Abstract Village B&B is an important format of rural tourism, and it is one of the important ways to promote rural economic growth and revitalization in an all-round way. Tongzhou District, based on the Universal Theme Park and the Grand Canal as the promenade, has a material and cultural environment suitable for incubating boutique village B&B, and is an important experimental field to realize the high-quality development of rural village B&B. In this paper, qualitative comparative analysis method (QCA) is introduced to make a comparative analysis between the 10 cases selected for the first batch of village B&B in Tongzhou District and the other 10 cases that were not selected. The analysis is mainly based on the evaluation indicators summarized in the Basic Requirements and Evaluation of Tourist Homes (LB/T 065-2019), related literature and case studies of boutique village B&B, and the index configuration of selected cases is studied. The research is supposed to provide feasible suggestions for shaping the characteristics of villagers’ lodge in other townships in Tongzhou District, and further to realize the goal of creating a “golden business card” for quality village B&B in Tongzhou District.

Abstract Hashing and quantization have greatly succeeded by benefiting from deep learning for large-scale image retrieval. Recently, deep product quantization methods have attracted wide attention. However, representation capability of codewords needs to be further improved. Moreover, since the number of codewords in the codebook depends on experience, representation capability of codewords is usually imbalanced, which leads to redundancy or insufficiency of codewords and reduces retrieval performance. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a novel deep product quantization method, named Entropy Optimized deep Weighted Product Quantization (EOWPQ), which not only encodes samples into the weighted codewords in a new flexible manner but also balances the codeword assignment, improving while balancing representation capability of codewords. Specifically, we encode samples using the linear weighted sum of codewords instead of a single codeword as traditionally. Meanwhile, we establish the linear relationship between the weighted codewords and semantic labels, which effectively maintains semantic information of codewords. Moreover, in order to balance the codeword assignment, that is, avoiding some codewords representing most samples or some codewords representing very few samples, we maximize the entropy of the coding probability distribution and obtain the optimal coding probability distribution of samples by utilizing optimal transport theory, which achieves the optimal assignment of codewords and balances representation capability of codewords. The experimental results on three benchmark datasets show that EOWPQ can achieve better retrieval performance and also show the improvement of representation capability of codewords and the balance of codeword assignment.

Abstract Danon disease is a rare X-linked disorder caused by deficiency of the lysosome-associated membrane protein-2. We report a case of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy secondary to a novel mutation in the lysosome-associated membrane protein-2 gene in a 10-year-old male adolescent. We performed a modified extended Morrow procedure to minimise the risk of death and improve the patient's quality of life. The patient did not have exertional dyspnoea, and auscultation did not reveal a cardiac murmur at 1-year follow-up.

Abstract In the new media age, digital media technologies, manifested in LED screen, digital projection, artistic installation, digital lighting and other forms have gradually become the new trend in the development of stage design, which is continuously enriching the artistic expressions of stage performances. But new difficulties in stage design arises as digital media technologies become diversified and various professional fields on the stage design become integrated. Four orders of design is a fundamental theory to guide practice. Its integrated design ideas for building systematicity are of vital importance to direct the application of digital media in stage design. By analyzing the core content of four orders of design and reviewing the development tendency of digital media in stage design, this thesis seeks to delve into the role and connotation of the four orders of design in different aspects of digital media in stage design, and ultimately presents methods and strategies for applying digital media in stage design.

Abstract Despite numerous reports indicating the significant impact of RNA modification on malignant glioblastoma (GBM) cell behaviors such as proliferation, invasion and therapy efficacy, its specific involvement in glioblastoma (GBM) angiogenesis is remains unclear and is currently under investigation. In this study, we aimed to investigate the relevance between RNA modification regulators and GBM angiogenesis. Our study employed bioinformatic analyses, including Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), differential expression analysis, and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, to identify regulators of angiogenesis-associated RNA modification (RM). Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis were applied to identify the enrichment of angiogenesis associated signatures in ALKBH5-high expression GBMs. We also utilized Western blot to verify the upregulation of ALKBH5 in clinical GBM samples. By a series of in vitro and in vivo assays, including plasmid transfection, wound healing, transwell invasion test, tube formation, RT-qPCR, ELISA assays and xenograft mice model, we validated the angiogenesis regulation ability of ALKBH5 in GBM. The N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification "erase" ALKBH5 emerged as a candidate regulator associated with angiogenesis, demonstrating elevated expression and robust prognostic predictive ability in GBM patients. We also revealed enrichment of vasculature development biological process in GBMs with high ALKBH5 expression. Subsequently, we validated the elevated the expression of ALKBH5 in clinical GBM and paired adjacent tissues through western blot. Additionally, we knocked down the expression of ALKBH5 using sh-RNAs in U87 GBM cells to access the angiogenesis induction ability in U87 cells. In vitro experiments, Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVECs) were used to perform wound healing, transwell migration and tube formation analysis, results indicated that ALKBH5 knock-down of U87 cells could decrease the pro-angiogenesis ability of U87 GBM cells. Further validation of our bioinformatic findings confirmed that ALKBH5 knockdown impaired VEGFA secretion in both in vitro and in vivo settings in U87 cells. These results comprehensively affirm the crucial role of ALKBH5 in regulating GBM-induced angiogenesis, both in vitro and in vivo. ALKBH5 not only emerges as a promising prognostic factor for GBM patients, but also plays a pivotal role in sustaining GBM progression by promoting angiogenesis.

Abstract We propose a skyrmion-based universal quantum computer. Skyrmions have the helicity degree of freedom in frustrated magnets, where twofold degenerated Bloch-type skyrmions are energetically favored by the magnetic dipole-dipole interaction. We construct a qubit based on them. A skyrmion must become a quantum-mechanical object when its size is of the order of nanometers. It is shown that the universal quantum computation is possible based on nanoscale skyrmions in a magnetic bilayer system. The one-qubit quantum gates are materialized by controlling the electric field and the spin current. The two-qubit gate is materialized with the use of the Ising-type exchange coupling. The merit of the present mechanism is that external magnetic field is not necessary. Our results may open a possible way toward universal quantum computation based on nanoscale topological spin textures.

Abstract In the last 20 years, much attention has been paid to learners' demotivation. Researchers have conducted many studies on second/foreign language learning demotivation from the perspectives of social culture, social psychology, and so forth. In China, related studies have mainly focused on college students' demotivation; scant attention has been paid to senior high school students. Regarding scale development, although much progress has been made, there remains a need for a scale with high reliability and validity that is suitable for students in the basic education stage. Therefore, based on previous studies and choosing Chinese senior high school students as participants, this research study developed a scale with 55 items, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was used to develop a 28-item scale with six dimensions. The six-dimensional construct encompasses teacher knowledge, important others, teacher responsibility, learner-related factors, learning contents, and critical incidents, which are the key factors leading to English learners' demotivation. Among them, the factor of critical incidents is new and has been overlooked by other researchers. Moreover, the descriptive analysis demonstrated the degree to which the demotivators influence learners, and the independent samples

Abstract The informatization of cities has been further promoted, and the construction of smart cities supported by technological innovation has been upgraded. The financial industry and data are closely related. Whether the financial industry can make good use of new information technology is the key to its successful transformation. The development of smart cities has a significant effect on the development of people's livelihood, the process of urbanization, the use of technology, the solution of urban problems, and the improvement of economic levels. This also provides a good choice for the development of cities in each country. For better development, it needs technical support. Therefore, it is very important to improve the technical level. This research mainly discusses the risk assessment and regulation algorithms of financial technology platforms in smart cities. This study divides the risk decision channels into two paths based on the smart city theory, considers the internal risk factors and external risk factors of the robo-advisory service platform from the three perspectives of platform characteristics, corporate characteristics, and investor characteristics and exploring the construction of a robo-advisory service platform risk prediction model based on the machine learning perspective. The design and implementation of a personalized financial investment prototype system, a Python-based web development framework Django, and a variety of toolkits have realized a B/S architecture robo-advisor. Among them, the function of buying and selling ETF and the trend recording function after buying are realized by simulating the transaction data collected by the data collection module. The study found that the key potential characteristics that constitute platform risks are mainly the listing year of the background company, the age of the platform, the investment threshold, and the search index. To a certain extent, this provides data support for investors and regulatory authorities to evaluate platform capabilities and platform selection. Investors should comprehensively consider platform qualifications when making platform decisions and pay attention to information such as the age of listing of companies with platform background, platform age, and investment thresholds. Only when the quality of people is improved, the quality of the population of this city improves, so that the development of the city has a broad room for growth. The accuracy of the similar formula calculation method in the big data proposed in this study reached 88%. This research provides new ideas for perfecting the black box regulatory system of robo-advisory algorithms.
