Abstract The competition in the world has shifted from natural resources and capital resources to human resources. The human resources have become the real power source of the economic growth. Firstly, the price of human resources in China is calculated. Secondly, in order to measure the human resources quality adjustment index, the indicators system is constructed. Third, the Hedonic method is used to calculate the human resources "pure price" of 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in China. The "pure price" has no the factor of human resources quality. Lastly, comparing the price of human resources before and after quality adjustment. The results show that: first, the number of human resources in China increased continuously during 1995-2015 and decreased during 2016-2020. Second, the price of nominal human resources in China keeps rising. In 2020, the nominal price is 39,087 yuan per person which is 15.44 times as many as in 1995. Thirdly, after the quality adjustment, the price of human resources has decreased significantly. The multiple between the actual and nominal price of human resources is between 1.75 and 2.12. Fourthly, the province with high human resource quality adjustment index generally have high quality human resource level or quantity. Fifth, the top five provinces of actual human resource prices are Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Tianjin, Zhejiang, the bottom five provinces are Guizhou, Yunnan, Henan, Xizang, Gansu. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy recommendations: Improving the data collection mechanism of human resources accounting to provide a basic guarantee for the accurate accounting of human resources. Improving the price of human resources in the central and western regions to attract the talents to transfer to the central and western regions. Enhancing the skills training of human resources to improve the quality of human resources in the western region.

Abstract The surgical resection range of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma of the isthmus (PTMCI) is controversial, and the guidelines do not fully guide the central lymph node dissection (CLND).We retrospectively studied the comparison of PTMCI (Group A, n = 65 cases) and non-PTMCI (Group B, n = 80 cases). Based on whether central lymph node metastasis (CLNM) was further detected, they were further divided into the PTMCI with CLNM (group C, n = 42 cases), the PTMCI without CLNM (group D, n = 23 cases), the non-PTMCI with CLNM (group E, n = 45 cases), the non-PTMCI without CLNM (group F, n = 35 cases). All patients underwent total thyroidectomy and CLND. The CLNM pathological examination was divided into right recurrent laryngeal nerve superficial lymph nodes (Right VI a), right recurrent laryngeal nerve deep lymph nodes (Right VI b), left VI area lymph nodes (Left VI), prelaryngeal lymph node, and pretracheal lymph node. The extent of lymph node metastasis and risk factors of PTMCI were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. The ROC curve was used to calculate the maximum diameter of the tumor and the Youden index was calculated to analyze the impact of diameter on the risk factors for CLNM in PTMCI. To construct a prediction model of transfer risk of high risk factors by Nomogram, there were significant differences in prelaryngeal lymph nodes (p = 0.034) and pretracheal lymph nodes ( n = 0.035) between group A and group B, and the risk factors of lymph node metastasis were tumor invasion (p = 0.003), multifocality (p = 0.001), and the maximum tumor diameter≧6.5 mm. PTMCI is more prone to metastasis of pretracheal lymph nodes and prelaryngeal lymph nodes, and the presence of tumor invasion, multifocality, and tumor diameter≧6.5 mm are high risk factors for metastasis in PTMCI. According to the prediction model, with all risk factors the risk of cervical lymph node metastasis is up to 90%.

Abstract The study aims to determine how price fluctuations in metallic resource supplies impact China's environmental performance. This research evaluates the impact of the price volatility of nickel, aluminum, gold, and aluminum on environmental performance in China from 2001 to 2019 to provide an answer to this topic. By examining the robustness of outcomes, the conventional DCC-GARCH approach clarifies the study findings and offers wide policy implications for the most recent topicality CS-ARDL. According to the study, the fluctuation in metal prices significantly influences the nation's GDP. The research's findings show that over the sample period, the price volatility of metallic resources was 23%, and this shift implied a 17.24% change in environmental performance. The findings of the study so ensure that every effort will be made to prevent environmental instability by supporting financial resource volatility recovery via governmental agencies, environmental ministries, and departments. The research has several policy implications, including the necessity for different government aid programs and financial agreements that guarantee environmental growth and resilience. The research's policy recommendations are intended to lessen the impact of structural events and increase environmental effectiveness. Research on financial resource recovery is dispersed and understudied despite the issue having a growing corpus of literature.

Abstract There is now widespread agreement that different types of short music videos can cause viewers to have psychological emotions, and significant new findings have been discovered in the study of how music affects listeners' affective reactions. However, there is still controversy regarding research on the inclinations toward behavior and autonomic neurophysiological reactions of musical emotions. The psychological states of viewers of various types of short music videos are yet unknown and require further study. This study investigates how different types of short music videos affect viewers' psychological responses, placing particular emphasis on the following variables: rhythm type (stable rhythm and flow rhythm) and music short video type (narrative, live, and funny). In an experiment, viewers' psychological responses to several short music videos were investigated to determine the impact of different short music video styles and rhythms on musically induced emotions.
