    Abstract The article analyzes the possibilities of competitive and exhibition activities in the virtual museum space for the development of professionally oriented interests and inclinations in children aged 7-14 years. A set of the most effective methods, techniques and forms of organizing competition and exhibition activities has been determined, a specially developed diagnostic toolkit has made it possible to analyze the experimental data obtained as a result of the use of empirical research methods: observation and survey. It was revealed that schoolchildren aged 7-14 are at different stages of professional maturity, from the stage of awakening (younger students) to the stage of professional socialization (younger adolescents). Experimental data have confirmed that competition and exhibition activities contribute to the development of creative thinking, self-actualization of the personality of schoolchildren. The huge educational potential of the competition and exhibition activity has been confirmed. The developed program of competitive and exhibition activities of a chemical orientation, contributing to the formation of professionally oriented interests and inclinations in children aged 7-14 years, will be useful to teachers, museum specialists.

    Abstract The essence and the key components of educational potential in a chosen territory are investigated. Theoretical basis and methodological approaches are to be used simultaneously to further assess educational potential in the territory; that gave us an opportunity to perform structural systematization of institutional, reproductive, and resource indicators which reflect educational potential’s components. This approach gives an opportunity to carry on comparative estimation of educational potential in a chosen area within the certain time frameworks and taking into account maximum number of parameters that show territorial differences and dynamics of the educational potential’s components. Impact of population density factors along with level and structure of development of a chosen territory on key institutional and reproductive indicators of educational potential in Russian macro-regions was evaluated. We present an argument for analysis of the dynamics of change of sectoral structure of regional economy under the influence of technological transformation is the basis for prediction of the key regional competencies as the basis for formation of qualitatively novel educational potential of a region that will correspond to modern technological paradigm.

    Abstract The key problems of development of agrarian business were analyzed. Low dynamic potential of renewal of production process, lowering of employment in agricultural business, people abandoning rural localities, and inefficient system of agricultural pattern are mostly those problems. Authors established that among financial instruments intended to solve those problems are the system of budget program special purpose funding and bank credit products and they are the target to implement project decisions in the field of agribusiness. Agricultural credit cooperation will allow solving effectively the problems of small-scale agricultural industries and farming. The dynamics of the financial institutions within the specified field was analyzed and measures to activate the development of agricultural credit cooperation areadvised.

    Abstract With the development of electronic and paper money standard, the validity of the effective management of cash turnover is still kept, but issues of non-cash turnover are becoming more im-portant. The significant areas of development of cash circulation are the improvement of its meth-odological framework, the centralization of cash processing, the development of mechanisms for outsourcing and others. The expanding shift from cash use for consumer payments to the use of payment methods, based on information technologies, has led to the introduction of a number of fundamental rules governing the transfer of funds, the use of electronic means of payment, the organization and operation of payment systems into the legislation. The primary requirement of the payment systems is the presence of constantly supported risk management system.

    Abstract The possibility of imparting an antibacterial effect to cellulose tissue dyed with the product of azo coupling of diazotized 4,4’-diaminostilbene-2,2’-disulfonic acid with 8-hydroxyquinoline has been shown. It was found that fabrics dyed by fixing the dye with a silver salt have a significant antibacterial effect, which lasts at least 10 washings.

    Abstract The strategic goal of national competitiveness requires efficient organization of a single economic space within the existing administrative-territorial entities. The influence of the regional investment activity on production output and population living standards is estimated by the analytical group of statistical indicators, the analysis of which confirmed the existence of the direct link between regional investment activity and indicators of living standards differentiation. The gross fixed capital formation is considered as a determinant of regional socio-economic differentiation level, and the most important integral indicator is a balanced financial result, which determines the formation of resources for investment activity. The optimization of the structure of these sources is mainly conditioned by the priorities of the regional investment policy.
