    Abstract With the development of AI, the intelligence level of vehicles is increasing. Structured roads, as common and important traffic scenes, are the most typical application scenarios for realizing autonomous driving. The driving behavior decision-making of intelligent vehicles has always been a controversial and difficult research topic. Currently, the mainstream decision-making methods, which are mainly based on rules, lack adaptability and generalization to the environment. Aimed at the particularity of intelligent vehicle behavior decisions and the complexity of the environment, this thesis proposes an intelligent vehicle driving behavior decision method based on DQN generative adversarial imitation learning (DGAIL) in the structured road traffic environment, in which the DQN algorithm is utilized as a GAIL generator. The results show that the DGAIL method can preserve the design of the reward value function, ensure the effectiveness of training, and achieve safe and efficient driving on structured roads. The experimental results show that, compared with A3C, DQN and GAIL, the model based on DGAIL spends less average training time to achieve a 95% success rate in the straight road scene and merging road scene, respectively. Apparently, this algorithm can effectively accelerate the selection of actions, reduce the randomness of actions during the exploration, and improve the effect of the decision-making model.

    Abstract Face ubiquitous demand uncertainty and channel cross-influence, how to make price decision to improve profits has become an issue faced by decision makers. This paper concerns multichannel price optimization for a closed-loop supply chain and constructs the deterministic and uncertain models. Taking a real closed-loop clothing supply chain as an example, we carry out parameter assumptions and numerical experiments and analyze the simulation results. Our analysis reveals: (1) The supply chain is more profitable under centralized policy. The company can maximize profits by expanding upstream and downstream. (2) When experienced experts give more accurate error terms, the companies can accurately predict the demand and make price decisions. (3) Raising wholesale price will not maintain manufacturer’s profits growing. Beyond the threshold, the manufacturer’s profit will decrease. (4) The channel cross-influence is beneficial to the supply chain. When other factors remain unchanged, the greater the cross price-demand sensitivity coefficient in a channel, the higher the retailing price and the total profit of the supply chain will be. Decision makers can adjust pricing in time to adapt to changes of cross-influence and uncertain demand. The findings provide theoretical guidance for each player in the closed-loop supply chain.

    Abstract The rate of cannabis use by cancer patients is climbing. However, as the risk of mental illness caused by cannabis use in cancer patients has not been effectively evaluated, this study will analyze the association between cannabis use and depression in cancer patients. This study collected data from respondents to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2005 to 2018. A total of 22,181 respondents self-reported information about cannabis use in questionnaire, of which 893 were diagnosed with cancer. We found that the rate of cannabis use among cancer patients increased each year from 2005 to 2018. We analyzed the association between cannabis use and depression in cancer patients by multivariable logistic regression. Results found that the current cannabis use had a significant positive correlation with increased risk of depression in cancer patients (OR = 2.135, 95% CI = 1.21–3.777, p = 0.009). In our stratified analysis, current cannabis use was associated with an increased risk of depression in cancer patients who were female, had a history of cocaine use, and initiated cannabis use after age 17. (OR = 1.981, 95% CI = 1.024–3.85, P = 0.043; OR = 3.19, 95% CI = 1.61–6.41, P < 0.001; OR = 2.236, 95% CI = 1.018–4.967, P = 0.045). In conclusion, the use of cannabis by cancer patients has an associated risk of depression and the cancer patients who currently use cannabis are more likely to have depression.

    Abstract It is known that miR-381 plays a therapeutic role in a variety of cancers, but the regulatory mechanism of miR-381 in the treatment of lung cancer remains unclear. This study is aimed at exploring the expression level and mechanism of miR-381 in lung cancer. In this experiment, quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR), western blot, and other methods were used to detect the expression of miR-381 and ubiquitin-specific protease 39 (USP39) in lung cancer tissues. The target genes of miR-381 were predicted by bioinformatics techniques, and the targeting relationship between miR-381 and USP39 was verified by the dual-luciferase reporting method. The expression levels of miR-381 and USP39 were adjusted to verify the effect of miR-381 on the expression of USP39 gene. The effect of miR-381 expression on proliferation of lung cancer cells was verified by cell proliferation and invasion experiments. miR-381 was downregulated in non-small-cell lung cancer tissues and cell lines, while USP39 was upregulated. The dual-luciferase reporter gene assay showed that miR-381 and USP39 had targeted binding sites. After transfection with miR-381 mimics, USP39 expression was significantly decreased, cell proliferation decreased, and apoptosis increased. After transfection with miR-381 inhibitor, USP39 expression was significantly increased, cell proliferation increased, and cell apoptosis decreased. Overexpression of USP39 significantly increased the invasion ability and cell survival curve (p<0.05). In conclusion, overexpression of miR-381 can regulate the expression of USP39, inhibit the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells, and induce apoptosis of cancer cells. This may provide a new perspective and strategy for targeted therapy of non-small-cell lung cancer.

    Abstract Clostera anastomosis L. (Lepidoptera: Notodontidae) is a serious defoliator of poplar, Populus spp., trees in China. To establish a baseline of information for possible ecological management of this pest, we studied its emergence, courtship, mating, and oviposition behaviors in the laboratory at 27 ± 1°C and 60 ± 10% relative humidity under a 14:10-h (light:dark) photoperiod. Under these conditions, peak emergence of female adults occurred in the sixth day after pupation, and peak emergence of males was in the seventh day after pupation. Emergence for both sexes occurred throughout the day. Courtship behavior began at the sixth hour of scotophase, reaching peak activity between the 10th hour of scotophase and the first hour of photophase. The courtship and mating success rate were highest for 1-d-old females, and then gradually decreased with age until no mating was observed after females were 4 d old. With 1-d-old females, mating was only observed from the seventh hour of scotophase to the first hour of photophase, with peak activity at 0.5 h after the onset of photophase. Oviposition primarily occurred within 3 d after mating, with 49.8% of the eggs being deposited during the first day after mating. These results demonstrate that there are distinct circadian rhythms in adult emergence and subsequent reproductive behavior of C. anastomosis, thus providing a basis for development of monitoring and management strategies of this pest.

    Abstract Many exoelectrogens utilize small redox mediators for extracellular electron transfer (EET). Notable examples include Shewanella species, which synthesize flavins, and Pseudomonas species, which produce phenazines. In natural and engineered environments, redox-active metabolites from different organisms coexist. The interaction between Shewanella oneidensis and phenazine 1-carboxylic acid (PCA, a representative phenazine compound) was investigated to demonstrate exoelectrogens utilizing metabolites secreted by other organisms as redox mediators. After 24 h in a reactor with and without added PCA (1 μM), the anodic current generated by Shewanella was 235 ± 11 and 51.7 ± 2.8 μA, respectively. Shewanella produced oxidative current approximately three times as high with medium containing PCA as with medium containing the same concentration of riboflavin. PCA also stimulated inward EET in Shewanella. The strong effect of PCA on EET was attributed to its enrichment at the biofilm/electrode interface. The PCA voltammetric peak heights with a Shewanella bioanode were 25–30 times higher than under abiotic conditions. The electrochemical properties of PCA were also altered by the transition from two-electron to single-electron electrochemistry, which suggests PCA was bound between the electrode and cell surface redox proteins. This behavior would benefit electroactive bacteria, which usually dwell in open systems where mediators are present in low concentrations. Like flavins, PCA can be immobilized under both bioanode and biocathode conditions but not under metabolically inactive conditions. Shewanella rapidly transfers electrons to PCA via its Mtr pathway. Compared with wild-type Shewanella, the PCA reduction ability was decreased in gene knockout mutants lacking Mtr pathway cytochromes, especially in the mutants with severely undermined electrode-reduction capacities. These strains also lost the ability to immobilize PCA, even under current-generating conditions.

    Abstract Arsenic (As) is common in the human living environment and a certain amount of exposure to As can lead to liver damage; this toxic effect has been proved to be closely related to intracellular PINK1/Parkin pathway-mediated mitophagy. Dictyophora is an edible fungus that extracts polysaccharides with antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects. In the present study, we demonstrated that As induced the onset of mitophagy in hepatocytes by stimulating cellular production of ROS to activate PINK1/Parkin, and the extent of damage increased with increased As-induced toxicity. Dictyophora polysaccharide (DIP) has the ability to scavenge intracellular ROS, which can inhibit oxidative stress injury and inhibit the PINK/Parkin pathway through its receptors or efficacious proteins, thus preventing mitochondrial autophagy and alleviating the hepatotoxicity of As. In conclusion, our results indicate that DIP can reduce As-induced PINK1/Parkin pathway-mediated hepatic mitophagy through scavenging ROS and exert hepatoprotective effects, providing experimental data and theoretical basis for the development of medicinal value of Dictyophora as a dual-use food and medicinal fungus.

    Abstract Necroptosis, a kind of programmed necrotic cell apoptosis, is the gatekeeper for the host to defend against the invasion of pathogens. It helps to regulate different biological processes regarding human cancer. Nevertheless, studies that determine the impact of death on triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) are scarce. Therefore, this paper has comprehensively examined the expression as well as clinical significance of necroptosis in TNBC. ConsensusClusterPlus was used to establish a stable molecular classification that used the expression regarding the necroptosis-linked genes. The clinical and immune characteristics of different subclasses were evaluated. Then, the weighted gene coexpression network analysis (WGCNA) assisted in determining key modules, and we selected the genes exhibiting obvious association with necroptosis prognosis through the relationship with prognosis. The univariate Cox regression analysis together with least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) techniques served for the construction of the necroptosis-related prognostic risk score (NPRS) model, and the pathway characteristics of NPRS model grouping were further studied. Finally, the NPRS, taking into account the clinicopathological features, used the decision tree model for enhancing the prognostic model as well as the survival prediction. First, two stable molecular subtypes with different prognosis and immune characteristics were identified using necroptosis marker genes. Then, the key modules were identified, and 10 genes significantly related to the prognosis of necroptosis were selected. Then, the clinical prognostic model of NPRS was developed considering the prognosis-linked necroptosis genes. Finally, the NPRS model, taking into account the clinicopathological features, adopted the decision tree model for enhancing the prognostic model as well as the survival prediction.
