Abstract This paper studies the feature extraction and middle-level expression of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) convolutional layer glass broken and cracked at the scene of road traffic accident. The image pyramid is constructed and used as the input of the CNN model, and the convolutional layer road traffic accident scene glass breakage and crack characteristics at each scale in the pyramid are extracted separately, and then the depth descriptors at different image scales are extracted. In order to improve the discriminative power of the depth descriptor, Hellinger kernel and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) are used to perform nonlinear and linear transformations. Two aggregation strategies based on depth descriptors are proposed to form a global image representation. The classification experiment of the data set shows that Hellinger kernel, PCA transformation, and two aggregation strategies are all conducive to improving the classification accuracy. In addition, the convolutional layer road traffic accident scene glass breaking and crack feature coding can obtain better classification performance than the fully connected layer feature. We conducted dynamic impact tests on plate glass and Polyvinyl Butyral- (PVB-) laminated glass under different boundary conditions and studied the crack propagation and failure process of the glass under different impact speeds. The results show that there are radial cracks and circular cracks on the glass specimens under the impact load; the glass specimens show partial damage under high-speed impact and the characteristics of glass breaking and cracks at the scene of road traffic accidents; the four-frame plate glass is supported by sharp dagger-like fragments. This paper compares the energy absorption of glass specimens under different boundary conditions. The results show that the energy absorption effect of the four-point supporting glass specimen is generally stronger than that of the four-frame supporting glass.

Abstract Low-carbon energy transformation increases energy efficiency, and environmental regulation is necessary for carbon neutrality. Energy efficiency is widely accepted As a cost-effective method of reducing air pollution and improving the economic performance of manufacturing industries. In order to make their manufacturing sectors more energy-efficient, a large number of countries have implemented legislation. It is possible to tailor these interventions to a specific company or industry by using measures to control and direct interventions in the marketplace. These policies might be beneficial, but the experiential study of the impacts of these interferences on energy-saving technology acceptance has not been conclusive. Many environmental policy measures have an effect on the level of the asset in energy efficiency machinery. The years 2010–2019 are covered in this research, which compiles a database of Chinese industries from various sources. As a result, we have access to a wide range of factors and strategy devices that could influence the adoption of energy efficiency measures. Regulation, taxes, subsidies, and exemptions are among the instruments we will examine. These findings support the development of environmental regulations in China that will further improve energy efficiency and carbon neutrality.

Abstract Background: Medical education has evolved rapidly, with the development of flipped classrooms and team-based learning based on lecture-based learning, but the novel model of combining flipped classrooms with team-based learning has been poorly investigated in orthopedic education.
Methods: A femoral neck fracture teaching mode was chosen to 109 clinical internship students to explore the effectiveness of flipped classroom combined with team-based learning in internship education. They were enrolled and randomly divided into either the flipped classroom combined with team-based learning group (FTG, n = 55) or the traditional lecture-based classroom group (n = 54). All students completed the learning according to the course flow and took before-class and after-class tests. The questionnaires were used to compare students perceptions and satisfaction with the different teaching methods and were utilized to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the 2 groups.
Results: The post-class test scores of both groups significantly improved compared to pre-class test scores. Regarding the post-class test scores, FTG's was significantly higher than the traditional lecture-based classroom group's, mainly in clinical areas such as imaging analysis, fracture classification, treatment options, and management of postoperative complications, but there was no significant difference in the mastery of basic theoretical knowledge. The students were more satisfied with the FTG and believed that it improved their various competencies, but with significantly more time spent.
Conclusion: FTG is generally recognized as a promising option for training clinical interns and is worth spreading as it has outstanding merits in developing students clinical competence.

Abstract Okra pod is sensitive to low temperature, which results in chilling injury under improper low-temperature storage. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different concentrations of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) treatment on okra pod stored at 4 ± 1°C for 12 days and illuminate the mechanism of MeJA alleviating chilling injury. Compared to the control, MeJA treatments maintained lower relative electric conductivity (REC), chilling injury (CI) degree, and lignin content, as well as higher total soluble solids, total soluble sugar, pectin content, and chlorophyll content. The factor analysis was applied to comprehensively evaluate the effects of MeJA so that 1 μmol/L MeJA was screened as the optimum concentration to maintain the okra quality throughout the storage time. In contrast with control, MeJA not only accelerated the generation of antioxidant substances (phenolics and flavonoids) but also increased the superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), and peroxidase (POD) activity, inhibited malondialdehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide (H

Abstract There are three traditional surgical approaches to hemiarthroplasty (HA) for femoral neck fractures, respectively, the anterior approach (AA), the lateral approach (LA) and the posterior approach (PA). However, the optimum approach is still controversial, the purpose of this meta-analysis is to identify the merits and demerits of all three approaches. All clinical published studies in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and the Cochrane Library from January 2000 to April 2022 were searched which compared different surgical approaches and covered surgery-related outcomes and frequent complications. Five randomized controlled trials and 26 cohort studies for a total of 31 clinical trials were included in the meta-analysis. The dislocation of PA was significantly higher than LA (OR: 3.00 95% CI: 2.25-4.01

Abstract Objective: This study evaluated the association between admission MCV and preoperative deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in geriatric hip fractures.
Methods: Older adult patients with hip fractures were screened between January 2015 and September 2019. The demographic and clinical characteristics of the patients were collected at the largest trauma center in northwest China. MCV was measured at admission and converted into a categorical variable according to the quartile. Multivariate binary logistic regression and generalized additive model were used to identify the linear and nonlinear association between MCV and preoperative DVT. Analyses were performed using EmpowerStats and the R software.
Results: A total of 1840 patients who met the criteria were finally enrolled and divided into four groups according to their MCV levels. The mean MCV was 93.82 ± 6.49 (80.96 to 105.91 fL), and 587 patients (31.9%) were diagnosed with preoperative DVT. When MCV was a continuous variable, the incidence of preoperative DVT increased with mean corpuscular volume. In the fully adjusted model, admission MCV was positively correlated with the incidence of preoperative DVT (OR: 1.03; 95% CI: 1.01-1.05; P = 0.0013). After excluding the effect of other factors, each additional 1fL of MCV increased the prevalence of preoperative DVT by 1.03 times as a continuous variable.
Conclusion: MCV was linearly associated with preoperative DVT in geriatric patients with hip fractures and could be considered a predictor of DVT risk. The MCV may contribute to risk assessment and preventing adverse outcomes in the elderly.

Abstract The repair of bone defects remains a major challenge in the clinic, and treatment requires bone grafts or bone replacement materials. Existing biomaterials have many limitations and cannot meet the various needs of clinical applications. To treat bone defects, we constructed a nanohydroxyapatite (nHA)/methylacrylylated silk fibroin (MASF) composite biological scaffold using photocurable 3D printing technology. In this study, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to detect the changes in the morphological structure of the composite scaffold with different contents of nanohydroxyapatite, and FTIR was used to detect the functional groups and chemical bonds in the composite scaffold to determine the specific components of the scaffold. In in vitro experiments, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from SD rats were cocultured with scaffolds soaking solution, and the cytotoxicity, cell proliferation, Western blot analysis, Quantitative real-time PCR analysis, bone alkaline phosphatase activity and alizarin red staining of scaffolds were detected to determine the biocompatibility of scaffolds and the effect of promoting proliferation and osteogenesis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro. In the in vivo experiment, the skull defect was constructed by adult SD rats, and the scaffold was implanted into the skull defect site. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of culture, the specific osteogenic effect of the scaffold in the skull defect site was detected by animal micro-CT, hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining and Masson's staining. Through the analysis of the morphological structure of the scaffold, we found that the frame supported good retention of the lamellar structure of silk fibroin, when mixed with nHA, the surface of the stent was rougher, the cell contact area increased, and cell adhesion and lamellar microstructure for cell migration and proliferation of the microenvironment provided a better space. FTIR results showed that the scaffold completely retained the β -folded structure of silk fibroin, and the scaffold composite was present without obvious impurities. The staining results of live/dead cells showed that the constructed scaffolds had no significant cytotoxicity, and thw CCK-8 assay also showed that the constructed scaffolds had good biocompatibility. The results of osteogenic induction showed that the scaffold had good osteogenic induction ability. Moreover, the results also showed that the scaffold with a MASF: nHA ratio of 1: 0.5 (SFH) showed better osteogenic ability. The micro-CT and bone histometric results were consistent with the in vitro results after stent implantation, and there was more bone formation at the bone defect site in the SFH group. This research used photocurable 3D printing technology to successfully build an osteogenesis bracket. The results show that the constructed nHA/MASF biological composite material, has good biocompatibility and good osteogenesis function. At the same time, in the microenvironment, the material can also promote bone defect repair and can potentially be used as a bone defect filling material for bone regeneration applications.

Abstract Mechanochemical treatment is an effective and ecological way to treat medium and low-grade phosphate rock (PR) for fertilizer. To explore the phosphorus (P) solubility mechanisms of mechanochemically activated phosphate rock (MAPR) and its P supply capacity, we investigated the chemical properties and infrared spectroscopy (IR) characteristics of different types of MAPR and soil-available P using the chemical extraction method (2% citric acid), IR analysis and soil incubation experiment in this study. The results showed that the P solubility of magmatic, metamorphic and sedimentary types of MAPR increased by 7.76–13.67, 0.6–1.64 and 0.91–2.68 times, respectively, compared with the initial PR. The IR analysis demonstrated that the isomorphous substitution (B-type of CO 3 2− for PO 4 3− and OH − for F − ) occurred in the apatite and β-Ca(PO 3 ) 2 was generated with better P solubility. The dynamic changes in soil-available P (Bray and Kurtz method) treated by MAPR significantly increased by 3.81–6.57-, 2.49–5.4- and 4.98–8.39-fold, respectively, within 100 days in red soil (pH 5.94), compared with the initial PR. In conclusion, the significant increase in P solubility of MAPR and soil-available P in weakly acidic soil was due to the improved reactivity of MAPR during the process of mechanochemical activation.
