Abstract Background: Catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) is one of the newest treatment options for submassive pulmonary embolism (sPE). This study will compare the efficacy and safety of catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) combine with anticoagulation versus anticoagulation alone (AC) in patients with PE.
Methods: A database search was conducted using PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, and Clinicaltrials.gov for trials that compared CDT with AC in patients with pulmonary embolism. The primary outcomes was1-year mortality. The secondary outcomes were in-hospital, 30 days, 90 days mortality, in-hospital major and minor bleeding (Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) classification), length of hospital stay (LOS), reduction of pulmonary arterial systolic pressure (PASP) and RV/LV diameter ratio.
Results: A total of 16 articles (3 RCTs and 13 non-RCTs) and 10595 patients were included in this study. 2237 patients were in the CDT group and 8358 patients were in the AC group. CDT group was associated with significantly lower in-hospital mortality (2.1% vs 6.2%,OR:0.36, 95%CI:0.26-0.51,
Conclusion: Results thus confirmed that CDT reduced in-hospital, 30 days, 90 days and 1-year all-cause mortality in patients with sPE compared to AC, particularly in USAT subgroup. Nonetheless, CDT group was associated with a higher risk of minor bleeding.

Abstract Under the background of green development, new energy vehicles, as an important strategic emerging industry, play a crucial role in energy conservation and emission reduction. In the post-epidemic era, steadily promoting the promotion of new energy vehicles will be a hot topic. Based on multi-source heterogeneous data, combined with the latent Dirichlet allocation topic model, social network analysis, and econometric methods, this paper explores whether individual purchase decisions and company-level cooperative research and development will promote the promotion of new energy vehicles. The results show that whether it is battery electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, users are more concerned about space dimension, power performance, and design style. Patent collaboration network analysis indicates that new energy vehicle enterprises are establishing close partnerships, which will urge the promotion of new energy vehicles. An interesting test result found that for short-term innovation, new energy vehicles enterprises should invest more patent research and development in battery electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles models to better accelerate the promotion of new energy vehicles.

Abstract In this study, the effects of Z-0°, Z-67°, Z-90°, I-67°, and S-67° scanning strategies on the surface morphology, microstructure, and corrosion resistance of the specimens in SLM316L were systematically studied. The results show that the partition scanning path can effectively improve the manufacturing quality of the specimen, reduce the cumulative roughness layer by layer, and increase the density of the specimen. The scan path of the island partition of the fine partition is better than that of the strip partition; moreover, the 67° rotation between each layer reduces the accumulation of the height difference of the melt pool, fills the scanning gap of the previous layer, and improves the molding quality of the sample. Electrochemical tests were performed in an aqueous solution of NaCl (3.5 wt%), including open-circuit potential (OCP), dynamic potential polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that the specimen with a 67° rotation between each layer achieves stability of the surface potential in a short time, and the I-67° specimen exhibits good corrosion performance, while the Z-0° specimen has the worst corrosion resistance.

Abstract Watersheds are an important ecological security barrier and social and economic development area. In order to evaluate the ecological environment quality of arid and semi-arid watersheds more objectively and accurately, based on the remote sensing ecological index (RSEI), the salinity index was introduced to construct a remote sensing ecological index (AWRSEI) suitable for arid and semi-arid watersheds, and the Daihai watershed was taken as an example to analyze its applicability. Based on the AWRSEI model, four phases of Landsat TM/OLI composite images were used to quantitatively evaluate the ecological and environmental quality of the Daihai Basin from 2001 to 2020. The spatio-temporal evolution of the ecological and environmental quality of the Daihai Basin was analyzed using the coefficient of variation and spatial autocorrelation, and the cause analysis and driving factor explanation power analysis were carried out using geographic detectors. The results showed that:① the average correlation coefficient between AWRSEI and various ecological factors was 0.860, which was more representative than that of a single index component. The load positive and negative values and ranking of the first principal component were consistent with those of RSEI, the contribution rate of eigenvalues was 3.69% higher than those of RSEI, and the evaluation results were closer to the real surface conditions, which is suitable for the ecological environment quality assessment of arid watersheds. ② The annual average of the AWRSEI index in the Daihai Basin from 2001 to 2020 was 0.427, which indicated a poor ecological environment quality basis. During the study period, the average of AWRSEI showed a fluctuating trend and reached the highest value of 0.502 in 2020. The overall ecological environment quality improved significantly, the deterioration area decreased by 20.51%, and the improvement area increased by 12.71%. In terms of spatial distribution, the ecological environment quality of forest land in the southern and northwestern high-altitude areas of the Daihai Basin was good, whereas that in the northern and southern mid-altitude areas was poor, and that in the northern area was better than that in the southern area. ③ The average variation coefficient of AWRSEI in the Daihai Basin was 0.280, the ecological environment quality was stable, and the overall change fluctuation was small; the high fluctuation was mainly concentrated in the southern part of the lake and the residential area. There was a significant spatial autocorrelation in the ecological environment quality of the Daihai Basin, and the high-high agglomeration area was mainly distributed in the forest area at high altitude and the cultivated land area at low altitude. Low-low concentration areas were scattered in the middle altitude area. ④ The improvement of the ecological environment in Daihai Basin from 2001 to 2020 was mainly due to the increase in NDVI and the decrease in NDBSI and NDSI. NDVI and NDBSI were the combination with the strongest interaction and the strongest interpretation of the ecological environment. Land use was the dominant factor of AWRSEI and had the strongest explanatory power. The combination of land use and meteorological factors was the strongest interaction, and the relationship between each driving factor was enhanced.

Abstract Sepsis remains one of the leading causes of death globally, in spite of advanced developments in intensive care and better understandings of pathophysiology related to sepsis. There is no special treatment or drug available for sepsis, currently. Under normal circumstances, neutrophil is a major player in acute infection control. However, during sepsis, the migration abilities and antimicrobial functions of neutrophils are impaired, resulting in a dysregulated immune response. Recent studies have indeed demonstrated that blocking or reversing neutrophil migration and impaired antibacterial function can improve the outcomes in septic animal models. This article systemically synthesized information regarding related factors and signaling involved in the functions of neutrophils in sepsis. This review also discussed the possibility that neutrophils be used as a marker for specific diagnosis and/or prediction of the outcomes of sepsis.

Abstract Introduction and importance: Contralateral subdural effusion (CSDE) is a rare complication secondary to decompressive craniectomy (DC), which can lead to encephalocele and neurologic deterioration. The authors report a case that confirm the existence of unidirectional membrane valve, and cranioplasty is an effective treatment for CSDE.
Case presentation: The authors reported a case of 43-year-old female was diagnosed with ruptured intracranial aneurysm and treated with interventional embolization. She underwent DC because of postoperative cerebral infarction subsequently. Her conscious state deteriorated accompanied by encephalocele in postoperative 2 week. A craniocerebral computed tomography (CT) confirmed the diagnosis of CSDE with cerebral hernia. A compression bandaging of the skull defect was applicated, whereas, her conscious state progressive deteriorated. She was transferred to the author's hospital where she underwent burr-hole drainage and clinical symptom has been improved. However, a relapse of CSDE was observed after the removal of drainage tube. Continuous lumbar drainage was employed, and which was ineffective for CSDE in this case. Finally, she underwent cranioplasty, with the help of drainage of subdural effusion, CSDE was completely resolved.
Clinical discussion: CSDE is occasionally observed in patients after DC. Intracranial pressure (ICP) gradient and unidirectional membrane valve are the possible mechanisms of CSDE. At present, there is no optimal therapy for CSDE. For symptomatic CSDE patients, one or more treatment measures should be applicated.
Conclusion: Cranioplasty is one of the curative and optimal method to treat symptomatic CSDE patients, early cranioplasty combined with burr-hole drainage should be performed for conservative treatment failed and intractable cases.

Abstract In this article, we demonstrate an improved efficient fibre sensor with a high sensitivity to measure glucose concentrations in the physiological range of human beings, operating in a broad spectral bandwidth from the near- to mid-infrared. The sensor consists of a dual-peak long period grating (DPLPG) with a period of 150 μm inscribed in an optical fibre with a diameter of 80 μm. The investigation of sensing for refractive index results in a sensitivity of ~-885.7 nm/refractive index unit (RIU) and ~2008.6 nm/RIU in the range of 1.30-1.44. The glucose measurement is achieved by the immobilisation of a layer of enzyme of glucose oxidase (GOD) onto the fibre surface for the selective enhancement of sensitivity for glucose. The sensor can measure glucose concentrations with a maximum sensitivity of -36.25 nm/(mg/mL) in the range of 0.1-3.0 mg/mL. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest sensitivity ever achieved for a measurement of glucose with a long period grating-based sensor, indicating its potential for many applications including pharmaceutical, biomedical and food industries.
