Abstract This paper is devoted to the analysis of the landscape dynamics of the Dolgaya Spit, Taganrog Bay of the Sea of Azov. The analysis of the dynamics of the lithological composition, topography, soil, vegetation, anthropogenic impact. The formation of new shafts of beach-forming material from sand and shell occurs continuously on the western side of the spit. The maximum height is reached by the newly formed ramparts on the western part of the spit, as the height of the shafts decreases to the east.

Abstract We present the methods and results of investigation of the Anapa bay-bar shoreline dynamics, obtained from the analysis of historical and recent data of satellite imaging and aerial survey for 70 years. It is shown that that in the analysis of the long-term variations in the water edge one has to take into account the following configuration of the shoreline at the moment of each survey and own regime of the short-term water edge dynamics of individual parts. These data clarified the dynamics of the Anapa bay-bar shoreline, which is important for the understanding of lithodynamic processes in the coastal zone and developing the forecast of the further evolution of the bay-bar geosystem.

Abstract Thousands of people visit the riparian forests near the resort, which significantly increases the frequency of forest fires. Our studies have shown that restoration of the environmental and recreational value of the territory takes place in a much shorter time than a full recovery of plant community. Forest fires even with the death of all adults Pitsunda pines are not a basis for reducing ecological and conservation significance of the site, because there is an active restoration of pine and associated species, including rare and endemic.

Abstract One of the main stabilizing factors of the dynamics of landscapes Anapa bay-bar due to natural abrasion-accumulative, eolian erosion and anthropogenic processes is vegetation. Psammophyte vegetation contributes to the conservation of the bay-bar dune complex. High anthropogenic load leads to the destruction of vegetation. It is necessary to restrict the uncontrolled movement of tourists and to create an ordered outputs in the coastal zone and regulated way of passage through the dune belt, reliably contributing to the preservation of the unique dune landscape.

Abstract Catastrophic rain 6—7. 07.2012, in the Krasnodar region has led to significant changes in the natural and natural-anthropogenic landscapes of the area. The restoration of mountain-forest landscapes have already possible within 2 years, the anthropogenic-transformed landscapes traces of catastrophic rain may be evident long period in the coastal landscapes of the full wave processing of avalanche-landslide masses occur in 5—10 years.
