    Abstract This research examines the analysis of the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 58 / DSN-MUI / V/ 2007 concerning Hiwālah practice which is currently being applied in Islamic Financial Institutions. Bill discounting is a contract for providing services to a Sharia (Islamic) Bank in the form of takeover of customer debt by the Bank. Bill discounting is not intended to seek profit, but to facilitate the implementation of financing because Bill Discounting includes multi-service financing. The main objective of DSN-MUI in implementing the contract is to maintain the common good. Thus allowing for quick and simultaneous debt settlement. In this article, the main problem is how the concept of bill discounting in Islamic Banking according to the DSN fatwa No. 58 / DSN-MUI / V / 2007. The research method used is library research with the uṣūlī approach. The conclusion of this study is that one of the principles of DSN is hifż al-māl (safeguarding assets) with financial institutions obliged to safeguard (amānah) customers' funds as well as possible.

    Abstract School is an essential thing for education quality. This time, the South Tangerang government is implementing a new student admission process using a zoning system; all prospective students must choose a school that has the shortest distance from their residence. However, many parents and prospective students do not understand this zoning system. The limited access to information is a problem for them, so they do not know where the schools are included in their zoning area. For this reason, the need to efforts the problem-solve to use Dijkstra's algorithm as a consideration to find the results more accurate for the shortest distance. So the exact solution that should implement the information technology this time is "Implementation of Dijkstra's Algorithm to Find a School Shortest Distance Based on The Zoning System In South Tangerang." It is a solution for parents and prospective students to get information about school choices included in their zoning.

    Abstract Pandemi covid-19 belum berakhir bahkan korban semakin banyak. Hal ini mempengaruhi banyak sektor kehidupan masyarakat kita termasuk masyarakat yang ada di Desa Je’ne Madinging. Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam tata lakasana budidaya ayam kampung, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penanganan kesehatan ternak ayam kampung, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan pakan ternak berbahan lokal, serta kekurangan akses pasar terhadap produki ayam kampung. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan dan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini antara lain, meningkatnya wawasan dan keterampilan masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu majelis taklim tentang tatalaksana budidaya kampung, meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan pakan ternak berbahan lokal, meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemasaran ayam kampung.

    Abstract Kondisi pertanian saat ini sangat mempengaruhi pada sektor pertanian. Kontribusi pertanian yang semakin berkurang serta peranan sektor pertanian yang makin mengalami perubahan. Kondisi covid-19 yang menjadi salah satu faktor terjadinya penyusutan pendapatan petani. Berdasarkan dari permasalahan yang terjadi, maka ditawarkan salah satu solusi yang direkomendasikan untuk petani di Desa Bonto Tallasa Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran di era Covid-19 menuju era new normal yang bertujuan pengelolaan usaha tani masyarakat dalam upaya peningkatan hasil pendapatan yang maksimal. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Juni 2021 di masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan langsung ke mitra. Dengan demikian hasil pertanian merupakan usaha pertanian yang mendukung baik dari sektor hulu maupun hilir. penyuluhan pendampingan pemasaran hasil pertanian dengan melalui platform media sosial yaitu Facebook Marketplace melalui penerapan pemasaran digital sebagai alternatif penanganan pemasaran di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Alhasil pelaksanakan penyuluhan yang kami berikan kepada mitra memperoleh dampak perekonomian yang sangat signifikan terhadap usaha pertanian mitra atau kelompok tani maju mandiri. menurut Mitra tentang pemasaran produk dengan bantuan teknologi digital sangat terbantu dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mengembangkan usahanya sehingga menurut mereka mampu untuk mempertahankan kehidupannya mendapatkan semangat dalam mengembangkan usaha di masa kondisi pandemi Covid-19.

    Abstract This article aimed to describe a local wisdom in kabanti of Buton’s people, like (a) local wisdom value of kabanti in term of religion, (b) local wisdom value of kabanti in term of norm, (c) local wisdom value of kabanti in term of social aspect, and (d) local wisdom value of kabanti in term of characteristical education. Data resource of this research were taken from three kabanti’s texts which were arranged by Haji Abdulu Ganiyyu, Ajonga Inda Malusa, Kulipopo Mainawa, and Payasa Mainawa. To analyse the validity of data, this research aplied triangular technique, such as teoritical trianggular, logical triangular, and expert triangular. Data analysing methode were resoluted by hermeneutical anlysis and semiotical analysis. This research found that kabanti of Buton’s people had a contents of local wisdom values which were used and applied by society hereditary. Kabanti reflected a local wisdom values in four aspects. first, religious aspect of Buton’s people where very closed to Islam doctrin. It coul be shown at the social activity, in term of people relation with The Creator, people relation with people, and people relation with universe. Second, norm aspect of Buton’s people had a punctual values to the rules, equitable in the legal supremacy, and self care. Third, social aspect of Buton’s people had a glorious value, love, care, respect, tolerance to differenciation. Fourth, local wisdom values of kabanti Buton’s people relevanced to the pillars of characteristical education, then implemented by the teacher in learning a character.

    Abstract Watermelon is one type of fruit that much preferred by the public both in this country and abroad, because of the sweet taste and fresh. Indonesian Tropical Fruit Research Institute (ITFRI) has conducted a series of watermelon breeding to produce new varieties. The proposal is intended to register and to get signed list of varieties of watermelon Serif Saga Agrihorti from government through the Horticulture Variety Registration Assessment Team (TP2VH) and the Indonesian Center for Plant Variety Protection and Licensing Agriculture (PPVTPP). The plant material used in this experiment was the candidate selected watermelon accession namely Serif Saga Agrihorti, BT-4, BT-4 p, BT-5, BT-6 and Torino as checking varieties. Serif Saga Agrihorti is a new superior variety (VUB) candidate to be tested, while BT-4, BT-4 p, BT-5, BT-6 are watermelon genotypes from ITFRI collection. Torino variety was already registered with No. 76/PVHP/2010 has a resemblance to the VUB candidate Serif Saga Agrihorti which has a spherical shape, green striped rind, red flesh color and has a seed. Serif Saga Agrihorti Watermelon (BT1) was resulted from self fertilizing. The selection methods which used in this variety assembly are a positive mass selection combined with a negative mass selection. Superiority traits of the new varieties candidate of Serif Saga Agrihorti watermelon which has sweeter taste with total soluble solid from 10.3 to 11.7 ° Brix, dark red flesh color, granular flesh texture, light striped green fruit skin color. These candidate varieties can adapt well in Solok with an altitude between 50-500 meters above sea level. The releasing of this candidate variety as a new variety of watermelon was expected to increase the farmers' income.

    Abstract Bentuk lambung haluan kapal yang tepat sangat berpengaruh pada perbaikan pola aliran air maupun penurunan tahanan gelombang yang ditimbulkan badan kapal saat beroperasi. Pada tulisan ini dilakukan kajian tentang pengaruh bentuk lambung haluan kapal yang diwakili oleh Model-A dan Model-B terhadap pola aliran, tahanan dan daya poros pada kapal yang merupakan salah satu jenis kapal perairan sungai-laut. Pada Model-B dilakukan modifikasi bentuk haluan dari Model-A. Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan bahwa peningkatan daya poros sebesar 12% saat kecepatan 14.5 knot pada Model-B atau keuntungan 3% dari penambahan displaceament 15% pada Model-B dari bentuk asli Model-A dengan operasional optimum kapal adalah pada kecepatan antara 12 dan 15 knots.
