    Abstract IntroductionThis paper provides an overview of the Chinese equestrian policy documents and regulations from 1978 to 2022. While the horse business is shifting from traditional to leisure and sport pattern in China, through the analysis of the policies and regulations.ObjectivesThis paper aims to provide a concise overview of the government's policies which growth of equestrian sports in China over the past four decades (since 1978).MethodUnder the guidance of Whitemore and Knafl's 5-step approach to policy analysis, a systematic analysis of policy content, context, and governance processes is conducted. As of 2022, 29 documents from official and semi-official sources had been extracted, classified, and examined for records.Results and conclusionAs of 2022, 29 documents from official and semi-official sources had been extracted, classified, and examined for records. The first is whether the policy is useful or not, its goals are vague and unclear. And there isn't much interaction between the areas it affects. Second, the policies are inconsistent and unstable. Third, there is a deficiency in terms of professional evaluation and relevancy. Fourth, pre-development preparation is not done due to the lack of an industry chain cycle. The complex causes of these issues include the sports management system, the government's policy ideals, and the competition of interests among policy stakeholders.

    Abstract En las últimas décadas ha ido aumentando de manera significativa las relaciones asimétricas que el capitalismo global propicia entre países más industrializados (receptores de migrantes) y países en desarrollo (emisores de migrantes). Éstas inciden en que un número cada vez mayor de mujeres de estos últimos se vean abocadas a mantener a sus hijos en contextos trasnacionales al tiempo que se incorporan al mercado laboral reproductivo cuidando niñas/os y mayores en los primeros. Asimismo, la emergencia y desarrollo de familias transnacionales y del ejercicio de la maternidad transnacional -como así se han denominado a estos fenómenos en las ciencias sociales-, contrasta con el aumento del número de mujeres y hombres de países más industrializados que también cruzan fronteras nacionales para tener a sus hijos/as -ya sea a través de la adopción internacional, Técnicas de Reproducción Asistida (TRA) o gestación subrogada en aquellos países donde se permiten. A partir de investigaciones etnográficas con familias no-heterosexuales en España, estos procesos de formación y reproducción de la familia, que emergen y se desarrollan como consecuencia de condiciones estructurales cambiantes en contextos de globalización, se analizan desde una perspectiva transnacional y de género. Al tiempo que se tiene en cuenta su intersección con economía moral global/local, políticas nacionales e internacionales, sexualidad, etnicidad, clase, ciudadanía y legitimidad.

    Abstract El modelo de educación clínica estadounidense no resulta exportable, en su integridad al modelo español, vistas las diferencias metodológicas y funcionales que ambos sistemas jurídicos plantean, en sede universitaria y profesional. La conceptualización de las clínicas jurídicas españolas se anuda, razonablemente, a su funcionalidad. Como punto de partida, se disponen los primeros parámetros que deben informar la educación jurídica clínica. Con un función social desarrollada, la función pedagógica debe apostar por el diseño de un modelo propio de las ciencias jurídicas. No obstante, la interconexión entre ambas funciones, aun no se encuentra firmemente definida. El tratamiento clínico del conflicto jurídico debe también servirse de la perspectiva que aporta el Derecho Procesal.

    Abstract Postmodernism, as a hegemon, has determined the cultural coordinates of audiovisual products in the last decades. Since 2008, some shows have creatively questioned its main principles, such as superficiality, cynicism-bordering irony and the lack of alternative to all this (Francis Fukuyama’s end of history). BoJack Horseman (executive producers Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Noel Bright, Steven A. Cohen, Blair Fetter, Jane Wiseman, Will Arnett, Aaron Paul and Andy Weill, 2014–2019), the Netflix series, follows the struggles in the life of the eponymous character, star of the 1990s sitcom Horsin’ Around, and his exhaustion from the vacuity of life in Hollywood, United States. Surrounded by his peculiar entourage, viewers witness all sorts of unimportant nonsense and risible statements to ultimately engage in the story and meet old characters under a new light. After many seasons, our understanding of them changes and we are forced to revaluate our consideration of them, engaging sympathetically and leaving behind an individualist detachment some authors, like David Foster Wallace, criticised in the past. This only comes to happen because of the creative use of animation, the script and characters.     Abstract El objetivo de este artículo consiste en aplicar la teoría de la informalización de Cas Wouters –que amplía las teorías sobre el proceso de civilización de Norbert Elias– al análisis de la actividad deportiva del running tal y como se desarrolló desde la segunda mitad del s. xx en EE.UU. y desde mediados de los años 2000 como tendencia deportiva global. Como parte de la metodología, se han analizado fuentes escritas más relevantes tales como la revista Runner’s World, libros de referencia, así como foros de discusión referidos a las actividades propuestas. Como conclusión principal podemos decir que el desarrollo del running se identifica con un patrón informalizador en espiral, pasando por diversas fases de informalización y reformalización durante las cuales hubo una variación de los distintos tipos de valores y discursos asociados a la actividad. This paper applies Cas Wouter’s informalisation theory –which continues Norbert Elias’s theory on the civilisation process– to the development of running as it unfolded since the second half of the twentieth century in USA and since the mid 2000s as a global sport trend. Different written sources such as the magazine Runner’s World and other relevant books and blogs have been used for the analysis. The development of running followed an spiral informalising pattern, alternating between phases of informalisation and reformalisation during wich the discourses and values attached to the activity changed.

    Abstract De manera general en este documento se hacen anotaciones sobre algunas características del perfil social y económico del adulto mayor en nuestro país. El inicio de la vejez se considera a partir de los 65 años según lo determina la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), a esta etapa de la vida se le denomina también adulto mayor (AM). Al individuo que ha alcanzado esta edad se le considera una persona única, histórica e irrepetible en quien se presenta un deterioro biológico, intrínseco, deletéreo, progresivo, programado e irreversible, producto de un decremento bioquímico y psicológico, con disminución de las capacidades de adaptación al medio interno y externo.

    Abstract A better understanding of sperm physiology and the development of new methods for assessment of this function, opens the possibility of improving both new IVF techniques including cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and making more accurate diagnoses. Implementing new therapies, allowing treatment at the cellular level. recovering or improving sperm function that is altered, eventually generated Molecular Andrology. This radical change to assess fertility in men has varied the definition of the Andrology Clinic to incorporate these concepts. Defining the Andrologist, as a physician who, in addition to the clinical aspects of male infertility, is a specialist in the evaluation and treatment of sperm defects. The tests conducted by the Andrologist determine not only the biological aspects of sperm from testicular production level, but also their functional attributes and fertilizing capacity.
