Abstract Background: Individuals with osteoarthritis present with comorbidities, and the potential causal associations remain incompletely elucidated. The present study undertook a large-scale investigation about the causality between osteoarthritis and variable traits, using the summary-level data of genome-wide association studies (GWAS).
Methods: The present study included the summary-level GWS data of knee osteoarthritis, hip osteoarthritis, hip or knee osteoarthritis, hand osteoarthritis, and other 1355 traits. Genetic correlation analysis was conducted between osteoarthritis and other traits through cross-trait bivariate linkage disequilibrium score regression. Subsequently, latent causal variable analysis was performed to explore the causal association when there was a significant genetic correlation. Genetic correlation and latent causal variable analysis were conducted on the Complex Traits Genomics Virtual Lab platform ( https://vl.genoma.io/ ).
Results: We found 133 unique phenotypes showing causal relationships with osteoarthritis. Our results confirmed several well-established risk factors of osteoarthritis, such as obesity, weight, BMI, and meniscus derangement. Additionally, our findings suggested putative causal links between osteoarthritis and multiple factors. Socioeconomic determinants such as occupational exposure to dust and diesel exhaust, extended work hours exceeding 40 per week, and unemployment status were implicated. Furthermore, our analysis revealed causal associations with cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, including heart failure, deep venous thrombosis, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and elevated cholesterol levels. Soft tissue and musculoskeletal disorders, such as hallux valgus, internal derangement of the knee, and spondylitis, were also identified to be causally related to osteoarthritis. The study also identified the putative causal associations of osteoarthritis with digestive and respiratory diseases, such as Barrett's esophagus, esophagitis, and asthma, as well as psychiatric conditions including panic attacks and manic or hyperactive episodes. Additionally, we observed osteoarthritis causally related to pharmacological treatments, such as the use of antihypertensive medications, anti-asthmatic drugs, and antidepressants.
Conclusion: Our study uncovered a wide range of traits causally associated with osteoarthritis. Further studies are needed to validate and illustrate the detailed mechanism of those causal associations.

Abstract The use of Zaozhuang of Shandong province coal mine area is tao chong lu 15 Well and meteorological observation data, the three elements of observation Wells with tao chong effect comparing the dynamic characteristics of the mines. It is difficult to determine whether the stress state of the aquifer system in which the well was observed before the collapse has changed because of the water level in the deep well of Lu15 well on the original curve. Nakai fitting model is adopted to calculate the earth tide response amplitude factor ratio based on the water level data of Lu15 well, and the possibility of collapse caused by stress change is discussed in combination with non-natural seismic events in Taozhuang Coal mine

Abstract Major depressive disorder is a serious and common neuropsychiatric disorder that affects more than 350 million people worldwide. Electroconvulsive therapy is the oldest and most effective treatment available for the treatment of severe major depressive disorder. Electroconvulsive therapy modifies structural network changes in patients with major depressive disorder and schizophrenia. And it can also affect neuroinflammatory responses and may have neuroprotective effects. Electroconvulsive therapy plays an irreplaceable role in the treatment of major depressive disorder.

Abstract From the perspective of the new energy vehicle, application of lightweight technology can effectively improve the endurance level of new energy vehicles and promote the steady improvement and rapid development of China's new energy vehicle industry. By keeping in view the importance of lightweight effect of new energy vehicles, in this paper, we have carried out an in-depth analysis of key contents such as new materials, battery weight, carbon fiber technology, and structural design technology in the process of lightweight development of new energy vehicles. Furthermore, this paper introduces the pseudorandom proportional rule to improve the selection method of the seed solution, makes appropriate random disturbance to the center of the pheromone distribution, and reforms the standard deviation of the pheromone distribution. Taking the lightweight of new energy vehicle doors as an example, this paper verifies the new energy vehicle lightweight algorithm based on ant colony algorithm. It is found that the improved continuous domain basic ant colony algorithm is superior to the other two algorithms and it has the capacity to solve optimization problems and has the advantages of high reliability.

Abstract The land transfer is an important policy tool for development zones (DZs) to guide the allocation of industrial resources. The immovability of land and its high reallocation cost make the efficiency loss caused by any land resource mismatch more challenging to remedy. Therefore, exploring the effects of the establishment of DZs on the land transfer policies of local governments and subsequent resource allocation can contribute to the rational control of land transfer policies. Accordingly, this study used propensity score matching, difference-in-differences estimation, and the instrumental variable method to quantify the associations among the establishment of DZs, land transfer, and resource allocation efficiency in China. The results show that the establishment of DZs promotes local governments to expand the area of transferred industrial land and increases the ratio of listing transfers, which reduces the marketization degree of land transfers. Furthermore, the establishment of DZs weakens the selection effect of land transfers, which distorts resource allocation and hinders the resource allocation efficiency of the manufacturing industry. The results suggest that it is necessary to switch from the traditional “extensive” land development strategy to the economical and intensive use of DZ land. The marketization of land transfer in the DZs should be increased and land should be allocated to firms with higher marginal output.
