Abstract Three hundreds and twenty-nine patients with stroke were examined. In the acute stage of stroke, disorders of postural balance dynamic disturbances were detected in 85% of patients, in a half of patients disorders of static balance were found either. Four variants of postural balance disorders were singled out: I -- afferent, with a prevalence of sensory deficiency, II -- efferent, with a prevalence of pyramidal and cerebellar symptoms, III -- integrative, with a domination of cognitive impairments, IV -- psychogenic with affective disorders. It was found that different variants of balance disorders differed not only in the structure of disturbances, but also by the degree of severity of individual clinical syndromes. These variants differed in the frequency of cerebral focal and atrophic changes of certain localization. Moreover, the severity of the disorders of postural balance was also depended on the location of affected areas of the brain. Based on the analysis of clinical and neuroimaging studies of patients, we suggest the concept of deafferentation and disintegration of blocks of the motor act. The algorithm for the clinical diagnosis of the variants of postural balance disorders was developed.

Abstract Aim: to study concomitant somatic pathology in brain stroke patients abusing alcohol before cerebral catastrophe.
Subjects and methods: Two groups were identified according to the results of examining 255 poststroke patients. A study group included 57 (22.4%) pre-stroke alcohol abusers; a control group consisted of 198 (77.6%) alcohol non-abusers.
Results: Among the study group patients, lacunar and hemodynamic pathogenetic subtypes of ischemic stroke were encountered 3 times more and 2 times less frequently, respectively, than in the control groups. After cerebral stroke, the study group patients had a clinical picture with a preponderance of diminished cognitive functions, as well as motor disorders mainly as hemiparetic syndrome. Assessment of the pattern of somatic pathology in both group patients revealed a predominance of myocardial infarction by almost 2-fold, hepatobiliary diseases by 4.7-fold, duodenal ulcer disease by 1.6-fold, and bronchopulmonary pathology by 2-fold among the study group patients. Arthrosis deformans and obesity were observed by 6.4 and 3.5 times more frequently, respectively. The incidence of cardiac disease and hypertension in the acute period did not differ greatly in the compared groups. No thyroid pathology was recorded in the study group. In this group, the poststroke period was generally severer or ran as a galloping type in one third of cases.
Conclusion: Somatic pathology aggravates the poststroke period, on the one hand, and it is decompensated in the presence of inadequate cerebral blood supply, on the other. Measures to compensate for neuropsychological disorders should be efficiently combined with rehabilitative actions on somatic pathology in poststroke patients with a history of burdened alcohol abuse.

Abstract The use of scientifically based doses of fertilizers in the cultivation of crops does not lead to the removal of nutrients from the natural reserves of the organic and mineral soil by microflora. At the same time, the methods and terms for the introduction of mineral fertilizers must be linked with the technology of soil preparation and moisture supply. Nitrogen fertilizers, because of their rapid volati-lization, are recommended to be applied for pre-sowing cultivation with sealing in the surface layer, and phosphorous fertilizers, as inactive - along with the main soil treatment. In this connection, in studies of the significant influence of the methods of basic soil cultivation with and without application of nitrogen, its dynamics along layers are not revealed. Deep soil-free tillage allows significantly more accumulation and longer storage of moisture in the soil layers; In comparison with the classical plowing and dumping plowing and planing in a meter layer of soil, the additional moisture reserves before sowing the crop are respectively 300 and 230 m3 / ha, in the tubing phase - barley - 256 and 189 m3/ha, in the phase of milk ripeness - 270 And 128 m3/ha. Deficiency of moisture reduces the biological activity of the soil, in this regard, moisture-saving methods of basic soil cultivation are especially important in conditions of rain-fed farming, not only on the yield of agricultural crops, but also on the processes of humus formation. The total accumulation of amino acids in the half-meter layer in the variant with deep soil-free tillage before sowing barley was 424 μg amine / G of cloth, in the phase of tubing - ear - 400 μg amine / G canvas, in the phase of milk ripeness - 210 μg amine / G of canvas. The values obtained are higher in comparison with the control data and the variant with planar tillage at 7 and 18%, 48 and 32%, 10 and 36% respectively. Positive dynamics in terms of productive moisture and accumulation of amino acids in the variant with deep soil-free soil treatment, application of calculated phosphorus doses for main processing and nitrogen for pre-sowing cultivation, had an effect on a significant increase in grain relative to control at 0.4 t/ha, Processing - at 0.35 t/ha.

Abstract The results of small (20-22 cm) and relatively deep main processing of the soil (27-30 cm) and variable rate application depth of arable horizon of doses of mineral nutrition (N and P2O5) on yield of spring barley. It is established that ploughing soil up to 30 cm (pillars of Cibima) with in-corporation at the same depth easy phosphorus-rhenium increases the biological activity of the soil microflora involved in the proposal of cellulose substrates is a means of increasing the fertility of light chestnut soil, which is especially important for rainfed conditions. The average crop capacity in the shallow plowing is 2 t/ha and was lower at 15% compared to Varian, where he held a deep subsurface tillage. By years of research sum-total biological activity in the deep subsurface treat-ment amounted to 930 mg of amino acids per gram of leaf, which is higher by 26% the variant with shallow plowing. Compared to shallow ploughing (option 1) at subsurface relatively deep processing of crude soil (option 2) there is greater accumulation of productive moisture in a meter layer. In the period of tillering of plants at average moisture reserves in option 2 is higher by 16% than in option 1 and constitute a 147 mm. In phase trubavina-earing and full maturity of the spring-barley the difference between the productive moisture content increases to between 20 and 33% in the direction of no-till deep processing. Relatively high soil moisture (a consequence of the method of tillage) contributed to a more rapid transition of phosphates in the horizon of 25-30 cm and nitrate in the layer 10-15 cm in available forms of nutrients for soil microorganisms. It is revealed that the application rate of nitrogen and phosphorus should be linked with the main processing of the soil, and the peculiarities of development of the root system of cultivated crops.

Abstract One hundred and ninety-three patients, aged 35-60 years, with chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency of I and II stage have been studied. It has been shown that memory and attention disturbances at stage I are of pseudomnemonic character. At stage II, the syndrome of mild cognitive impairment is formed first with the following formation of the moderate one. After the treatment with lucetam, the overall improvement as measured by neurophysiological testing was observed in 64% of patients, the memory improvement - in 18%, the attention improvement - in 10% and no positive effect was found in 8%. The significant improvement of cognitive functioning was correlated with positive changes of brain neurodynamics in the EEG study.

Abstract A modern concept of energy efficiency soil deep chizelling where the main criterion is tools' tractive resistance, soil density, depth of processing, as well as the frame geometry and gouge shape is suggested here. A mathematical description of the soil blocked cutting process is presented on the basis of the wave breaking theory. Cutting soil occurs at a speed commensurable with the speed of sound waves of stress and strains in the part of the chisel tool working body. It was established that the velocity of propagation of elastic waves can reach 180 m/s, and the duration of its validity is to 0.005-0.008 c. This indicates the character of the high frequency wave deformation. In this regard, the machine and tractor unit velocity influence on the chisel tools resistivity is unimportant, it mainly depends on the shape and design of the gouge. A working body with two tiers executed on a logarithmic spiral gouges and variable angle of crumbling has minimum value of the resistance forces. In particular, components of the horizontal forces of this working body in 1.2-1.6 times lower compared with those of the working bodies with straight gouges, set at an angle of 30 degrees.

Title translation Clinical results and prospects for the use of phenosanic acid in patients with focal epilepsy.
Abstract Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of using a new original synthetic antioxidant - phenosanic acid as an adjunct therapy in patients with focal epilepsy.
Material and methods: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study evaluated the efficacy and safety of phenosanic acid as an adjunct therapy to basic antiepileptic drugs in 120 patients with focal epilepsy. Primary purpose: to study the dynamic of seizure frequency. Secondary purposes: to study the dynamic of seizure-free days, the dynamics of bilateral tonic-clonic seizures, the results of questionnaires and scales (General Dynamics Assessment, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Quality of Life in Epilepsy (QOLIE-31-P), European Quality of Life Questionnaire (EQ-5D), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Frontal Asstssment Battery (FAB), Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)).
Results: Phenosanic acid (Dibufelon) showed statistically significant benefit over placebo in the primary indicator of efficacy (reduction in the frequency of epileptic seizures by at least 50%) and in the secondary indicators. The drug was safe and well tolerated by the patients.
Conclusion: The addition of phenosanic acid (Dibufelon) to base antiepileptic drugs seems to be perspective because of its positive effect on reducing the number of epileptic seizures, as well as on comorbid disorders in the emotional and cognitive spheres.
