Abstract As the presentation form of the web, web pages contain a lot of important information in web design. As many information carriers, such as sound, graphics, and text, web pages have been integrated and have played a good role in visual transmission. It inherits many features of traditional graphic design, it can be said that it extends graphic design, and web design is richer in visual performance. At present, the research on web design in China is mainly background research. There is little research on the front-end aspects of web pages, especially in the aspect of plane vision. The lack of research in this area limits the development of web design. This paper introduces the relevant situation of web design and then analyzes the relevant elements in web design, such as visual elements, and their innovative applications. In addition, it focuses on the presentation form of visual elements in web design and summarizes the development trend of visual elements in contemporary web interface design. It proposes the strategy of innovation and application of visual elements in web design. The author hopes that, through the research of this paper, it will lay a theoretical foundation for the development of web design in the future. At the same time, this paper uses the NCMF algorithm in artificial intelligence to identify the visual elements of web pages, thereby improving the efficiency of web page design. Experiments show that the Chaos accuracy rate of the NCMF algorithm in the CETD dataset is 73.3482%.

Abstract Breaking spatial and temporal homogeneities simultaneously incurs the combination of wavenumber and frequency translations. In this work, broadband frequency translations with both redshifts and blueshifts triggered by a single photonic space-time interface (PSTI) with weak temporal change of permittivity across which a homogeneous medium suddenly becomes a one-dimensional photonic crystal is proposed. Mode conversions induced by the PSTI are analyzed, according to which the frequency translation amplitudes are independent of the change of permittivity and the initial frequency but are given by the product of the phase speed of the homogeneous medium and the spatial modulation frequency of the photonic crystal. Hence, a static field can be partially converted into dynamic fields by imposing the PSTI. Our findings pave the way for the study of PSTIs and provide a new scheme to realize broadband frequency translations.

Abstract Genetic transformation plays an imperative role in our understanding of the biology in unicellular yeasts and filamentous fungi, such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus nidulans, Cryphonectria parasitica , and Magnaporthe oryzae . It also helps to understand the virulence and drug resistance mechanisms of the pathogenic fungus Cryptococcus that causes cryptococcosis in health and immunocompromised individuals. Since the first attempt at DNA transformation in this fungus by Edman in 1992, various methods and techniques have been developed to introduce DNA into this organism and improve the efficiency of homology-mediated gene disruption. There have been many excellent summaries or reviews covering the subject. Here we highlight some of the significant achievements and additional refinements in the genetic transformation of Cryptococcus species.

Abstract Temporal modulations provide a new approach for realizing metamaterials. In this study, through the imposition of uniform temporal modulations, we achieve two types of reciprocal bi-anisotropic metamaterials. Notably, these achievements do not rely on any spatial modulation, preserving inversion symmetry at any instantaneous time. This stands in sharp contrast to the scenario of traditional bi-anisotropic metamaterials, where the disruption of inversion symmetry by spatial arrangements is necessary. Conditions for realizing nonzero bi-anisotropic coupling are discussed and verified through full-wave simulations. Our work will stimulate research in the field of temporal bi-anisotropic metamaterials, as well as the application of temporal modulations in manipulating photonic spin angular momentum.

Abstract The proposed article presents the results of a study of the peculiarities of changing the nature of long-term fluctuations in the water regime of rivers in the conditions of developing global warming. River basins are compactly located within one natural and climatic zone - the region of Southern Yakutia and adjacent areas of the Irkutsk, Amur regions, Khabarovsk and Trans–Baikal Territories of the Russian Federation. This approach made it possible to adequately compare the parameters of changes in the nature of long-term fluctuations in the flow of rivers under similar conditions. The basins of the 6 rivers considered, with a few exceptions, cover the entire territory of South Yakutia. The main trends in changes in the nature of long–term fluctuations in runoff in the modern period (1988-2018) include an increase in water content on most rivers by 16-34%, which, nevertheless, did not lead to a violation of the stationarity of the annual runoff series according to mathematical expectation. The dispersion of annual runoff increased to a greater extent: on 5 rivers out of 6, its growth ranged from 8 to 254%, as a result of which on three rivers (Chara, Timpton, Amga), the annual runoff series lost their stationarity in dispersion. In general, the region has seen an increase in the frequency of occurrence of extreme events – exceeding the historical maximum annual runoff of the base period or the occurrence of an annual runoff less than the historical minimum annual runoff of the base period, and the frequency is gradually increasing within the duration of the modern period. The geographical pattern of changes in the nature of long–term fluctuations in river flow was revealed: to the greatest extent these changes were manifested on the rivers of the western part of Southern Yakutia (Chara, Olekma), to the least - on the rivers of the eastern part (Uchur, Maya).

Abstract The interaction between cluster of differentiation 47 (CD47) and signal regulatory protein α (SIRPα) protects healthy cells from macrophage attack, which is crucial for maintaining immune homeostasis. Overexpression of CD47 occurs widely across various tumor cell types and transmits the “don't eat me” signal to macrophages to avoid phagocytosis through binding to SIRPα. Blockade of the CD47-SIRPα axis is therefore a promising approach for cancer treatment. Lymphoma is the most common hematological malignancy and is an area of unmet clinical need. This review mainly described the current strategies targeting the CD47-SIRPα axis, including antibodies, SIRPα Fc fusion proteins, small molecule inhibitors, and peptides both in preclinical studies and clinical trials with Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Abstract Objective: To investigate the correlation between the peak pressure of contrast agent injection and tubal patency during real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography. Methods: Seventy female patients who underwent real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography of uterine and oviduct in the department of ultrasound medicine in our hospital were selected to measure the peak pressure in the examination process through the pressure injection device of contrast agent, to compare the pressure differences of different obturability patency degree of oviduct, and to draw a ROC curve to determine the optimal cut-off value of the peak pressure. Results: According to the different patency degree of fallopian tubes, the contrast results were divided into three groups: bilateral tubes unobstructed group, unilateral tube lesioned group and bilateral tubes lesioned group. The peak pressures of the three groups were (34.69±9.30) KPa, (52.71±18.55) KPa and (73.88±11.01) KPa, respectively. The area under the peak pressure ROC curve (AUC) of the "unilateral tube lesioned group" and "bilateral tubes lesioned group" was 0.785, the optimal cut-off value of the peak pressure was 51.90KPa, the area under the peak pressure ROC curve (AUC) of the "unilateral tube lesioned group" and "bilateral tubes lesioned group" was 0.851, and the optimal cut-off value of the peak pressure was 73.50KPa. Conclusion: The peak pressure of contrast agent injection in RT-3D-HyCoSy can be used as a quantitative index to deduce the patency degree of oviduct. There is a correlation between the peak pressure and the tubal patency.

Abstract Many studies have shown that the new round of healthcare reform launched by the Chinese government in 2009 has not effectively solved the problem in which patients more readily choose large general hospitals. We aimed to find out if this situation exists in every department of a large general hospital. This study collected the outpatient data of 24 departments for a large general hospital in Beijing. By calculating the average growth rate of outpatients in each department from 2014 to 2019, and the utilization rate of outpatient appointments in different departments in 2020, we found that the average growth rate of outpatients in 4 departments (16.6%) was negative, and the utilization rate of outpatient appointments in 13 departments (54.16%) was less than 80%. This shows that the number of patients in some departments is declining, and that there is an inefficient use of doctor resources. Obviously, this is inconsistent with people’s current beliefs. Therefore, it is not entirely true that China’s healthcare reform has not reduced the number of patients in large general hospitals. At the same time, the inefficient use of outpatient doctor resources is a phenomenon worthy of attention; if it persists, it will result in significant waste in the healthcare system. We suggest that policy makers and hospital managers in China, and countries similar to China, can attract attention and take measures.
