by using the point-to-point method, entropy weight method, gravity model and two-way fixed effect model. Based on the data of 8 cities in the core area of the Huaihai Economic Zone from 2010 to 2020 in China, Xuzhou's innovation primacy ranks first in the core area of the Huaihai Economic Zone, which accords with its status as the central city of the region. Its index has been rising, and its development trend is also good. However, the overall innovation ability of the core area of the Huaihai Economic Zone is unbalanced; the overall economic foundation is not solid enough. In terms of knowledge innovation, R&D innovation and industrial innovation, the industrialization level, around the activation of Xuzhou city vitality, enhances the Xuzhou innovation radiation drive, leading to a decrease in the Huaihai Economic Zone. Finally, some corresponding suggestions on innovation primacy have been proposed for the city of the Huaihai Economic Zone.

Abstract The strategic position of the core area of the Huaihai Economic Zone is very important. The evaluation and analysis of the listed companies' innovation ability in this core area effectively reflect the level of innovation ability of regional enterprises and uncover the differences and influencing factors of the enterprise innovation ability level across different cities and industries; this would provide a reference for further improving the enterprise innovation ability level in the Huaihai Economic Zone. Given this context, data are collected from the CSMAR database on 37 listed companies in eight cities in the Huaihai Economic Zone core area from 2017 to 2021, and an innovation ability evaluation index is constructed from the innovation input and innovation output dimensions of listed companies. The results show that the innovation ability of listed companies in the region is weak; the main reason for the lack of innovation ability of listed companies is the lack of capital investment and talent investment; the innovation primacy of Xuzhou listed enterprises is not high. Finally, in view of the improvement of the innovation ability of listed enterprises in the core field, corresponding suggestions are put forward from the aspects of increasing innovation investment, optimizing the innovation environment and improving the innovation leading force in Xuzhou.

Abstract Under the background of digital economy and energy crisis, based on the theory of digital empowerment and prospect theory, aiming at the problems of inefficient collaborative innovation mode, long principal-agent chain, imperfect collaborative innovation mechanism and insufficient digital collaborative innovation degree of the core technology of new energy vehicles, this study constructs a decentralized multi-agent collaborative tripartite evolutionary game model with the participation of government building platform, new energy enterprises and academic research institutions, analyzes the evolution law and key factors, and finally compares the examples of the United States, China and European countries. Results show that: (1) Government subsidies should meet the sum of the strategic income difference and the credibility income is greater than the subsidies to enterprises and research institutions; (2) The subsidy structure and innovation performance show an inverted U-shaped structure. The management mechanism of platform should be optimized; (3) Government should improve the threshold for innovators to enter the decentralized new energy vehicle core technology breakthrough platform, and the contract maintenance strength is conducive; (4) The innovation subject has a dynamic income cost distribution coefficient, and reasonable control of the income and cost sharing coefficient is important; (5) Digital empowerment can make the above four mechanisms achieve dynamic optimization iteration and achieve better equilibrium solutions. Finally, practical countermeasures for the government are put forward, which improves the theoretical research and practical exploration.

Abstract Most studies on the acceleration process of electric vehicle focus on reducing energy consumption, but do not consider the impact of the power battery discharge current and its change rate on the battery life. Therefore, this paper studied the interaction between electric vehicle energy consumption and power battery capacity attenuation during acceleration. First, a power battery life model for electric vehicle under driving conditions is established, and the percentage of battery capacity loss per kilometer is used to measure the capacity loss under different acceleration conditions. Then, the relationship between the percentage of battery capacity loss per kilometer and velocity and acceleration is explored, and the capacity attenuation mechanism of power battery under different acceleration processes is analyzed. Finally, the energy consumption and battery capacity attenuation is studied when the electric vehicle accelerated with multiple accelerations curves, and the interaction of the first acceleration and acceleration time on the electric vehicle energy consumption and the power battery capacity attenuation characteristics is discussed. The research results indicate that when the electric vehicle accelerates with different multiple accelerations curves, the change of energy consumption per kilometer and percentage of battery capacity loss per kilometer with acceleration and acceleration time is different, and the change of the two is basically opposite.

Abstract China is actively encouraging households to replace traditional solid fuels with clean energy. Based on the Chinese Families Panel Survey (CFPS) data, this paper uses propensity scores matching with the difference-in-differences model to examine the impact of clean energy in the household sector on residents' health status, and whether such an energy transition promotes health equity by favoring relatively disadvantaged social groups. The results show that: (1) The use of cleaner cooking fuels can significantly improve residents' health status; (2) The older adult and women have higher health returns from the clean energy transition, demonstrating that, from the perspective of age and gender, the energy transition contributes to the promotion of health equity; (3) The clean energy transition has a lower or insignificant health impact on residents who cannot easily obtain clean energy or replace non-clean energy at an affordable price. Most of these individuals live in low-income, energy-poor, or rural households. Thus, the energy transition exacerbates health inequalities. This paper suggests that to reduce the cost of using clean energy and help address key issues in health inequality, Chinese government efforts should focus on improving the affordability, accessibility, and reliability of clean energy.

Abstract To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative psychological state, quality of life, and function of affected limbs in breast cancer (BC) patients. This study is a retrospective analysis. The clinical data of 122 BC patients in our hospital were selected and divided into evidence-based group and routine group according to different nursing programs. Patients in evidence-based group received evidence-based nursing, and patients in the conventional group received routine nursing intervention. The acceptance level of BC diagnosis in evidence-based group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, showing statistical significance (P < .05). After intervention, Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores of both groups were significantly reduced, and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores in evidence-based group were significantly lower than those in conventional group, showing statistically significant difference (P < .05); Self-Esteem Scale scores were significantly increased in both groups after intervention, and the scores in evidence-based group were significantly higher than those in conventional group, showing statistically significant difference (P < .05). After intervention, in evidence-based group, the proportion of patients without edema was significantly increased, while the proportion of patients with mild, moderate and severe edema was significantly decreased, exhibiting statistically significant difference (P < .05). After intervention, the circumference difference of the healthy side and the affected side decreased significantly, which was much lower in evidence-based group, showing statistically significant difference (P < .05). After intervention, range of motion of the upper limbs increased significantly between the 2 groups, which was much higher in evidence-based group, exhibiting statistical significance (P < .05). The scores of quality of life (role, emotion, body, cognition and society dimension) in evidence-based group were higher than those in conventional group, exhibiting statistically significant difference (P < .05). Evidence-based nursing can develop more targeted nursing measures according to patients' problems, thus effectively promoting the recovery of upper limb function of BC patients after surgery.

Abstract Background: Cancer-derived exosomes contribute significantly in intracellular communication, particularly during tumorigenesis. Here, we aimed to identify two immune-related ovarian cancer-derived exosomes (IOCEs) subgroups in ovarian cancer (OC) and establish a prognostic model for OC patients based on immune-related IOCEs.
Methods: The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database was used to obtain RNA-seq data, as well as clinical and prognostic information. Consensus clustering analysis was performed to identify two IOCEs-associated subgroups. Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to compare the overall survival (OS) between IOCEs-high and IOCEs-low subtype. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses were conducted to investigate the mechanisms and biological effects of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the two subtypes. Besides, an IOCE-related prognostic model of OC was constructed by Lasso regression analysis, and the signature was validated using GSE140082 as the validation set.
Results: In total, we obtained 21 differentially expressed IOCEs in OC, and identified two IOCE-associated subgroups by consensus clustering. IOCE-low subgroup showed a favorable prognosis while IOCE-high subgroup had a higher level of immune cell infiltration and immune response. GSEA showed that pathways in cancer and immune response were mainly enriched in IOCE-high subgroup. Thus, IOCE-high subgroup may benefit more in immunotherapy treatment. In addition, we constructed a risk model based on nine IOCE-associated genes (CLDN4, AKT2, CSPG5, ALDOC, LTA4H, PSMA2, PSMA5, TCIRG1, ANO6).
Conclusion: We developed a novel stratification system for OV based on IOCE signature, which could be used to estimate the prognosis as well as immunotherapy for OC patient.

Abstract Participants in an eye-movement experiment performed a modified version of the Landolt-C paradigm (Williams & Pollatsek, 2007) to determine if there are preferred viewing locations when they searched for target squares embedded in linear arrays of spatially contiguous clusters of squares (i.e., sequences of one to four squares having missing segments of variable size and orientation). The results of this experiment indicate that, although the peaks of the single- and first-of-multiple-fixation landing-site distributions were respectively located near the centers and beginnings of the clusters, thereby replicating previous patterns that have been interpreted as evidence for the default saccadic-targeting hypothesis, the same dissociation was evident on nonclusters (i.e., arbitrarily defined regions of analysis). Furthermore, properties of the clusters (e.g., character number and gap size) influenced fixation durations and forward saccade length, suggesting that ongoing stimulus processing affects decisions about when and where (i.e., how far) to move the eyes. Finally, results of simulations using simple oculomotor-based, default-targeting, and dynamic-adjustment models indicated that the latter performed better than the other two, suggesting that the dynamic-adjustment strategy likely reflects the basic perceptual and motor constraints shared by a variety of visual tasks, rather than being specific to Chinese reading. The theoretical implications of these results for existing and future accounts of eye-movement control are discussed. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2024 APA, all rights reserved).
