Abstract Reddiment is a web-based dashboard that links sentiment analysis of subreddit texts with share prices. The system consists of a backend, frontend and various services. The backend, in Node.js, manages the data and communicates with crawlers that collect Reddit comments and stock market data. Sentiment is analyzed with the help of Vader and TextBlob. The frontend, based on SvelteKit, provides users with a dashboard for visualization. The distribution is carried out via Docker containers and Docker Compose. The project offers expansion options, e.g. the integration of cryptocurrency rates. Reddiment enables the analysis of sentiment and share prices from subreddit data.

Abstract Background: The Lennard-Jones criteria are considered the gold standard for diagnosing Crohn's disease (CD) and include the items granuloma, macroscopic discontinuity, transmural inflammation, fibrosis, lymphoid aggregates and discontinuous inflammation on histology. The criteria have never been subjected to a formal validation process.
Aim: To develop a validated and improved diagnostic index based on the items of Lennard-Jones criteria.
Methods: Included were 328 adult patients with long-standing CD (median disease duration 10 years) from three centres and classified as 'established', 'probable' or 'non-CD' by Lennard-Jones criteria at time of diagnosis. Controls were patients with ulcerative colitis (n = 170). The performance of each of the six diagnostic items of Lennard-Jones criteria was modelled by logistic regression and a new index based on stepwise backward selection and cut-offs was developed. The diagnostic value of the new index was analysed by comparing sensitivity, specificity and accuracy vs. Lennard-Jones criteria.
Results: By Lennard-Jones criteria 49% (n = 162) of CD patients would have been diagnosed as 'non-CD' at time of diagnosis (sensitivity/specificity/accuracy, 'established' CD: 0.34/0.99/0.67; 'probable' CD: 0.51/0.95/0.73). A new index was derived from granuloma, fibrosis, transmural inflammation and macroscopic discontinuity, but excluded lymphoid aggregates and discontinuous inflammation on histology. Our index provided improved diagnostic accuracy for 'established' and 'probable' CD (sensitivity/specificity/accuracy, 'established' CD: 0.45/1/0.72; 'probable' CD: 0.8/0.85/0.82), including the subgroup isolated colonic CD ('probable' CD, new index: 0.73/0.85/0.79; Lennard-Jones criteria: 0.43/0.95/0.69).
Conclusion: We developed an index based on items of Lennard-Jones criteria providing improved diagnostic accuracy for the differential diagnosis between CD and UC.

    Abstract: Tetra(n-butyl)ammonium ds-diacidooxophthalocyaninato(2-)niobates(V) and -tantalates(V), (ⁿBu₄N)ᶜⁱˢ[M(X)₂Opc²⁻] (M = Nb, Ta; X = F, Cl, NCS, N₃), are obtained by the reaction of ᶜⁱˢ[M(Cl)₃pc²⁻] or ᶜⁱˢ[M(Cl}Opc²⁻] (M = Nb, Ta) with the respective tetra(n- ... ...

Abstract Tetra(n-butyl)ammonium ds-diacidooxophthalocyaninato(2-)niobates(V) and -tantalates(V), (ⁿBu₄N)ᶜⁱˢ[M(X)₂Opc²⁻] (M = Nb, Ta; X = F, Cl, NCS, N₃), are obtained by the reaction of ᶜⁱˢ[M(Cl)₃pc²⁻] or ᶜⁱˢ[M(Cl}Opc²⁻] (M = Nb, Ta) with the respective tetra(n-butyl)ammonium salt. (ⁿBu₄N)ᶜⁱˢ[Nb(F)₂Opc²⁻] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₁/n with cell parameters a = 13.460(5), b = 13.820(5), c = 23.360(5) Å, ß = 92.640(5)°, Z = 4. The heptacoordinated Nb(V) atom is surrounded by four isoindole nitrogen atoms (Nᵢₛₒ) of the pc²⁻ ligand, two fluorine atoms and one oxygen atom in a distorted square-base-trigonal-cap polyhedron. Nb(V) is displaced out of the centre of the (Nᵢₛₒ)₄ plane (Ct(Nᵢₛₒ)) towards the acido ligands (d(Nb-Ct(Nᵢₛₒ)) = 1.241 Å). The average (Nb-Nᵢₛₒ), (Nb-F), and (Nb-O) distances are 2.300, 1.957, and 1.720(5) Å, the (F-Nb-F) and the average (O-Nb-F) angles are 79.8(2) and 91.8°, respectively. The pc²⁻ ligand is concavely distorted. Typical π-π*-transitions of the pc²⁻ ligand are observed in the UV/Vis spectra at ca. 14500 and 29300 cm⁻¹ . Vibration frequencies υₐₛ,ₛ(M-X), υ(M-O) and δ(X-M-0) have been assigned.

Abstract Knowledge regarding the involvement of sweetness perception on energy intake is scarce. Here, the impact of glucose and sucrose sweetness, beyond their caloric load, on subsequent food intake and biomarkers of satiation was evaluated by co-administration of the sweet taste receptor inhibitor lactisole. A total of 27 healthy, male subjects received solutions of either 10% glucose w/o 60 ppm lactisole or 10% sucrose w/o 60 ppm lactisole. Subsequent food intake from a standardized breakfast was evaluated 2 h after receiving the respective test solution. Changes in postprandial plasma concentrations of cholecystokinin, ghrelin, and serotonin were determined over a period of 120 min, as was the body temperature. Administration of lactisole to the sucrose solution increased the energy intake from the subsequent standardized breakfast by 12.9 ± 5.8% (p = 0.04), led to a decreased Δ AUC of the body core temperature by 46 ± 20% (p = 0.01), and time-dependently reduced Δ serotonin plasma concentrations (-16.9 ± 6.06 ng/mL vs. -0.56 ± 3.7 ng/mL after sucrose administration, p = 0.03). The present study shows that lactisole increases energy intake and decreases plasma serotonin concentrations as well as body core temperature induced by sucrose, but not glucose. This finding may be associated with the different binding affinities of sucrose and glucose to the sweet taste receptor.

Abstract The implementation of Urban Air Mobility represents a complex challenge in aviation due to the high degree of innovation required across various domains to realize it. From the use of advanced aircraft powered by novel technologies, the management of the air space to enable high density operations, to the operation of vertidromes serving as a start and end point of the flights, Urban Air Mobility paradigm necessitates significant innovation in many aspects of civil aviation as we know it today. In order to understand and assess the many facets of this new paradigm, a Collaborative Agent-Based Simulation is developed to holistically evaluate the System of Systems through the modeling of the stakeholders and their interactions as per the envisioned Concept of Operations. To this end, models of vertidrome air-side operations, unmanned/manned air space management, demand estimation and passenger mode choice, vehicle operator cost and revenues, vehicle design, and fleet management are brought together into a System of Systems Simulation of Urban Air Mobility. Through collaboration, higher fidelity models of each domain can be integrated into a single environment achieving fidelity levels not easily achievable otherwise. Furthermore, the integration enables the capture of cross-domain effects and allows domain-specific studies to be evaluated at a holistic level. This work demonstrates the Collaborative Simulation and the process of building it through the integration of several geographically distributed tools into an Agent-Based Simulation without the need for sharing code.
