Abstract A promising approach forfacilitating China's shift towards renewable energy sources entails combining digital finance and green financing. The present research investigates the supply chains and reverse logistics of significant financial indices, including the S&P Green Bond Index, the MSCI Global Markets Index, and the S&P Global Renewable Energy Index. The analysis encompasses the period from the creation of these indices on September 28, 2008, through January 12, 2022. To minimize risk, portfolios have increasingly adopted diverse indices, such as the S&P Global Clean Energy Index and the S&P Green Bond Index. This study investigates the intricate relationship between green financing and digital finance, shedding light on their combined impact on the uptake of renewable energy in China. This study examines the role of digital financial technologies, including blockchain, mobile payment systems, and big data analytics, in enhancing the accessibility of green financing choices for renewable energy projects. A comprehensive analysis of existing literature and empirical research is conducted to achieve this objective. The results emphasize the significant progress in improving financial inclusion, risk management, and transparency by integrating green financing and digital finance. As mentioned earlier, the enhancements have significantly enhanced the level of trust and assurance among investors operating within the renewable energy industry. Moreover, the report highlights the crucial need for continuous governmental backing and financial investments in digital financial infrastructure to drive China towards a more environmentally friendly and sustainable energy framework.

Abstract In recent years, new energy has been rapidly developed and applied. The development of new energy has promoted China's economic growth to a specific extent. The use of new energy has brought energy security to the development of the national economy. Based on the development trend of new energy at home and abroad, this paper analyses the impact of energy intensity and economic growth on the development of new energy. This article explores the relationship between China's new energy, energy intensity and economic development through comparative analysis at home and abroad. This article has a certain reference value for the adjustment of the national new energy industrial structure. This article also has a certain reference value for the construction of new energy development strategies and the control of carbon emissions.

Abstract Chinese address terms exhibits a high degree of variability. Guided by the extended context of situation framework within the field of systemic functional linguistics, and taking the dialogues of the modern Chinese TV drama In the Name of People as examples, this study investigated how the bystander influences the choice of address terms. It is found that the appearance of the bystander influences the choice of address terms. Yet, it is not a direct process but is mediated by conversational atmosphere. Specifically, the presence of a bystander triggers "situational synergy" or changes interpersonal relationship, and then change the conversational atmosphere, both paths ultimately impact the choice of address terms. The underlying forces that lead to the variability of Chinese address terms are guān běn wèi and miàn zǐ. This study suggests the intricate impact of context on language choice, as well as the interdependency of context variables. In addition, by taking the concept of face beyond its European/North American milieu, and relocating it following the Chinese point of view, group orientation is valued, which contributes to face study.

Abstract Low-temperature storage can facilitate to the preservation of postharvest fruits. However, tomato fruit are vulnerable to chilling injury (CI) throughout refrigerated storage, resulting in economic losses. Abscisic acid (ABA) treatment weakened the CI progression in tomato fruit. Protein phosphatase 2 C 29 (SlPP2C29) acted as the negative regulator in the ABA-enhanced chilling tolerance. The gene expression of SlPP2C29 and activity of PP2C were down regulated by ABA treatment. Furthermore, SlPP2C29 was shown to be the negative downstream messenger in the ABA-alleviated oxidative damage. Moreover, basic helix-loop-helix 1 (SlbHLH1) bound to the E-box element within SlPP2C29 promoter, and negatively modulated its expression. SlbHLH1 mediated the ABA-boosted chilling tolerance. It turned out that SlbHLH1 was the positive modulator involved in the ABA-inhibited SlPP2C29 expression and PP2C activity. SlbHLH1 was furtherly found to work as the positive regulator in the ABA-lowered oxidative damage. Thus, SlbHLH1 alleviated the CI severity by repressing SlPP2C29 under ABA treatment in tomato fruit.

Abstract Background: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in hypoxia-induced tumor processes. However, the prognostic value of hypoxia-related lncRNAs in pancreatic cancer is limited.
Methods: Hypoxia-related lncRNAs were identified by coexpression analysis and the LncTarD database. LASSO analysis was performed to develop a prognostic model. The function of TSPOAP1-AS1 was studied in vitro and in vivo.
Results: We recognized a set of fourteen hypoxia-related lncRNAs for the construction of a prognostic model. The prognostic model displayed excellent performance in predicting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients. The overexpression of TSPOAP1-AS1, a hypoxia-related lncRNA, attenuated the proliferation and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells. HIF-1α bound to the promoter of TSPOAP1-AS1 and impaired its transcription under hypoxia.
Conclusion: The hypoxia-related lncRNA assessment model might be a potential strategy for prognostic prediction in pancreatic cancer. The fourteen lncRNAs contained in the model could be helpful for uncovering the mechanisms of pancreatic tumorigenesis.

Abstract Background: Serum lipids have been proven to influence periodontitis. The atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) is an important marker of lipid levels. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between periodontitis and AIP in adults.
Methods: The study included participants from the 2009-2014 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey who received a complete periodontal exam and a complete record of AIP. AIP was calculated as log
Results: The final sample included 4,371 participants, representing approximately 60 million people in the United States. Periodontitis among the AIP groups (quartile, Q1-Q4) was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Univariate analysis showed that AIP was associated with the incidence of periodontitis (P < 0.05), but not with the severity of periodontitis (P > 0.05) in participants. Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed no correlation between the incidence of periodontitis and AIP among all participants (the trend P-value = 0.341), but a significant association with AIP in the non-smoking participants (the trend P-value = 0.031).
Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between periodontitis and AIP in the non-smoking population.

Abstract The modification of thermal chemical rates in Fabry-Perot cavities, as observed in experiments, still poses theoretical challenges. While we have a better grasp of how the reactivity of isolated molecules and model systems changes under strong coupling, we lack a comprehensive understanding of the combined effects and the specific roles played by activated and spectator molecules during reactive events. In this study, we investigate an ensemble of randomly oriented gas-phase HONO molecules undergoing a

Abstract Taking the economic issue of Trump's First State of the Union Address (SUA) as original data, the present study examined the evaluation features of political speeches by adopting a holistic approach, which includes both macro and micro dimensions. At the macro level, a series of semantic patterns were identified, with Goal-Achievement and General-Example Patterns being the most prevalent. They predetermine the evaluative tone, giving the surrounding statements evaluative meanings, exhibiting the radiating nature of evaluative meaning; at the micro level, a variety of resources have been identified, both explicit and implicit, lexical and syntactical, attitudinal and gradational, which collaborate to reinforce the subjective evaluation, revealing the holistic characteristic in the realization of evaluative meaning. Throughout the analysis, three evaluative mechanisms have been proposed, which are the coupling of meaning, semantic prosody, and tense switching. They collaborate and promote the subjective evaluation to be established and reinforced in a cumulative, gradient or hybrid pattern. In a narrow sense, the present study has partially revealed Trump's political discourse feature. Broadly speaking, it contributes to the theoretical development of the appraisal framework by refining existing evaluation systems through a holistic research paradigm, which in turn facilitates accurate interpretation of various types of discourse.
