Abstract To carry out an in-depth analysis of the scientific research on infertility, we performed the first bibliometric analysis focusing on studies involving global literature on infertility during the period 2013-2022. Analysis of 33239 articles in the field of infertility showed a significant increasing trend in the number of publications over the period 2013-2022, with authors mainly from the USA and China. Shanghai Jiao Tong University published the most articles. This study is the first to analyze the global field of infertility (2013-2022) from multiple indicators by bibliometrics, thus providing new insights into the research hotspots and development trends in the field of infertility.

Abstract This study investigates the relationship between tax incentives, tax enforcement, and R&D investment in Chinese enterprises. Tax compliance is an important part of organizational behavioral psychology, which will impact organizational innovation activities. Therefore, the present study utilizes the panel data of Chinese A-share listed companies collected from the China Stock Market & Accounting Research (CSMAR) database from 2011 to 2020 to conduct empirical research. It tests the policy effect of tax incentives on enterprise R&D investment and examines the impact of tax enforcement on enterprise R&D behavior and its moderating effect on the relationship between tax incentives and enterprise R&D investment. The results show that China's preferential tax policies positively affect enterprise innovation activities, and stable and continuous tax incentives can stimulate enterprises to increase R&D investment. Increasing the intensity of tax enforcement has a significant positive impact on enterprise R&D investment, which means that the promotion effect of "governance effect" and "incentive effect" caused by tax enforcement may exceed the negative impact brought by its "taxation effect" and "rent-seeking effect." The study suggests that with the strengthening of tax enforcement, the promotion effect of tax incentives is weakened, which is only reflected in non-state-owned enterprises. Finally, we propose relevant policy recommendations based on the research results. This includes further optimizing the collocation of tax types and preferential methods, encouraging enterprises to face up to the role of tax enforcement as an external governance mechanism, and promoting the tax department to standardize the enforcement process and taxation services. The paper presents a range of theoretical and practical implications for both firm managers and policymakers.

Abstract Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is routinely burdened with the job of building morality and cultivating people, which is related to the cultivation of college students' ideals and beliefs, spiritual pursuits, and political literacy. Based on self-determination theory (SDT), this paper modeled different learning motivations in the early stage of ideological and political courses and analyzed the learning motivation of different student groups combining the Gaussian mixture model (GMM) and stacked autoencoder (SAE). Meanwhile, the study in this paper compared the participation characteristics of different learning motivation clusters, the differences between the ideological and political course performances of students with different learning motivations, and the potential link between learning motivation and learners' educational level. The experimental results show that students with extrinsic motivation will have better performance in the courses. The strength of extrinsic motivation is positively correlated with students' academic performance, and 70% of students with intrinsic motivation achieve excellent results. In addition, the

Abstract Introduction: The efficacy of sacubitril/valsartan versus olmesartan remains controversial for the control of hypertension. We conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis to explore the influence of sacubitril/valsartan versus olmesartan on the control of hypertension.
Methods: We have searched PubMed, Embase, Web of science, EBSCO, and Cochrane library databases through July 2023 for randomized controlled trials assessing the effect of sacubitril/valsartan versus olmesartan on the control of hypertension. This meta-analysis is performed using the random-effect model or fixed-effect model based on the heterogeneity.
    Results: Seven randomized controlled trials and 3677 patients were included in the meta-analysis. Overall, compared with olmesartan treatment for hypertension, sacubitril/valsartan treatment was associated with substantially decreased systolic blood pressure (mean difference [MD] = -4.58; 95% confidence interval [CI] = -7.90 to -1.25; P = .007), diastolic blood pressure (MD = -1.70; 95% CI = -3.24 to -0.17; P = .03), and pulse pressure (MD = -2.31; 95% CI = -4.41 to -0.21; P = .03), as well as improved systolic blood pressure control (odds ratio [OR] = 1.65; 95% CI = 1.15 to 2.38; P = .006), but had no influence on diastolic blood pressure control (OR = 1.33; 95% CI = 0.93 to 1.88; P = .11) or adverse events (OR = 1.06; 95% CI = 0.90 to 1.24; P = .51).
Conclusions: Sacubitril/valsartan is better than olmesartan for the reduction of blood pressure for patients with hypertension.

Abstract Human health and marine life are facing the hazards and threats of plastic waste. China is the world's largest producer and consumer of disposable plastic products, thus paying more attention to the threats and challenges of single-use plastics products in China is urgent. This study aims to explore the intention to purchase single-use plastic products based on the theory of planned behavior. Data collection using self-reported questionnaires, and 402 valid questionnaires were obtained, thus analyzed using Amos 22.0 and SPSS 18.0 software. Results indicate that attitude, perceived behavioral control, normative social influence, informational social influence, and positive anticipated emotion positively affect intention to purchase single-use plastic products. Meanwhile, positive anticipated emotion positively moderates the relationship between normative social influence and intention to purchase single-use plastic products, but negatively moderates the relationship between informational social influence and intention to purchase single-use plastic products. This research provides some theoretical and policy implications to help relevant agencies design targeted interventions to address environmental issues related to single-use plastic consumption.

Abstract To meet the evolving demands of programmable networks and address the limitations of traditional fixed-type protocol parsers, we propose a dynamic and configurable low-latency parser implemented on an FPGA. The architecture consists of three protocol analysis modules and a TCAM-SRAM. Latency is reduced by optimizing the state machine and parallel extraction matching. At the same time, we introduce the chain mapping idea and container concept to formulate the matching and extraction rules of table entries and enhance the extensibility of the parser. Furthermore, our system supports dynamic configuration through SDN control, allowing flexible adaptation to diverse scenarios. Our design has been verified and simulated with a cocotb-based framework. The resulting architecture is implemented on Xilinx Ultrascale+ FPGAs and supports a throughput of more than 80 Gbps, with a maximum latency of only 36 nanoseconds for L4 protocol parsing.
