Abstract This study aimed to design a comprehensive model for intelligent organizational knowledge mapping with a hyper-hybrid approach based on meta-ethnography. In this article, various sources and theories about the knowledge map have been examined and analyzed using the meta-combined and meta-ethnography methods. Using the results of the work, a comprehensive model of knowledge map has been developed. Based on the qualitative approach in this research, the meta-hybrid method based on meta-ethnography has been used. The tool used has been articles related to mapping knowledge for smart organizations. A total of 34 pieces of research were found with the keywords related to designing and developing the knowledge map in the title field. Finally, after 4 stages of refinement, out of 34 studies, 8 were excluded and 26 studies were selected for data analysis. In this article, by examining and analyzing various patterns of knowledge map development, finally, an 11-step model was developed. The proposed model of eleven basic steps, respectively, includes: determining the knowledge objectives of these centers by developing knowledge maps and identifying users of knowledge maps, identifying definitions and terminology of knowledge centers, identifying the basic processes of these centers, and drawing and analyzing its process maps, Knowledge extraction from the activities in the processes of smart organizations according to the process map, creating a profile for the extracted knowledge, creating knowledge connections and relationships and integrating these connections into an illustrated interface, and finally validating the developed knowledge map.

Abstract Background and Aims: Pregnancy is a period with hormonal and psychological changes affecting women’s oral health. The aim of present review study was to evaluate, elaborate and categorize factors affecting oral health status of pregnant women. Materials and Methods: A literature search with the following keywords: pregnancy, “pregnant women”, “pregnant mothers” and “expectant mothers” , AND dentistry, “dental health” and “oral health” in PubMed and Scopus was performed from 2009 to 2019. Search results included 1435 articles which 467 duplicate studies were excluded. Finally, 30 articles were included in the study. Oral health outcomes were categorized and significant relationships with determinants and risk factors were reported. Results: Most studies (70%) were performed cross-sectionally. Among the studied outcomes, dental visit, periodontal disease and dental caries were the most common. The most studied independent variables were socioeconomic factors and demographic factors, followed by behavioral and enabling factors. The lowest frequency was related to the systemic factors. Mothers’ education and age were examined more than other variables and in about 40% of studies had significant association with outcomes. Dental counseling was assessed in only 3 studies and in all three studies, the relationship with outcome was significant. Conclusion: Socioeconomic, demographic and enabling factors could affect the oral health of pregnant women.

Abstract The cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE) is a common manifestation among systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients. Malar rash and discoid lupus (DLE) are in the category of acute and chronic CLE, respectively. The pathogenesis of CLE is multifactorial, and cytokine imbalances contribute to immune dysfunction and the induction of organ damage. Many aspects of cytokine dysregulation are still unclear in SLE and in particular CLE. Therefore, we concurrently measured the inflammatory [Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and Interleukin (IL)-6)], T helper (Th)-17 (IL-17 and IL-23) and regulatory T cells [Transforming growth factor-beta (TGFβ) and IL-10)]-related cytokines in patients with CLE (patients with malar rash and/or DLE) and compared them with SLE patients and healthy individuals (n=25 in each group, a total of 75 patients). The serum levels of cytokines were assessed by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method. IL-6 cytokine was significantly higher in SLE, DLE, and malar rash patients compared to those in healthy controls (p=0.025) and in patients with arthralgia (p=0.038), and gastrointestinal involvement (p=0.048). IL-17 was significantly higher in malar rash patients compared to normal individuals (p=0.023), SLE (p=0.008) and DLE patients (p=0.019) and in patients with oropharyngeal ulcer (p=0.05) but, IL-23 was significantly higher only in DLE patients than healthy controls (p=0.019). In conclusion, inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 involved in inflammation and differentiation of Th17 cells are probably responsible in part for Th17 activity in CLE. IL-17, IL-23, and IL-6/IL-6R (IL-6 receptor) inhibitors may be good treatments for CLE patients. So targeting these cytokines activity pathways can improve the CLE treatment strategy and may open a novel guideline for SLE and CLE treatment.

Abstract Today, due to the importance and expansion of the use of information technology, many organizations are witnessing problems and inconsistencies regarding the non-fulfillment of business needs due to the high volume of investment in information technology. One of the reasons for this discrepancy is the lack of alignment between the IT strategy and the business strategy, and therefore the lack of effective implementation of information technology governance. Therefore, the most important goal of the research is to provide a model for identifying and ranking the factors affecting IT governance. For this purpose, it has been used from the combined approach of fuzzy DEMATEL and fuzzy ANP .In this study, the data of 20 experts in the field of information technology are collected through a questionnaire. Therefore,The research method is descriptive survey based on the nature and data collection and in terms of purpose, it is a practical development. In order to achieve the goals and answer the research questions, this research has been done in three main phases. In the first stage, by reviewing the literature and evaluating the results of studies, Provides a context for the comprehensive identification and extraction of factors and sub-factors affecting IT governance and their classification. In the following, for the screening the identified variables, fuzzy Delphi technique was been used and with the opinion of experts, the classification of 21 key sub-factors among the 7 main factors has been confirmed. In the second step, internal relationships between the main factors are calculated using fuzzy DEMATEL method and the location of the network is plotted. Finally combined DEMATEL and fuzzy ANP and fuzzy ANP method has been used to weigh the factors and rank them. One of the most important result of the current research is to identify the causes and prioritize the effective factors in implementing of information technology governance in organizations. These priorities indicate that, among other factors, the position ...

Abstract Background: Dental caries, as a multi-factorial problem, is prevalent among children. The aim of this review was to assess the association between dietary free sugars (DFS) consumption and dental caries in 6- to 12-year-old children in the recent longitudinal evidence. Methods: In this systematic review, database search was performed in PubMed, Embase, ISI Web of Science and Scopus using the keywords "diet", "dental caries" and "school children".We considered the articles published in English from 2004 to 2019. After duplicate removal, title, abstract data basell text of all included papers were assessed by two independent reviewers. The quality of included papers was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa scale. Results: From 2122 papers, ten longitudinal studies were included. In the included studies, the consumption of 100% juice (daily), candy (more than once a week), and soft drink and sweet drinks (at bedtime) were highly associated with caries in children. In few studies, daily consumption of water and dairy products was reported to be protective. However, some studies reported non-significant association between consumption of different sugary items and dental caries. The quality of included studies was moderate. Heterogeneity was observed in the measurement of caries outcome, and data collection tool for diet assessment, and statistical measure, which impeded the meta-analysis of data. Conclusion: The methodology and results in the longitudinal studies on the association of dietary free sugar consumption and dental caries in schoolchildren were heterogeneous, which urge the need for further standard research protocols in this area.

Abstract This analytical cross-sectional study aimed to assess the correlation of oral health literacy (OHL) and oral health status and behavior in participants of a pre-marriage counseling program. Also, it aimed to determine the target population's OHL needs to design necessary interventions. A total of 828 couples with a mean age of 24.22 years participating in a pre-marriage counseling program were evaluated. Data were collected using the oral health literacy-adult questionnaire (OHL-AQ). Clinical oral examinations were performed to measure the gingival index (GI), plaque index (PI), and DMFT. The mean OHL score of the couples was 7.86±3.83 out of 17; while, the mean DMFT score was 6.30±5.73. After controlling for the confounders, OHL had a significant correlation with the frequency of dental visits, and smoking status, and inverse correlation with the number of decayed teeth and missing teeth, and PI, and GI (p<0.05). The current results highlight the necessity of OHL interventions to fill the existing gaps. This is an unmet need of the couples, and such interventions are required to promote their own oral health as well as the oral health of their future children.

Abstract Despite abundant research on data quality, no research has so far been conducted which can provide a comprehensive view of data quality methodologies. In the present study, 3909 articles and related researches in the period before 2020 were selected from Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus citation indexes, from among which 27 articles were finally evaluated in line with the research goals, using meta-synthesis method and inclusion criteria. In this regard, while applying the system view and using the open coding method, the related codes to the three main categories of the systemic approach (input, process and output) were extracted. The similar concepts were categorized in sub-codes and then the sub-codes in main codes. The main inputs included the context and status of organization, data and information resources, and data quality dimensions. Steps of data quality methodologies were also classified into three main stages: state reconstruction, measurement/ evaluation, and improvement. In addition, data quality outputs fell into six general categories: list of activities and the related techniques for data quality improvement, controlled or redesigned processes, measured or improved flows and databases, data quality status results, revised data quality policies or rules, and costs and benefits. The results of this study can provide an appropriate instrument for identifying the existing data quality methodologies as well as evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of data quality methodologies.

Abstract Internet technology has provided an indescribable new way for businesses to attract new customers, track their behaviour, customise services, products, and advertising. Internet technology and the new trend of online shopping have resulted in the establishment of numerous websites to sell products on a daily basis. Products compete to be displayed on the limited pages of a website in online shopping because it has a significant impact on sales. Website designers carefully select which products to display on a page in order to influence the customers’ purchasing decisions. However, concerns regarding appropriate decision making have not been fully addressed. As a result, this study conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis of the performance of ten different metaheuristics. The ant lion optimiser (ALO), Dragonfly algorithm (DA), Grasshopper optimisation algorithm (GOA), Harris hawks optimisation (HHO), Moth-flame optimisation algorithm (MFO), Multi-verse optimiser (MVO), sine cosine algorithm (SCA), Salp Swarm Algorithm (SSA), The whale optimisation algorithm (WOA), and Grey wolf optimiser (GWO) are some of the recent algorithms that were chosen for this study. The results show that the MFO outperforms the other methods in all sizes. MFO has an average normalised objective function of 81%, while ALO has a normalised objective function of 77%. In contrast, HHO has the worst performance of 16%. The study’s findings add new theoretical and practical insights to the growing body of knowledge about e-commerce environments and have implications for planners, policymakers, and managers, particularly in companies where an unplanned advertisement wastes the budget.
