    Abstract Die gesundheitliche Versorgung von Geflüchteten steht beispielhaft für die Integration von Migrant:innen in das Gesundheitssystem. Das Buch untersucht Regelungen, Formen, Reichweite und Triebkräfte der Bearbeitung der spezifischen psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutischen Versorgungsbedarfe von Geflüchteten in Deutschland. Dabei werden diverse regelungsbedürftige Problemfelder (z.B. Bedarfsermittlung, Sprachmittlung, Leistungsgewährung bzw. Leistungszugang mit oder ohne elektronische Gesundheitskarte, Rolle der Zivilgesellschaft) auf der Bundes-, der Länder- und der kommunalen Ebene in den Blick genommen. Die Herausgeber:innen Dr. Dr. Thomas Gerlinger ist Professor und Leiter der Arbeitsgruppe Gesundheitssysteme, Gesundheitspolitik und Gesundheitssoziologie an der Fakultät für Gesundheitswissenschaften der Universität Bielefeld.     Abstract We have used a rationally designed two-step crystallization approach to induce the formation of stacks of superposed and uniquely oriented flat-on polymer lamellae exclusively and controllably at the periphery of monolamellar polymer crystals. The probability of initiating such stacks of lamellar crystals via self-induced nucleation was controlled by the crystallization temperature, which in turn, determined the width of crystalline branches through the Mullins-Sekerka instability. We employed this approach for the formation of a “fence” of stacks of lamellar crystals at the periphery of monolamellar stereocomplex single crystals of poly(l-lactide) and poly(d-lactide). The resulting morphology resembled a “pseudo hollow crystal” with an almost empty interior of a size controllable by crystallization time. We believe that such an approach can be applied also for other crystallizable polymers.

    Abstract In the crystallization of polymers, besides monolamellar polymer crystals, stacks of correlated lamellae with a unique orientation and signatures of single crystals have often been observed. However, we still lack a generic criterion for such stacking, that is, vertical growth of polymer crystals. Here, by employing self-induced nucleation on the fold surface of a basal lamella for generating appropriate seeds, we identify experimental conditions allowing for a controlled formation of stacks of crystalline lamellae of a block copolymer. Adopting a two-step crystallization procedure, we decoupled nucleation and growth conditions of stacked lamellae and thereby favored vertical growth of polymer crystals in thin films. A sufficient reservoir of molten polymers in combination with slow lateral growth of the basal lamella is required for observing the formation of stacks of correlated lamellae. Taking this path, we were able to form stacks reaching heights of about 10 times the initial film thickness.

    Abstract Focusing on the phase-coexistence region in Langmuir films of poly(l-lactide), we investigated changes in nonequilibrated morphologies and the corresponding features of the isotherms induced by different experimental pathways of lateral compression and expansion.     Abstract Renate Reiter ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Lehrgebiet Politikfeldanalyse am Institut für Politikwissenschaft (Fakultät für Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaften) der FernUniversität in Hagen.

    Der Politiktransfer, d. h. die Verbreitung und Übertragung von Wissens- und Erfahrungsbeständen über Politikinhalte, Verfahrensweisen staatlicher Akteure und die ideengeleitete Strukturierung politikfeldspezifischer Institutionensysteme von einem Politikkontext in einen anderen bildet seit einiger Zeit einen Interessengegenstand der politikwissenschaftlichen EU-Forschung. Renate Reiter analysiert den Politiktransfer der EU in der europäischen Regionalpolitik. Hier strebte die Europäische Kommission seit Mitte der 1990er Jahre die Erneuerung der lokalstaatlichen Governance der Stadtentwicklung und die Anpassung der nationalen Stadtentwicklungspolitiken an. Die Autorin entwickelt ein Analyseraster und wendet dieses für die EU-Mitgliedstaaten Deutschland und Frankreich an. Die Wirkungsanalyse der europäischen Stadtentwicklungspolitik, verstanden als EU-Ansatz zum Politiktransfer, liefert überraschende Ergebnisse und stellt einige Annahmen der Europäisierungsforschung in Frage.
