Abstract Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is known for its high morbidity and mortality. Long non-coding RNAs and miRNA have been found to play important roles in cancer progression. However, the roles of LINC00958 and miR-627-5p in LSCC and their mechanisms remain unclear. Therefore, it is important to explore its role in LSCC. The results of this study show that the expression of LINC00958 was significantly increased (p<0.001), but the expression of miR-627-5p was significantly decreased in LSCC serum specimens and cell lines (p<0.001). Silencing LINC00958 or overexpression of miR-627-5p could inhibit the proliferation (p<0.05) and migration (p<0.01) of LSCC cells. According to the results of dual luciferase reporter assay, it was known that LINC00958 could target miR-627-5p (p<0.01). ROC experiment results showed that LINC00958 was used to distinguish LSCC patients from healthy controls, OSCC patients from healthy controls and LSCC patients from OSCC patients, and the areas under the curve (AUC) were 0.970, 0.809 and 0.811, respectively. Meanwhile, we found that serum miR-627-5p could also be used to distinguish LSCC patients from healthy controls, oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) patients from healthy controls, and LSCC patients from OSCC patients, with the AUC of 0.975, 0.870, and 0.800, respectively. Pearson analysis showed that the expression level of LNIC00958 was negatively correlated with the expression level of miR-627-5p (r= -0.725, p<0.001). Overall, The results of this study show that LINC00958 and miR-627-5p may be used as new diagnostic markers for LSCC. In addition, LINC00958/miR-627-5p axis opens a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of LSCC.

Abstract Objectives: This study aimed to identify and evaluate the short-term and lag effects of environmental factors on asthma hospitalizations in different regions.
Study design: The ecological study on asthma is performed in three regions of Guangxi, China, that are distinctly different in geography and climate.
Methods: We used distributed lag non-linear models to investigate the exposure-response-lag relationship between meteorological factors, air pollutants, and asthma hospital admissions across the three regions during 2015 (January 1 to December 31).
Results: Cold was an important meteorological factor affecting asthma. At lag 0, the relative risk (RR; 23°C as reference) of cold in the Northwest, Northeast, and South was 1.10 (10°C), 1.14 (8°C), and 1.30 (11°C), respectively. NO
Conclusions: In the three regions of Guangxi, there were differences in the dominant factors affecting asthma hospitalizations. Differences in geography can inform governments as to how to prepare the healthcare system to meet the expected peaks.

Abstract Green logistics (GL) is the main development trend of modern logistics. The analysis of green logistics topics and their evolution is helpful in grasping its development trend and doing research facing the international frontier. Focusing on the hot topics and evolution process of green logistics, this paper analyzes from four aspects: firstly, this study divides the green logistics development progress into three stages based on life cycle theory, which are the emerging stage (1993-2003), slow growth stage (2004-2014) and rapid growth stage (2015-2021). Then, based on latent dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic model, this study summarizes and confirms related words and meaning of each topic in different stages. Furthermore, this study calculates the text similarity in each development stage of green logistics and analyzes the trend of hot topics in green logistics. Finally, this paper visualizes the development roadmap of green logistics and explores the progression among three stages. There are 4, 5, and 7 topics defined respectively in three development stages. The revolution of green logistics is analyzed, and the results show that "model and management on sustainable development of GL", "related issues and potential threats of GL", and "optimization analysis of low-carbon vehicle routing and time" are the primary development trends of green logistics. This study fills the gap in considering the evolution process of green logistics through topic modeling and roadmapping method. It provides a particular theoretical significance for the green and sustainable development of logistics.

Abstract A central challenge in biology is to use existing measurements to predict the outcomes of future experiments. For the rapidly evolving influenza virus, variants examined in one study will often have little to no overlap with other studies, making it difficult to discern patterns or unify datasets. We develop a computational framework that predicts how an antibody or serum would inhibit any variant from

Abstract Background: Transcription factor Dp-1 (TFDP1) was overexpressed and interacted with other genes to impact multiple signaling pathways in various human cancers. However, there is less research about the TFDP1 specific roles in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD).
Methods: We first explored TFDP1 expression levels and relative diseases from a pan-cancer perspective using the ONCOMINE, TIMER, and Open Targets Platform databases. Then, we used UALCAN, GEPIA 2, TCGA-LUAD data, and Kaplan-Meier plotter to examine TFDP1 clinicopathological features and prognosis in LUAD patients. Genomic alterations and DNA methylation analysis were performed by cBioPortal and MethSurv, respectively. Then, we used a cancer single-cell state atlas (CancerSEA) to find TFDP1 functions at a single-cell resolution. LinkedOmics was used to find TFDP1 coexpressed genes, biological processes, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways. Then, Gene Set Cancer Analysis (GSCA) was used to examine the drug resistence of TFDP1 in LUAD.
Results: We found that TFDP1 was overexpressed in most human cancers and related to various diseases, including LUAD. Moreover, LUAD patients with high TFDP1 expression levels might be significantly associated with individual cancer stages and have a poor prognosis. Multivariate analysis revealed that the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) pathologic stage, AJCC stage T, and AJCC stage N were the independent prognostic factors. LUAD patients with TFDP1 alterations suggested poor overall survival (OS), and disease-free survival (DFS), while hypermethylation might lead to a good prognosis. TFDP1 and its coexpressed genes were enriched in multiple signaling pathways and biological processes involved in the cell cycle, spliceosome, and DNA replication. Furthermore, TFDP1 was strongly positively related to the half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) values of multiple drugs.
Conclusions: In summary, TFDP1 was a possible biomarker and potential therapeutic target for LUAD patients.

Abstract In order to improve the recognition speed and accuracy of face expression recognition, we propose a face expression recognition method based on PSA-YOLO (Pyramids Squeeze Attention-You Only Look Once). Based on CSPDarknet53, the Focus structure and pyramid compression channel attention mechanism are integrated, and the network depth reduction strategy is adopted to build a PSA-CSPDarknet-1 lightweight backbone network with small parameters and high accuracy, which improves the speed of face expression recognition. Secondly, in the neck of the network, a spatial pyramid convolutional pooling module is built, which enhances the spatial information extraction ability of deep feature maps with a very small computational cost, and uses the α-CIoU loss function as the bounding box loss function to improve the recognition accuracy of the network for targets under high IoU threshold and improve the accuracy of face expression recognition. The proposed method is validated on the JAFFE, CK+, and Cohn-Kanade datasets. The experimental results show that the running time of the proposed method and the comparison method is reduced from 1,800 to 200 ms, and the recognition accuracy is increased by 3.11, 2.58, and 3.91%, respectively, so the method proposed in this paper has good applicability.

Abstract Chinese liquor (Baijiu), unique liquor produced in China and among the six world-renowned distilled liquors, is never a follower of others. Flavor is the essential characteristics of Baijiu which largely affect consumers' acceptance and selection. Though the flavor of Baijiu has been widely explored, the majority of research and review mainly focused on the volatile compounds in Baijiu. The research status on detection, source and flavor contribution of nonvolatile compounds in Baijiu is clarified in the article based on available literatures and knowledge. The nonvolatile composition of Baijiu is the result of contributions of different degrees from each step involved in the production process. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with derivatization and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry is the generally adopted methods for the characterization of nonvolatile compounds in Baijiu. Certain nonvolatile compounds are taste-active compounds. Cross-modal interactions caused by nonvolatile composition could affect the aroma intensity of flavor compounds in Baijiu. The work provides numerous incompletely explored but useful points for the flavor chemistry of Baijiu and lays a theoretical foundation for the better understanding of Baijiu flavor and rapid development of Baijiu industry.
