Abstract In order to facilitate students’ study and life on campus, the on-campus wireless network has become an essential infrastructure for universities, which has led to an exponential growth of data in the on-campus network. How to use the on-campus network to promote students’ enthusiasm for ideological and political education courses has become a key goal for many universities. As a result, this paper first introduces the innovations developed by universities for better ideological teaching using such a large amount of data, followed by an analysis of the issues that exist. Then, to address the problem that the existing on-campus wireless network data are not fully utilized, we combine machine learning techniques to classify the data on the intranet and analyze the use of on-campus resources based on the classification. Finally, according to students’ use of the intranet, the allocation ratio of on-campus resources is adjusted at different times to increase the attractiveness of ideological and political education courses to students and promote their learning.

Abstract The study aims to continuously improve the level of the construction industry, such as the improvement of construction capacity and efficiency and reduction of the project cost and construction period, and find a specific way to improve the development of the construction industry. First, the study analyzes the research status of mechanical properties of horizontal joints, vertical joints, and the overall structure of worldwide prefabricated buildings. Next, the built-in steel fabricated concrete shear wall model is established. Moreover, the quasi-static experimental analysis is conducted on the joints of the fabricated shear wall with built-in section steel. The finite element software is used to analyze the numerical simulation test of the new built-in shear wall. According to the relevant test parameters, the finite element model is constructed, and the parameters are set. Finally, the shear wall model is established and tested by a simulation experiment, and the simulation results are compared with the numerical simulation results. The final results show that the proposed connection mode of the reinforced skeleton and new fabricated joints improves the stability of prefabricated buildings. The use of the quasi-static test to test the relevant performance parameters has a short calculation time, high efficiency, and high parameter optimization accuracy. It can better simulate the actual working conditions and the actual stress-strain and damage failure conditions. Moreover, the conclusion is drawn that the shear wall structure with steel plate concrete has good ductility and deformation capacity. The study has a certain reference significance for the construction optimization of steel plate concrete prefabricated buildings and related research in the future.

Abstract The existing literature on FinTech and green finance has primarily focused on exploring sustainable economic and environmental benefits. However, empirical research examining the effect of FinTech on green finance remains underexplored. In light of the advantageous position of green credit in the development of green finance in China, this study analyzes the impact of FinTech on green credit development using polluting listed firms in 2012–2021. The results show that FinTech significantly improves the development of green credit, affecting it through two crucial mechanisms: information asymmetry and green credit allocation efficiency. Additionally, heterogeneity analysis reveals that FinTech has a more significant impact on regions with higher government environmental objectives, small-to-medium enterprises with low carbon emissions, and firms with high external ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) scores. Overall, our findings indicate that financial institutions should be committed to leveraging FinTech for the pre-loan investigation of green credit, and policymakers should encourage the development of FinTech in order to perfect environmental information disclosure policies to establish environmental information-sharing platforms.

Abstract Utilizing the entropy evaluation approach to construct a local digital economy index, this paper investigates the influence of digital economy development on corporate social responsibility (CSR) using a sample of Chinese listed firms from 2011 to 2020. Our findings indicate that the development of the digital economy can facilitate enterprise digital transformation, enhance agency efficiency, and increase online media attention, thereby significantly promoting CSR performance for local firms. Further analysis shows that the local digital economy has varying impacts on distinct dimensions of CSR, with more pronounced effects observed among state-owned enterprises, firms in secondary industries, large-scale and non-digital firms. Overall, these findings suggest that the development of the digital economy fosters the willingness of firms to engage in CSR, resulting in a favorable interaction between firms and stakeholders.

Abstract The global supply chain crisis caused by COVID-19 and the trend of “anti-globalization” continuously impact international trade. As one of the central processing centers of global primary products, China’s forest product enterprises import raw materials and export manufactured products, which are vulnerable to the worldwide supply chain crisis. This article reviews research on the influence of the pandemic and the Sino–US trade war on the international trade of wooden products and China’s forestry enterprises that import raw timber materials and export wooden products. Furthermore, with the analysis of trade data, we found that China’s forest product enterprises are facing a shortage of wood materials and rising import prices. Regarding export, they face the problems of increased trade costs and fluctuating product demand. Moreover, the influence of the global supply chain crisis causes China’s trade diversion effect. This article comprehensively analyzes how the global supply chain crisis affects wood-based product enterprises and offers suggestions for further developing China’s forestry enterprises.

Abstract Pedestrian detection has made breakthroughs after the rise of convolutional neural networks. However, it faces some challenging problems, including dataset difference, small pedestrian targets and occlusions between pedestrians. To deal with these problems, we propose a novel convolutional network architecture, named multi-scale cross-layer fusion and center position network (MCF-CP-NET). A new backbone unit is designed to introduce channel-wise attention into the improved aggregated residual transformations for effective feature extraction. We select suitable anchor setting for pedestrian detection datasets to tackle the problem of dataset difference. A feature pyramid sub-network with cross-layer fusion is developed for better detection of small pedestrian targets, where cross-layer connections are used to reduce the information loss and low-level marginal feature dissipation and better fuse low- and high-level features. We add a center position branch into the localization regression sub-network in MCF-CP-NET to better detect occluded pedestrians, which predicts the centrality index of the localization box to obtain the center score, and further optimizes the score of non-maximum suppression. Experiments show that the average precision and recall of MCF-CP-NET are separately improved by 1.2% and 0.7% on the person class of Pascal VOC2007 dataset and 1.6% and 0.1% on WiderPerson dataset, in comparison with the state-of-the-art.

Abstract Algal blooms have been occurring in many regions worldwide, and allelochemicals are important algaecides used to control harmful algal blooms (HABs). The allelopathic effects of linoleic acid (LA) on the harmful raphidophyte Heterosigma akashiwo were studied, and the possible mechanisms were investigated through analyses of population growth dynamics, cellular ultrastructure and the physiological levels of H. akashiwo. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of LA on H. akashiwo cells increased with an increasing LA concentration. The levels of ROS and MDA were significantly elevated, indicating oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation due to LA exposure. At the same time, LA also activated the antioxidant system, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and POD, and non-enzymatic antioxidants such as reduced AsA and glutathione (GSH). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealed that the morphology of the algal cells was impaired in an LA-dependent manner. Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining and flow cytometric analysis revealed that LA exposure decreased the cellular mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), increased the rate of apoptosis. LA modulated bcl-2/bax homeostasis and increased the expressions of cytochrome c and caspases-3 and -9, proving that LA induced cell death via the mitochondria-mediated apoptotic pathway. It was suggested that LA had allelopathic effects on H. akashiwo, inducing physiological and morphological changes and finally triggering the apoptosis of H. akashiwo. All of these results showed that LA might have the potential as an algaecide to control harmful algae.

Abstract The conventional sensitivity analysis method unanimously takes all remaining elements except the damaged ones as statistical objects, and element importance is evaluated by the mean value of the sensitive indices of statistical objects. However, from the perspective of resisting progressive collapse, the method is not sufficiently targeted, and the evaluation results have some mistakes. The shortcomings of the traditional sensitivity analysis method in element importance evaluation were analyzed and compared through finite element investigations of two types of planar trusses. Based on the anti-progressive collapse mechanism of the planar truss, the sensitivity analysis method with lower chords as statistical objects was proposed to evaluate the importance of planar truss structural elements. This method is conceptually straightforward, and the assessment results are beyond-compare regarding accuracy via comparison against the results of other evaluation methods. Furthermore, based on identifying important elements, the structure’s bearing capacity can be improved by targeted anti-progressive collapse design.

Abstract Most of the existing graph embedding methods are used to describe the single view network and solve the single relation in the network. However, the real world is made up of networks with multiple views of complex relationships, and the existing methods can no longer meet the needs of people. To solve this problem, we propose a novel multi-view attention network inspired by coupled P system(MVAN-CP) to deal with node classification. More specifically, we design a multi-view attention network to extract abundant information from multiple views in the network and obtain a learning representation for each view. To enable the views to collaborate, we further apply attention mechanism to facilitate the view fusion process. Taking advantage of the maximum parallelism of P system, the process of learning and fusion will be realized in the coupled P system, which greatly improves the computational efficiency. Experiments on real network data sets indicate that our model is effective.
