Abstract WRKY transcription factors (TFs), originating in green algae, regulate flowering time and responses to environmental changes in plants. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the role of WRKY TFs in the correlation between flowering time and environmental changes remain unclear. Therefore, this review summarizes the association of WRKY TFs with flowering pathways to accelerate or delay flowering. WRKY TFs are implicated in phytohormone pathways, such as ethylene, auxin, and abscisic acid pathways, to modulate flowering time. WRKY TFs can modulate salt tolerance by regulating flowering time. WRKY TFs exhibit functional divergence in modulating environmental changes and flowering time. In summary, WRKY TFs are involved in complex pathways and modulate response to environmental changes, thus regulating flowering time.

Abstract In this paper, we propose a cooperative strategy-based self-organization mechanism to reconstruct the network. The mechanism includes a comprehensive evaluation algorithm and structure adjustment mechanism. The self-organization mechanism can be carried out simultaneously with the parameter optimization process. By calculating the similarity and independent contribution of normative neurons, the effectiveness of fuzzy rules can be jointly evaluated, and effective structural changes can be realized. Moreover, this mechanism should not set the threshold in advance in practical application. In order to optimize the parameters of SC-IR2FNN, we developed a parameter optimization mechanism based on an interaction strategy. The parameter optimization mechanism based on a joint strategy, namely multilayer optimization engine, can split SC-IR2FNN parameters into nonlinear and linear parameters for joint optimization. The nonlinear parameters are optimized by an advanced two-level algorithm, and the linear parameters are updated with the minimum biological multiplication. Two parameter optimization algorithms optimize nonlinear and linear parameters, reduce the computational complexity of SC-IR2FNN, and improve the learning rate. Using the principal component factor analysis method, seven representative common factors are selected to replace the original variables, which include the profitability factor of the financing enterprise, the solvency factor of the financing enterprise, the profitability factor of the core enterprise, the operation guarantee factor, and the growth ability of the financing enterprise. Factors, supply chain online degree factors, financing enterprise quality, and cooperation factors, can well measure the credit risk of online supply chains. The logistic model shows that the profitability factor of the financing company, the debt repayment factor of the financing company, and the profitability of the core company are three factors that have a significant impact on the credit risk of online supply chain finance. Based on the improved credit calculation model, we developed an online clue risk calculation. This method is based on site conditions and can evaluate credit risk. From the test results, the improved credit scoring system is the result of facing speculative and circular credit fraud and implies that the traders of risk commentators are in a leading position in each electronic device. The results show that risk analysis is effective in any case.

Abstract Abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) in children is a neglected complication in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) because the onset is insidious. ACS develops rapidly, involves the systemic organs, has a high mortality, and is a very serious complication in PICU. Timely and effective treatment of children with suspected or confirmed ACS is of significance to prevent the progression of the disease, improve prognosis and reduce mortality. However, most clinicians have limited understanding of the treatment measures for children with ACS and are unable to correctly choose appropriate treatment strategies, which affect the prognosis of children. To make the optimal treatment plan for ACS in children, the extent of elevated intra-abdominal pressure, the degree of organ dysfunction and the underlying diseases should be considered comprehensively. Mechanical ventilation, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) have a bidirectional effect on the occurrence and therapeutic effect of ACS. On the one hand, this article reviews the individualized treatment of ACS in PICU, so that more pediatricians could have a comprehensive and clear systematic understanding of the treatment plan of ACS in children. On the other hand, special treatment strategies and prognoses of ACS in PICU were also reviewed in this article, and the effects of intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) on mechanical ventilation parameters, ECMO, and CRRT were illuminated. As well as the management strategy of mechanical ventilation, CRRT type in ACS children, and the treatment of ACS during ECMO were revealed.

Abstract The precise molecular mechanisms associated with osteoarthritis (OA), the most common musculoskeletal disorder, are poorly understood. There are currently no effective treatments to prevent the initiation and progression of the disease. In recent years, the development of mRNAome has made it possible to identify new mechanisms and therapeutic targets. However, the differentially expressed genes screened by different microarrays are not completely the same. In order to avoid this shortcoming, we integrate the different genes from different tissues and data sets, and select the commonly expressed genes for further studies.

Abstract Auditory distance perception is important to virtual sound production and is affected by many factors. In order to investigate the effect of the visual cue on auditory distance perception and the best auditory distance perception in the existence of virtual sound source, experiments on the effect of visual cue on distance perception and the best auditory distance perception were conducted, respectively. The results of the first experiment showed that there was no obvious difference between the auditory distance perception in the existence and absence of virtual sound source, but visual cue can decrease the fluctuation of the perception. From the best auditory distance perception experiment, the attenuating SPL of the initial sound signal that made the subjects perceive the best auditory distance in the existence of virtual sound source at the distance of 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, and 12m was measured, respectively, and compared the difference of attenuating SPL between experiment measurement and theoretical calculation.

Abstract Strength is a crucial performance indicator for evaluating the durability of pervious concrete (PC). However, there are few models for estimating the remaining strength of in-service PC in sulfate and dry-wet cycle circumstances. Even though there are already direct detection methods for strength, nondestructive testing methods are still worth additional research. This paper aims to give a calculation model for the residual strength of PC under corrosion conditions based on ultrasonic methods, which is economical and convenient for engineering applications. The apparent morphological, compressive strength, and ultrasonic velocity of PC against sulfate and dry-wet cycle attack were examined. The results highlight that the primary cause of the macroscopic mechanical deterioration is the worsening in interface strength. Furthermore, the compressive strength and ultrasonic wave velocity of PC followed the same trends during sulfate and dry-wet cycles, increasing first and subsequently decreasing. Additionally, using the curve-fitting approach, an empirical model of strength deterioration based on ultrasonic velocity was developed and validated utilizing experimental data, demonstrating that the proposed model could more accurately define the strength progression. The results can provide an effective calculation method for monitoring the residual strength of PC pavement engineering in a corrosive environment.

Abstract GLIS3 is highly expressed in multiple cancers, but it has not been studied in gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC). Based on bioinformatics analysis, the prognostic significance of GLIS3 in GAC was analyzed. GAC cells were transfected with small interfering (si)-GLIS3 and GLIS3 overexpression plasmid as well as treated with SB505124 [an inhibitor for transforming growth factor beta receptor 1 (TGFβR1)] and dorsomorphin [an inhibitor for bone morphogenetic protein receptor 1 (BMPR1)]. The GLIS3 expression was detected using qRT-PCR. The impacts of GLIS3 on the proliferation, invasion and migration of GAC cells were measured using cell function assays. The activation of phosphor (p)-Smad1/5 was tested by immunofluorescence. Western blot was utilized to measure the level of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1/Smad1/5 signaling pathway-related proteins (TGF-β1, p-Smad1, Smad1, p-Smad5, Smad5). GLIS3 was expressed at high levels in GAC tissues and cell lines and its high expression could indicate the poor prognosis of GAC patients. GLIS3 inhibition declined the proliferative, invasive and migratory capabilities as well as TGF-β1 expression and phosphorylation of Smad1/5 in GAC cells. Overexpressed GLIS3 promoted proliferation, migration, invasion, TGF-β1 expression and Smad1/5 phosphorylation in GAC cells, with SB505124 reversing the effects of overexpressed GLIS3 on proliferation, migration, invasion and Smad1/5 phosphorylation whereas dorsomorphin exhibiting no influence on GLIS3-induced effects. GLIS3 facilitated the malignant phenotype of GAC cells via regulating TGF-β1/TGFβR1/Smad1/5 pathway, which may be a novel prognostic indicator of GAC and provided a target for GAC treatment.
