Abstract Alzheimer's disease (AD) is incurable dementia closely associated with aging. Most cases of AD are sporadic, and very few are inherited; the pathogenesis of sporadic AD is complex and remains to be elucidated. The asparaginyl endopeptidase (AEP) or legumain is the only recognized cysteine protease that specifically hydrolyzes peptide bonds after asparagine residues in mammals. The expression level of AEPs in healthy brains is far lower than that of peripheral organs. Recently, growing evidence has indicated that aging may upregulate and overactivate brain AEPs. The overactivation of AEPs drives the onset of AD through cleaving tau and amyloid precursor proteins (APP), and SET, an inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A). The AEP-mediated cleavage of these peptides enhances amyloidosis, promotes tau hyperphosphorylation, and ultimately induces neurodegeneration and cognitive impairment. Upregulated AEPs and related deleterious reactions constitute upstream events of amyloid/tau toxicity in the brain, and represent early pathological changes in AD. Thus, upregulated AEPs are an emerging drug target for disease modification and a potential biomarker for predicting preclinical AD. However, the presence of the blood-brain barrier greatly hinders establishing body-fluid-based methods to measure brain AEPs. Research on AEP-activity-based imaging probes and our recent work suggest that the live brain imaging of AEPs could be used to evaluate its predictive efficacy as an AD biomarker. To advance translational research in this area, AEP imaging probes applicable to human brain and AEP inhibitors with good druggability are urgently needed.

Abstract In contemporary education, educators are a central and focal component of academic structures accountable for education growth. Educators have an effective role in presenting and planning an effective and important academic program. However, they usually experience burnout due to their stressful job that affects the procedure of their teaching. So, considering the variables that help them in mitigating their burnout should be taken into account. The concept such as educator efficacy has recently attracted significant attention in education fields which by itself emphasizes educators and gets them into the focus of attention in education. Also, the concept of motivation has a strong relationship with the expert aspect of the educators and its significance for language educators and their students are increasingly gaining respect in various worldwide settings, in which lower educators' motivation is generally a reason for distress. To focus on the predictability role of these constructs on teachers' burnout, 428 female and male Chinese English as Foreign Language (EFL) teachers from more than 17 cities in nine provinces of China were asked to fill out the three scales, namely, teacher motivation, efficacy, and burnout. The main results of the study, achieved through Pearson Correlation, postulate that the relationships exist among the variables of the study, and by running multiple regression analysis, it is revealed that both variables, namely, self-efficacy and motivation, were the predictors of teachers' burnout, while self-efficacy was a better predictor. Regarding the applications, educator training plans can focus more on educator self-efficacy and motivation, because of their proven important role in decreasing educator burnout.

Abstract In this paper, the existing dynamic adaptive recommendation methods are studied, which combine the practical application scheme of transforming the actual dynamic adaptive recommendation problem into user microblog information. After that, a dynamic adaptive weight fusion method is proposed and based on experimental verification, a real-time dynamic adaptive recommendation system is finally designed. The speech recognition of the Internet of Things takes natural language problems as the research object for a long time and takes the sound signal as the research topic. This paper analyzes the application of dynamic adaptive recommendation and Internet of Things speech recognition in mass sports data monitoring. The simulation results show that the system in this paper is convenient for users to monitor the exercise indicators in real time through the mobile client, and at the same time query the exercise historical data and compare the exercise data through the network terminal, thereby improving the exercise method and exercise load. Users can access the motion monitoring module and see the past floating state of motion parameters more intuitively than graphs, contains queries for metrics such as heart rate, body temperature, kinetic energy, pulse, and weight. Due to the diversity and complexity of people's differences, personal characteristics and business environments, sports data monitoring systems also need to be designed according to the scope of use. This paper analyzes the requirements for a motion data monitoring system and provides the system architecture design and basic data for producing detailed information for the system.

Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of a continuous nursing mode on urinary control, urinary function and quality of life of patients after radical prostatectomy under the network cloud platform.
Method: A total of 100 prostate cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled. According to different care modes, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 50 patients in each group. Patients in the experimental group received the continuous care model under the network cloud platform, and the control group patients received the conventional care model. Urinary control, urination, self-care ability, incidence of complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results: In terms of urination, urinary control, quality of life, self-care ability, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction, the experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The continuous nursing model under the network cloud platform has a positive impact on patient's urinary control, urination function and quality of life after radical prostatectomy. It is worthy of being widely promoted and used in clinical treatment.
