Abstract The importance of introducing internal audit in the company's operations is reflected in the fact that it significantly increases the quality of making large business decisions of top management in companies. Internal audit largely depends on the introduced system of internal control in companies, but it must be emphasized that the existence of external factors influencing the business operations of companies must be taken into account. Business decisions are made by top management, among other things, based on the recommendations of internal auditors who have done a partial internal audit of the system entrusted to them by the decision of top management in the form of orders to join the internal audit. The goal of improving good corporate governance is a continuous goal set by top managers of the company, and in order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to take into account the recommendations of internal auditors from the previous period of the company's operations. In this paper, the authors emphasize the importance of a realistic approach to internal audit by the company's top management, because only in this way can a valid business decision be made by top management that will be strengthened by the views of internal auditors who performed internal audit of individual business segments. This observation of the work of internal audit is the primary goal of observing safer business operations of the company and the results obtained in the paper are a realistic presentation of the implementation of internal control and internal audit as part of achieving and obtaining real contribution of authors in the context of raising managerial position in companies.

Application software and software development engineering today have an extremely complex task, more than ever before. Quality software engineering makes a positive contribution to the development of flexible, reusable software solutions relevant to a large number of users. Nevertheless, software development is accompanied in parallel by numerous recurring problems, which can be grouped into several large categories that will be described in this study.

Abstract Business decision-making as part of management and decision-making in industrial enterprises depends on the interaction of multiple internal and external factors. Business decision-making is part of the business decisions that top management makes every day with the goal of good company management. This is of great importance for the practical functioning of enterprises in transition countries. Their economies are heavily influenced by developed economies that impose their own rules of conduct that often do not suit countries in transition. Therefore, the importance of studying business decision-making is increasing. This is important for the operation and functioning of an industrial enterprise, because the strength of an economy is directly dependent on the strength of industrial economies. Applying valid business decisions can have a major impact on making the right business decisions of the top management of an industrial enterprise. On this basis, it is clear to see the true importance of the link between making valid, timely business decisions of top management of an industrial enterprise and the achieved business results as a result of the conducted business activities of an industrial enterprise in a certain real time period of observation. This is the primary goal and contribution that the authors of this paper make in this study. It is possible to apply in many transition countries.

Abstract Internal audit in a large number of heterogeneous companies contributes to the improvement of the overall business of the company by contributing to the improvement and making new business decisions. This generally improves and modernizes enterprise management. Top management decisions based on the recommendations of internal company auditors are less risky. Management risk with management using the decisions and recommendations of internal auditors has a lower degree of risk. Thus, top management decisions are made with less risk to the survival of the company. Management should be seen as the governing body of the company. He, as the governing body, is constantly looking for a way to improve management in the enterprise. The processes for establishing internal audit mechanisms should be designed to contribute to the structural improvement of the overall management of any enterprise with respect to the business in which it operates, the size of the enterprise, and more. Internal audit can contribute to helping top management by making continuous recommendations that can help top management improve enterprise management. The authors emphasize that their contribution in this paper is primarily focused on demonstrating the importance of introducing internal audit in companies. This becomes part of the management structure of the company by adopting the recommendations of internal auditors from the corporate governance body or top management of the company.

Abstract Monetary and credit policy is basically seen as a set of rules, regulations, measures and instruments that in the broadest sense by the state authorities regulate the money supply, money supply, structure and dynamics of credit, economic liquidity, economic stability and more. Therefore, in this way, the state affects the business of the economy as a whole, that is, it affects the business of a large number of companies. Based on the impact of monetary and credit policy, it is clear that this impact is reflected in the business and decision-making of top management in the public sector. In this paper, the authors draw attention to some of the influences of macroeconomics on the decision-making process of top management in public and public utility companies whose founders are local governments. According to the authors, these influences largely depend on: the strength, the size of the company, the activity in which the company operates, and the development of the economy as a whole. This is of particular importance to be applied and respected in countries in transition. A large number of such countries have been on the road to EU accession for a long time, so it is of great importance to improve the business of public companies and bring them closer to the standards that apply in the EU

Abstract he preparation of financial statements is of great importance for the normal operation of heterogeneous enterprises. Financial reporting can contribute to the improvement of the overall business of the company by enabling the improvement of crucial business decisions made by the top manager. Financial reports that present the company's business in a realistic way can enable top management to better manage the company, because business decisions are made in such a timely manner and with a greater dose of security. At the same time, making new business decisions is safer if the financial statements reflect the real business of the company from the previous business period. In this way, financial reporting can improve and modernize the overall management of companies, which is of great importance in the business of companies in transition countries. Initiating a change in the substance of financial reporting can be very different. The authors point out that in the event of a change in the financial reporting framework, the key role can be played by internal auditors 'reports received by top management in the form of internal auditors' recommendations, but also by internal control reports submitted to top management. The processes of establishing internal control and internal audit mechanisms are aimed at substantially improving the overall management of the company.

Abstract Managing the company requires a higher degree of standardization of processes, decision-making, decisionmaking, application of standard operating methods in companies, the use of international accounting standards, the standard of international financial reporting, and many other forms of business that can improve business operations and manage the company. There are numerous advantages for the top management of companies especially for those who have decided to apply the International Accounting Standards in everyday business in the accounting and financial sector of enterprises primarily, and then in other parts of the company. Their implementation allows for realistic financial reporting, which is extremely important for making a timely decision regarding strategic decision-making in an enterprise. This is particularly true for countries in transition, as well as for those countries that have not applied more widely to international accounting standards in regular and continuous business. The application of international accounting standards as well as the application of international financial reporting standards can lead to positive results and the enterprise can realize multiple benefits, especially if the company fully applies fair reporting in its business to top management but also towards the owners of the company or the founders of the company

Abstract This study examined the influence of agroecological conditions on the ontogenesis and production yield traits of black oat ( Avena strigosa Schreb.). Understanding the agronomic and phenological properties related to productive properties of black oats can enable more successful introduction into new areas of oat cultivation. Field microexperiments were performed during the three consecutive years (2017–2019) on the two localities in South Banat, in Serbia, which differed in soil type: carbonate chernozem and humogley, respectively. The results showed that all investigated traits of oat in the chernozem soil type were higher when compared with measured traits obtained from the humogley soil type. The average value of yields of aboveground biomass, yield and protein content were significantly higher in relation to the humogley, by 13%, 17% and 11%, respectively for all three seasons. Observed by years, all productivity parameters differed significantly, which confirmed that the productivity of the cultivated plants was strongly influenced by different agroecological, soil and climatic conditions in Pannonian environments. The aboveground biomass and grain yield obtained from the humogley soil type indicate that this species can be successfully grown and utilized in production as a cover or fodder crop even in less favorable soil conditions.
