Abstract This paper aims to reduce friction pair erosion of the clutch in the case of continuous shift; the dynamic separation process of the friction pair is investigated. The temperature of the friction pair, friction torque, and separation speed in the separation process are taken as the research objects, and the dynamics simulation model and finite element thermal coupling simulation model of the clutch separation process are established. The nonlinear dynamic separation characteristics of the friction pair are investigated by comparing and analyzing the effects of control parameters such as rotational speed difference, damping ratio, and lubricant viscosity on the friction torque, friction pair separation speed, separation gap, and contact stress during the separation process. The gap recovery coefficient is proposed as a response indicator for observing the separation process in response to the inability to observe the nonlinear dynamic motion of the friction pair during the separation process and to measure the end time of the separation. Finally, the clutch was subjected to a separation test. The results show that the proposed gap recovery coefficient accurately describes the separation process. The simulation model can simulate the clutch's separation and predict the trend of separation parameters.

Abstract This study is based on the influence of power shift control on the smoothness of cotton picker shifts and proposes an optimization method for the smoothness of power shifts with different control strategies for the gearbox. Through the structural design of the power shift mechanism control module, the hydraulic power distribution of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic travel module and its control mode are analyzed, and a regional cooperative shift control strategy is proposed in conjunction with control theory. A model of cotton picker dynamics was built using AMESim simulation software. In addition, the traditional control strategy was simulated and compared with the Statement component automatic control strategy to analyze and discuss the control deficiencies in power shift smoothness. Then, a particle swarm genetic algorithm (PSGA) was constructed by integrating the PSO algorithm and the genetic algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm in improving the dynamic performance and shift smoothness of the gearbox. The algorithm was verified using bench tests, and the algorithm improved the harvesting quality and efficiency of the cotton picker.

Abstract To meet the working performance demand of cotton pickers, a hydrostatic power shift composite drive system design is proposed. This study aims to enhance the driving function of the cotton picker in various working conditions and improve its adaptability by combining a hydrostatic speed control system with a mechanical power shift structure. To achieve this, a single variable pump + double variable motor closed circuit is adopted. By adjusting the pump and motor displacement in stages, the driving speed of the cotton picker can be optimized for different working conditions. Additionally, the power shift mechanism is employed to increase the speed range and improve the transmission efficiency, enabling higher speeds to be achieved. Firstly, the main components of the composite drive system were calculated and selected, and then AMESim software was used for modeling and simulation analysis, and the results are as follows: When the cotton picker starts and picking operation stage variable displacement pump + fixed displacement dual motor speed control, the highest driving speed is 8.5 km/h. During the field and road transport operation stage fixed displacement pump + variable displacement dual motor speed regulation, the highest speed of 14.5 km/h was achieved in the field. When transferring to the road, the instant mechanical power shift speed and, the highest speed on the road was up to 27.5 km/h. Finally, the field experiment and speed ratio analysis of the drive system was conducted, and the average error of the experimental speed measurement was 0.588%. The speed ratio matching was in line with the design expectation. The results show that the hydrostatic power shift composite drive system designed in this study has good driving adaptability and can effectively meet the functions of cotton picker field picking, transport operation and road transportation in transit, which provides theoretical support for the design of cotton picker chassis drive system.

Abstract According to the agronomic requirements of cotton precision seeding, the researchers designed a split seeding system to achieve high-speed precision seeding on the membrane. The 3D models used in the simulation process were created using Solidworks. They used the built-in Flow Simulation plug-in in SolidWorks to simulate the flow field in the drum and to grasp the air velocity and pressure changes. The CFD-DEM (computational fluid dynamics and discrete element method) coupling method was used to simulate the positive pressure airflow to transport the seeds, so as to grasp the movement of the seeds in the seed tube. EDEM (engineering discrete element modeling) was used to simulate the seeding process of the hole seeder, to understand the movement speed and trajectory of the seeds inside the hole seeder, and to analyze the reasons for missed seeding and reseeding. A three-factor, five-stage quadratic rotation orthogonal combination test was designed using Design-expert 13.0 software. This test evaluates the performance of a split seeding system by establishing a response surface for the seed rate, using the hole seeder speed, negative pressure, and hole diameter as test factors. The optimal parameter combination is obtained by optimizing the regression equation, which is further verified by bench tests. Under the hole seeding speed of 47.98 r/min, the negative pressure of 1.96 kPa and the hole diameter of 3.5 mm, the precision seeding system achieved a single seed rate of 90.9% and a missed seed rate of 4.3%. The verification test results are consistent with the optimization results, which meet the agronomic requirements of high-speed precision film seeding. This research provides a better technical solution for the application development of a precision seeder.

Abstract To improve the HMCVT gear shifting smoothness of the self-propelled cotton picker, the quadratic orthogonal rotation test was carried out through the HMCVT test bench and control system with engine speed, clutch oil pressure, flow control valve, load torque, displacement ratio as the influencing factors while jerk, dynamic load coefficient, speed drop, weighted acceleration RMS, frictional work as the response indexes. The mathematical model between the response indexes and the influencing factors was established through the data processing software Design Expert 10. After the single factor and multi-factor experimental analyses, the parameters were optimized based on the response surface methodology to obtain the optimal parameters. The test was carried out on the HMCVT test bench with the optimized parameter combination. The engine output speed was 900 rpm, the clutch oil pressure was 3.5 MPa , the flow control valve was 4.9 L min −1 , the load torque was 130 Nm and the displacement ratio was −0.93 . The result was as follows: the jerk was 5.04 m s −3 , the weighted acceleration RMS was 0.467, the speed drop was 20.32 rpm and the dynamic load coefficient was 12.16. This study provides reference for the smooth shifting of the self-propelled cotton picker, which is of a certain significance to promote the operation of the self-propelled cotton picker under multiple working conditions.

Abstract Purpose: Endocrine resistance hormone receptor-positive (HR+) advanced breast cancer (ABC) is generally insensitive to immunecheckpoint inhibitors (ICIs). This study sought to determine whether PI3Kδ inhibitor could enhance the sensitivity of endocrine resistance HR + advanced BC to ICIs by reducing immune evasion.
Methods: Patient-derived HR + ABC xenografts were implanted into immune-humanized NSG mice and subsequently treated with YY20394 (PI3Kδ inhibitor) and camrelizumab. The mice were monitored for tumor progression, biochemical blood indicators, and peripheral blood T-cell subsets. The xenografted tumors were collected at the end of the treatment cycle and subjected to HE staining, immunohistochemistry and protein phosphorylation analysis. Besides, the xenografted tumors were also used to isolate primary breast cancer cells (BCCs) and regulatory T-cells (Tregs), which were subsequently used to evaluate drug sensitivity in vitro.
Results: The humanized PDX model showed a favorable initial treatment response to camrelizumab combined with YY20394 and manageable toxicity. YY20394 plus camrelizumab showed a strong inhibitory effect on HR + BC in vivo mediated by suppression of Treg activity and an increased proportion of CD8
Conclusion: Our study suggests PI3Kδ inhibitor could the enhance the efficacy of ICIs in HR + BC PDX models by combating immune suppression and provides a feasible approach that may overcome the resistance of ICIs in HR + BC patients.
