Abstract RSPAD Gatot Soebroto is a type A government hospital with the highest referral in the ranks of the TNI and serves as a health service for the general public and continues to strive to improve the quality of excellent health services for each patient. For this reason, the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital always provides medical supplies generally stored in the material warehouse installation. The Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital's material warehouse installation consists of a general and Health material warehouse. For health services to run well, improving the quality of the material warehouse installation unit is necessary. The development of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is increasing rapidly from year to year; its benefits can be integrated into managing material warehouse installations to build orderly administration and distribution of material medical supplies needed in each installation unit at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Through the warehousing application with the RFID application, it is hoped that the process of procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of material for medical supplies will be more easily controlled, both for evaluation of use, as well as evaluation of stock-taking of supplies which will later become the basis for material procurement for the following year. In addition, RFID also controls the material distribution designation and year of procurement. So that the distribution of material as hospital assets will be recorded accurately and the health services provided can also run well and have good quality.

Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of age on CVLM C1 neuron glucoregulatory proteins in the feeding pathway. Male Sprague Dawley rats aged 3 months and 24 months old were divided into two subgroups: the treatment group with 2-deoxy-d-glucose (2DG) and the control group. Rat brains were dissected to obtain the CVLM region of the brainstem. Western blot was used to determine protein expression of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), phosphorylated TH at Serine40 (pSer40TH), AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), phosphorylated AMPK (phospho AMPK), and neuropeptide Y Y5 receptors (NPY5R) in CVLM samples. Immunofluorescence was used to determine TH-, AMPK-, and NPY5R-like immunoreactivities among other brain coronal sections. Results obtained denote a decrease in basal TH phosphorylation levels and AMPK proteins and an increase in TH proteins among aged CVLM neurons. Increases in the basal immunoreactivity of TH+, AMPK+, NPY5R+, TH+/AMPK+, and TH+/NPY5R+ were also observed among old rats. Young treatment-group rats saw a decrease in TH phosphorylation and AMPK proteins following 2DG administration, while an increase in AMPK phosphorylation and a decrease in TH proteins were found among the old-treatment-group rats. These findings suggest the participation of CVLM C1 neurons in counter-regulatory responses among young and old rats. Altering protein changes in aged CVLM C1 neurons may attenuate responses to glucoprivation, thus explaining the decline in food intake among the elderly.

Abstract Background: Airway emergency is the reason behind competency in mask ventilation and intubation skills for doctors. Procedural skills are taught through face-to-face training. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the education system, including medical education. The face-to-face training method cannot be carried out and requires a modification to an online method. Therefore, Peyton's Four-Step Approach is modified to adapt this change.
Objective: Assessing the effectiveness of learning methods between modified Peyton's Four-Step approach and classic Peyton's Four Step approach in learning basic skills of mask ventilation and intubation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Method: This was an experimental study with two groups of subjects in the Basic ClinicalSkills module of endotracheal intubation and mask ventilation at the Faculty ofMedicine, Universitas Indonesia during February-June 2022. The first group received training with classic Peyton's Four-Step approach and another group with modified Peyton's Four-Step approach. Both groups were tested and assessed using rubric score and global rating score, and asked to fill a feedback questionnaire.
Results: This study was conducted with 133 students in the classic group and 96 students in the modified group. The median rubric score was 21.2 for both groups and the global rating score showed 82%and 78% students passed, for classic and modified group respectively. Therubric score and global rating score, also the pass rate between two learningmethods showed no significant results (
Conclusion: The learning method using modified and classic Peyton Four-StepApproach were equally effective for learning basic skill of endotracheal intubation and mask ventilation for students of the Faculty of Medicine,University of Indonesia. Both methods provided equal students' satisfaction and self-confidence.

Abstract Particle deposition on the surface of a drying chamber is the main drawback in the spray drying process, reducing product recovery and affecting the quality of the product. In view of this, the potential application of chemical surface modification to produce a hydrophobic surface that reduces the powder adhesion (biofouling) on the wall of the drying chamber is investigated in this study. A hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) solution was used in the vertical dipping method at room temperature to determine the optimum coating parameters on borosilicate glass and stainless steel substrates, which were used to mimic the wall surface of the drying chamber, to achieve highly hydrophobic surfaces. A single-factor experiment was used to define the range of the PDMS concentration and treatment duration using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The Central Composite Rotatable Design (CCRD) was used to study the effects of the concentration of the PDMS solution (X
