    Abstract In order to better adapt to the teaching development needs of visual communication design in the new media environment, a method of visual communication design training based on the ecological environment of the new media environment is proposed. This method constructs a web-based professional course network teaching platform by cultivating practical design talents under the new platform, new environment, and new technology, starting from the perspective of practical application, starting from the teaching process of visual communication design specialty, combined with the needs of social development for students' creative needs, so as to provide rich visual communication design cases, design practice, and exchange and discussion platform for professional teaching. The results show that the local display time of the system page is too long. It takes 3.3 seconds to enter the query page manually, and the script test time is 0.3 seconds, so the page display time takes about 3 seconds. The system basically meets the functional requirements, but from the perspective of resource occupation, the program requirements are further optimized to reduce the utilization of CRU. From the analysis of memory usage, it is suggested to optimize the memory recycling mechanism.

    Abstract Purpose: Based on social identity theory and social exchange theory, this study tests the influence of green organizational identity, exchange ideology and perceived organizational support toward the environment on organizational citizenship behaviors for the environment.
    Methods: This study conducted a three-wave survey. The data was collected from 526 employees (95% response rate) across three organizations. Structural equation modeling based on AMOS and hierarchical regression analysis based on Hayes' PROCESS on SPSS were applied to test all hypotheses.
    Results: Perceived organizational support towards the environment had a positive influence on organizational citizenship behaviors for the environment, and green organizational identity played a partial mediating role in this relationship. In addition, exchange ideology moderated the relationship between perceived organizational support towards the environment and green organizational identity, and such that this relationship was strengthened as a result of a high level of exchange ideology.
    Contribution: Overall, these findings contribute to the understanding of the integration of social identity theory and social exchange theory and the ways in which both theories influence organizational citizenship behaviors for the environment.

    Abstract Background: Accurate detection of cervical esophagus invasion (CEI) in HPSCC is challenging but crucial. We aimed to investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based radiomics for detecting CEI in patients with HPSCC.
    Methods: This retrospective study included 151 HPSCC patients with or without CEI, which were randomly assigned into a training (n = 101) or validation (n = 50) cohort. A total of 750 radiomics features were extracted from T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) and contrast-enhanced T1-weighted imaging (ceT1WI), respectively. A radiomics signature was constructed using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator method. Multivariable logistic regression analyses were adopted to establish a clinical model and a radiomics nomogram. Two experienced radiologists evaluated the CEI status based on morphological findings. Areas under the curve (AUCs) of the models and readers were compared using the DeLong method. The performance of the nomogram was also assessed by its calibration and clinical usefulness.
    Results: The radiomics signature, consisting of five T2WI and six ceT1WI radiomics features, was significantly associated with CEI in both cohorts (all p < 0.001). The radiomics nomogram combining the radiomics signature and clinical T stage achieved significantly higher predictive value than the clinical model and pooled readers in the training (AUC 0.923 vs. 0.723 and 0.621, all p < 0.001) and validation (AUC 0.888 vs. 0.754 and 0.647, all p < 0.05) cohorts. The radiomics nomogram showed favorable calibration in both cohorts and provided better net benefit than the clinical model.
    Conclusions: The MRI-based radiomics nomogram is a promising method for detecting CEI in HPSCC.

    Abstract T cell receptors (TCRs) selectively bind to antigens to fight pathogens with specific immunity. Current tools focus on the nature of amino acids within sequences and take less into account the nature of amino acids far apart and the relationship between sequences, leading to significant differences in the results from different datasets. We propose TPBTE, a model based on convolutional Transformer for Predicting the Binding of TCR to Epitope. It takes epitope sequences and the complementary decision region 3 (CDR3) sequences of TCRβ chain as inputs. And it uses a convolutional attention mechanism to learn amino acid representations between different positions of the sequences based on learning local features of the sequences. At the same time, it uses cross attention to learn the interaction information between TCR sequences and epitope sequences. A comprehensive evaluation of the TCR-epitope data shows that the average area under the curve of TPBTE outperforms the baseline model, and demonstrate an intentional performance. In addition, TPBTE can give the probability of binding TCR to epitopes, which can be used as the first step of epitope screening, narrowing the scope of epitope search and reducing the time of epitope search.

    Abstract Objectives: To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) radiomics for distinguishing solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) from schwannoma in the orbit.
    Materials and methods: A total of 140 patients from two institutions were retrospectively included. All patients from institution 1 were randomized into a training cohort (n = 69) and a validation cohort (n = 35), and patients from institution 2 were used as an external testing cohort (n = 36). One hundred and six features were extracted from T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) and contrast-enhanced T1-weighted imaging (CET1WI). A radiomics model was built for each sequence using least absolute shrinkage and selection operator logistic regression, and radiomics scores were calculated. A combined model was constructed and displayed as a radiomics nomogram. Two radiologists jointly assessed tumor category based on MRI findings. The performances of the radiomics models and visual assessment were compared via area under the curve (AUC).
    Results: The performances of the radiomics nomogram combining T2WI and CET1WI radiomics scores were superior to those of the pooled readers in the training (AUC 0.986 vs. 0.807, p < 0.001), validation (AUC 0.989 vs. 0.788, p = 0.009), and the testing (AUC 0.903 vs. 0.792, p = 0.093), although significant difference was not found in the testing cohort. Decision curve analysis demonstrated that the radiomics nomogram had better clinical utility than visual assessment.
    Conclusion: MRI radiomics nomogram can be used for distinguishing between orbital SFT and schwannoma, which may help tumor management by clinicians.
    Clinical relevance statement: It is of great importance and challenging for distinguishing solitary fibrous tumor from schwannoma in the orbit. In the present study, an MRI-based radiomics nomogram were developed and independently validated, which could help the discrimination of the two entities.
    Key points: • It is challenging to differentiate solitary fibrous tumor from schwannoma in the orbit due to similar clinical and image features. • A radiomics nomogram based on T2-weighted imaging and contrast-enhanced T1-weighted imaging has advantages over radiologists. • Radiomics can provide a non-invasive diagnostic tool for differentiating between the two entities.

    Abstract Designing a reliable power-to-X (PtX) process that uses renewable energy and grid electricity as backup power is challenging due to the uncertain nature of renewables and potential limits on grid usage. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a data-driven, reliability-based optimization approach for designing a grid-assisted PtX process and understanding how the uncertainty of time-series renewable profile affects its design and optimal sizing. This approach uses generative adversarial networks (GANs) to capture the complex patterns of renewables in temporal and spatial dimensions, rather than simply treating uncertainty as a probabilistic range as in conventional methods. The optimization considers both the mean and variance of production cost as objectives, while also taking into account the level of grid energy penetration as a probabilistic constraint through the reliability analysis. A power allocation and performance evaluation model is developed and used in conjunction with the optimization to assess uncertainty propagation through the PtX process and evaluate the impact of renewable uncertainty on process performance. A case study involving the production of methanol on Jeju Island in South Korea demonstrates how the mean and variance of production cost and other performance indicators can be balanced in the reliable design of PtX processes under renewable energy uncertainty, providing insights for decision-making in such situations.

    Abstract Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of 6 different imaging modalities for differentiating glioma recurrence from postradiotherapy changes by performing a network meta-analysis (NMA) using direct comparison studies with 2 or more imaging techniques.Data sources PubMed, Scopus, EMBASE, the Web of Science and the Cochrane Library were searched from inception to August 2021. The Confidence In Network Meta-Analysis (CINeMA) tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies with the criterion for study inclusion being direct comparison using 2 or more imaging modalities.Data extraction and synthesis The consistency was evaluated by examining the agreement between direct and indirect effects. NMA was performed and the surface under the the cumulative ranking curve (SUCRA) values was obtained to calculate the probability of each imaging modality being the most effective diagnostic method. The CINeMA tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies.Main outcomes and measures Direct comparison, inconsistency test, NMA and SUCRA values.Results A total of 8853 potentially relevant articles were retrieved and 15 articles met the inclusion criteria. 18F-FET showed the highest SUCRA values for sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and accuracy, followed by 18F-FDOPA. The quality of the included evidence is classified as moderate.Conclusion and relevance This review indicates that 18F-FET and 18F-FDOPA may have greater diagnostic value for glioma recurrence relative to other imaging modalities (Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluations B).PROSPERO registration number CRD42021293075.

    Abstract Relationship extraction is a crucial step in the construction of a knowledge graph. In this research, the grid field entity relationship extraction was performed via a labeling approach that used span representation. The subject entity and object entity were used as training instances to bolster the linkage between them. The embedding layer of the RoBERTa pre-training model included word embedding, position embedding, and paragraph embedding information. In addition, semantic dependency was introduced to establish an effective linkage between different entities. To facilitate the effective linkage, an additional lexically labeled embedment was introduced to empower the model to acquire more profound semantic insights. After obtaining the embedding layer, the RoBERTa model was used for multi-task learning of entities and relations. The multi-task information was then fused using the parameter hard sharing mechanism. Finally, after the layer was fully connected, the predicted entity relations were obtained. The approach was tested on a grid field dataset created for this study. The obtained results demonstrated that the proposed model has high performance.

    Abstract Positioning in the global value chain (GVC) reflects the level and kinds of value creation of a firm or industry. The value creation can be on the upstream or downstream of the value chain. This study explores the effects of sustainable production clauses on the economic and physical positioning of information and communication technology (ICT) firms in the global value chain (GVC). We examined 2107 international investment agreements (IIA), signed by 54 countries that represent 70% of the global investment agreements. The empirical results show that the sustainable production intensity clauses in the IIAs have a significant impact on the positioning of ICT’s in the GVC. However, the degree of impact on the economic scale of participation and physical location in the GVC differs. The heterogeneity test shows that the sustainable production intensity clauses of IIAs between developed and developing countries affect positively and significantly the physical and economic locations in the GVCs. This is less significant while the IIAs are signed between the developed markets. These findings demonstrate that countries should consider sustainable production principles and responsible business conducts while signing the IIAs, and ensure their implementation while participating in the GVCs. This process can enhance value creation by moving towards higher value creation activities within the GVC.
