    Abstract It is shown that the activity of a person’s travels is associated with his psychological characteristics, ideological attitudes, needs for new connections and knowledge. Travel is endowed with a psychological resource that allows you to actualize the motivation for positive personality transformations. A system of internal factors for personal travel activity is identified and described: direction, tolerance for uncertainty, interests, tendency to accept novelty and test one’s capabilities. The factors that determine the specificity of travel trajectory choice and tourist programs’ types in the conditions of modern realities are described. The content of external and internal factors that can enhance the psychological resource of travel as a platform for self-development and personal improvement is shown. The role of travel in cognitive, communicative and personal transformations, in the development of the subject’s ability to productively solve complex situations and effective activity in conditions of uncertainty is shown. The novelty of the study lies in the identification and subjective factors’ description of travel activity for individuals with different success levels. Empirically, studies have identified severity indicators of tolerance and intolerance to uncertainty among participants in tourism programs with different statuses of success and self-efficacy.

    Abstract The article discusses particularities, main resources and risks of socialization of adolescents with reduced somatic health status in the digital educational environment. The article highlights the features and psychological characteristics and determinants of socialisation success in the digital educational environment. The issues of psychological characteristics of adolescents with somatic health problems are considered. An insight is given into the specifics of adolescents with somatic problems adapting using the resources of the digital learning environment. The role of understanding the psychological portrait of adolescents with reduced somatic health status to support their successful adaptation to the digital environment was shown. The article shows the connection between the success of adolescents’ socialisation and information competence, attitudes to interaction in the information space, achievement motivation and self-actualisation aspirations. The article describes the empirical study of psychological features of adolescents with reduced status of somatic health, shows their perceptions of limitations and risks of socialization. The material characterizing the specificity of self-concept and anxiety of adolescents with somatic problems, projection of these features in the space of interaction in the digital environment is presented.

    Abstract The article describes the content of professional meanings as a resource for teacher development in the space of modern innovations. The content of the article reveals the features of the projection of professional meanings in the activity of a teacher, the influence of semantic formations on the professional development of a modern teacher. The paper describes the subjective determinants of the formation of meanings and values adequate to the teacher's mission in the context of resources and risks of the modern innovation space. The author describes the teacher as a carrier and translator of professional and personal orientations and semantic models of relationship with the world. The article describes the psychological functions of professional meanings in the activity and promotion of a teacher in the profession. Systematized criteria for the development of professional meanings of the teacher as a resource for its development in the space of modern innovations. The results of an empirical study of teachers ' ideas about the meanings of professional activity and their projections of semantic formations in real practice are presented.

    Abstract The article shows the importance of human capital development in the field of management for the effective solution of the problems of modernization of modern education. This article is aimed at identifying specific resources and risks that are reflected in the process of professional development of the Manager today. For the successful activity of the Manager in the field of education, it is important to update his motivation for growth and competence, complex reflection of clusters of individual risks and resources, focus on continuous self-development. The article studies and describes the content characteristics of managers ’ ideas about psychological factors that can facilitate or block professional and personal growth. The attention is focused on the role of the education Manager in ensuring effective activity, the level of subjective control, which reflects the degree of internality, autonomy and responsibility for management decisions and the nature of professional activity. It is emphasized that the role of subjective control of the Manager increases in the context of risks of modernization of the modern educational system. Levels of acceptance of information on own resources and risks as bases of modeling of further development are revealed.

    Abstract The article considers the problem of the psychological safety development of students in the modern multicultural educational space of the university. It is shown that psychological safety is an important determining factor of the successful socialization for young people. The paper focuses on the idea that the need to create and implement in practice higher education a productive model of multicultural interaction and mutual influence among students as the most dynamic group of contemporary social activity is being actualized.Within the multicultural space of the university, as a socio-psychological, educational and vocational environment, there is an exchange of products of design, club, volunteer and research activities, experience of entering into various social communities, information, translation of professional competencies is carried out, updated and a complex of sociogenic needs is being met, settings and standards are being formed, moral standards governing the relationship of education subjects, representatives of different ethnic groups.

    Abstract The paper shows the main vectors of development of professional success of medical specialists in the context of modernization of modern medical practice. Based on the results of the analysis of modern requirements in the doctor as a subject of professional activity, psychological markers of its success are allocated. The article analyzes professionally significant personal qualities that act as internal determinants of successful professional activity of a modern doctor: moral, socio-psychological, emotional-volitional, as well as characteristics that act as markers of subjectivity formation: moral qualities, socio-psychological qualities, emotional-volitional qualities that allow to form and develop a competent style of professional behavior. The role of self - knowledge, reflection and professional self-consciousness of medical students in the effectiveness of their professional and personal growth and development of competence is shown. Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research, the article describes the content features of the views of modern medical students regarding the determinants of professional success, resources and risks of their development, shows the features of the severity of a number of psychological characteristics of modern medical students. The conceptual scheme of formation of psychological determinants of professional and personal growth of medical students is presented.

    Abstract The paper systematizes approaches to the study of the higher school teacher's work, presents the results of the analysis of the psychological component of his professional self-effectiveness in the space of modern innovations. The content of the article reveals the features of the teacher as a subject of professional activity in the educational environment of the University. The article describes the psychological determinants of success of teacher in terms of resources and risks of modern innovation space, presented mechanisms of development and manifestations of occupational success factors, conditions, strategies and professional development of the teacher of the future, reflecting the current format of supporting the development of the subject training. The article describes the phenomenological and instrumental components of success, factors and conditions for the formation of successful professional behavior, as well as forms and ways of representing success in interaction with students. The article shows the psychological function of competence and reference in the professional activity of a higher school teacher, the role of sociogenic needs of a teacher in self-development, personalization, self-actualization and self-realization in interaction with students. Features of interpretation of the personality image of the future teacher from the point of view of modern students are presented.

    Abstract Inhibitors of human poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) are considered as promising agents for treatment of cardiovascular, neurological, and other diseases accompanied by inflammation and oxidative stress. Previously, the ability of natural compounds 7-methylguanine (7mGua) and 8-hydroxy-7-methylguanine (8h7mGua) to suppress activity of the recombinant PARP protein was demonstrated. In the present work, we have investigated the possibility of PARP-inhibitory and cytoprotective action of 7mGua and 8h7mGua against the rat cardiomyoblast cultures (undifferentiated and differentiated H9c2). It was found that 7mGua and 8h7mGua rapidly penetrate into the cells and effectively suppress the H2O2-stimulated PARP activation (IC

    Abstract Previously, we have found that a nucleic acid metabolite, 7-methylguanine (7mGua), produced in the body can have an inhibitory effect on the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) enzyme, an important pharmacological target in anticancer therapy. In this work, using an original method of analysis of PARP1 activity based on monitoring fluorescence anisotropy, we studied inhibitory properties of 7mGua and its metabolite, 8-hydroxy-7-methylguanine (8h7mGua). Both compounds inhibited PARP1 enzymatic activity in a dose-dependent manner, however, 8h7mGua was shown to be a stronger inhibitor. The IC

    Abstract The computationally designed βD484N mutant of penicillin acylase from Escherichia coli was shown to be more stable at alkaline conditions, resistant to inactivation by high substrate concentrations and able to catalyze preparative peptide synthesis in aqueous medium more effectively. The ability of the βD484N mutant to operate in alkaline aqueous medium allowed to reach up to 80% yields of d-phenylglycine-derived peptide synthesis from equimolar substrate mixtures while with the wild type penicillin acylase conversion was below 17%.
